Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Anordnung zum Anbringen einer Brause, insbesondere einer Brause mit einem an dem Brausekopf angebrachten Schlauch.
Anordnungen dieser Art haben üblicherweise an einem Brausehalter, der von der Wandstange abragt, eine Aufnahme für den Griff der Brause. Der Brauseschlauch ist am Griffende angebracht. Dieser Brauseschlauch hängt dann vom Griffende nach unten herab, also mit deutlichem Abstand vor der Wandstange. Er stört dort. Darüber hinaus besteht die Gefahr, dass der Brauseschlauch an seiner Anschlussstelle geknickt wird. Diese Gefahr besteht insbesondere dann, wenn ein Benutzer unabsichtlich am Schlauch zieht oder daran hängen bleibt. Beispiele für derartige Anordnungen sind aus EP 504749 und DE 7008939 GM bekannt.
Es ist bereits eine Brausevorrichtung bekannt (DE-A-10109448), bei der ein mit einem Schlauch versehener Brausekopf in einer gekrümmten Wandstange verschoben werden kann. Die Wandstange ist zur Seite hin offen. Der Schlauch wird durch die gesamte Wandstange hindurch geführt. Er hängt am Ende der Wandstange herab. Die Brause kann nur am Ende der Wandstange von dieser gelöst werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Anordnung zu schaffen, bei der der Brauseschlauch nicht stört und die Gefahr, dass ein Benutzer am Schlauch zieht, nicht mehr gegeben ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Anordnung mit den im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen vor. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
Die Erfindung sorgt also dafür, dass der Brauseschlauch von dem Griff der Handbrause, wo er in den meisten Fällen angeschraubt ist, bis in den Bereich unmittelbar vor der Wandstange so geführt ist, dass er eben kurz vor der Wandstange herab hängt. Er wird damit als Teil der Wandstange gesehen und stört nicht mehr. Darüber hinaus ist die Gefahr des Hängenbleibens durch einen unachtsamen Benutzer nicht mehr gegeben. Auch die Gefahr, dass der Brauseschlauch unmittelbar an seinem Anschluss abknickt, wird hierdurch vermieden.
Die Halterung und Führung für den Brauseschlauch kann in Weiterbildung so ausgestaltet sein, dass der Schlauch ohne das Betätigen von Betätigungselementen eingelegt und auch wieder entnommen werden kann. Beispielsweise kann der Schlauch durch leichten Druck in eine Führung eingedrückt werden, wo er durch Formschluss oder Kraftschluss festliegt. Beim Entnehmen des Brausekopfs aus der Halterung löst sich dann der Schlauch mit geringem Kraftaufwand von selbst.
Die Führung für den Brauseschlauch kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung mindestens teilweise an dem Brausehalter selbst angeordnet sein.
Dies bietet sich dann an, wenn der Brausehalter mit Hilfe eines Schiebers an der Wandstange entlang verschoben werden kann.
Es kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass der Brauseschlauch im Übergang zur senkrechten Wandstange in einer Biegung geführt ist. Dies kann durch die am Brausehalter angebrachte Schlauchführung bewirkt werden. Beispielsweise kann der Brauseschlauch in eine nach unten oder zur Seite hin offene Nut eingelegt oder eingedrückt werden, die die erwähnte Form aufweist. Die Nut zur Unterbringung des Brauseschlauchs am Brausehalter kann so in den Brausehalter integriert werden, dass auch ästhetische Gesichtspunkte berücksichtigt werden können.
Es ist ebenfalls, gegebenenfalls auch zusätzlich, möglich, dass die Schlauchhalterung mindestens teilweise an der Wandstange angeordnet bzw. auch als Teil der Wandstange ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch wird es möglich, den Schlauch auch über die gesamte Länge der Wandstange zu halten und zu führen.
Beispielsweise kann die Führung für den Schlauch an der Wandstange mehrere Clips aufweisen, in die der Schlauch eingehängt wird. Diese könnten sich zum Beispiel auch an der Seite der Wandstange befinden. Besonders günstig ist es, wenn die Wandstange oder das Wandstangenprofil eine in oder an der Wandstange angeordnete Nut zur Aufnahme des Brauseschlauchs aufweist. Dann lässt sich der Schlauch fast unsichtbar in die Wandstange einlegen. Insbesondere bei Wandstangen, die als breiteres Profil ausgebildet sind, ist eine solche Lösung von Vorteil. Die Nut zur Aufnahme des Brauseschlauchs kann beispielsweise an der Seite angeordnet sein. Es ist aber ebenfalls möglich und wird von Erfindung bevorzugt, dass es sich um eine Nut handelt, die zur Vorderseite der Wandstange hin offen ist. Insbesondere liegt die Nut in Verlängerung der Projektion des Brausehalters, so dass der Brauseschlauch praktisch zwangsläufig ohne weitere Knickung oder Biegung in die Nut eingeführt werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Querschnitt der Nut größer als der Querschnitt des Schlauchs ist. Der Schlauch soll in der Nut nur geführt, aber nicht geklemmt werden. Insbesondere dann, wenn der Brausehalter an einem verschiebbaren Schlitten geführt ist, soll der Schlauch in der Nut auch nach oben und unten bewegt werden können, ohne dass er hierbei einen Widerstand bildet.
Es kann erfindungsgemäß in Weiterbildung vorgesehen sein, dass die Nut hinterschnitten ist und die Breite des die Öffnung in die Nut bildenden Schlitzes etwas kleiner als der Durchmesser des Schlauchs ist. Beim Einlegen und Entnehmen des Schlauchs ist also ein ganz geringer Widerstand zu überwinden, der dafür sorgt, dass der Schlauch in der Nut bleibt.
In nochmaliger Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Brauseschlauchführung an mindestens einer Stelle der Wandstange ein das Entnehmen des Schlauchs aus der Halterung erschwerendes Sicherungsmittel aufweist. Damit soll sichergestellt werden, dass der Schlauch tatsächlich in der Nut bleibt, ohne dass sein Herausnehmen vollständig verhindert wird. Daher wird das Sicherungsmittel nur so ausgebildet, dass das Herausnehmen erschwert wird. Bei einem ruckartigen Ziehen löst sich der Schlauch natürlich dennoch aus der Führung.
Dieses Sicherungsmittel kann beispielsweise mit Vorteil im Bereich des unteren Endes der Wandstange angeordnet sein. Es können natürlich auch mehrere derartige Sicherungsmittel vorhanden sein, obwohl die Erfindung das Vorsehen eines einzigen Sicherungsmittels am unteren Ende der Stange bevorzugt.
Das Sicherungsmittel kann beispielsweise ein verformbares und/oder wegklappbares Element aufweisen.
Besonders günstig ist es aber, wenn das Sicherungsmittel ohne bewegbare Teile auskommt. Beispielsweise kann das Sicherungsmittel eine Veränderung des Querschnitts der Nut aufweisen, wobei darunter sowohl eine Veränderung der Größe des Querschnitts als auch eine Veränderung der Form des Querschnitts ohne Veränderung seines Flächeninhalts verstanden werden soll.
Bei einem Brausehalter mit einem Schieber, der also verschiebbar angeordnet ist, kann das Sicherungsmittel insbesondere eine Verengung des in die Nut führenden Schlitzes aufweisen. Dies kann beispielsweise durch zwei kleine Ausbuchtungen auf beiden Seiten des Schlitzes erreicht werden.
Erfindungsgemäß kann das Sicherungsmittel in einem mit dem unteren Ende der Wandstange verbindbaren Abschlusselement angeordnet sein. Die Befestigung kann dann entweder an der Wandstange oder an einem Halter geschehen, der die Wandstange befestigt.
Die Erfindung ist insbesondere dann mit großem Vorteil anwendbar, wenn der Brausehalter an einem Schieber verschiebbar geführt ist, da dort der Brauseschlauch der Bewegung des Schiebers folgt. Hier ist von der Erfindung vorgesehen, als Weiterbildung eine zur Führung des Schiebers dienende Nut gleichzeitig auch als Nut zur Aufnahme des Schlauchs zu verwenden.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung, den Patentansprüchen und der Zusammenfassung, deren beider Wortlaut durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird, sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Figur 1 zeigt eine fast übliche Anordnung einer Schlauchbrause. Vor einer Wand ist eine Wandstange 1 befestigt, bei der es sich um eine aus einem Hohlprofil gebildete Wandstange handelt. In der von der Wand abgewandten Vorderseite der Wandstange ist eine Nut 2 ausgebildet, in der ein Schieber 3 verschiebbar geführt ist. An dem Schieber 3 ist ein Halter 4 für eine Handbrause 5 angebracht. Der Halter 4 enthält einen üblichen Konushalter 6, in den der Griff der Brause 5 eingesteckt ist. Der Konushalter 6 ist um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar. Er ist zwischen zwei Armen 7, 8 des Brausehalters 4 schwenkbar gelagert. Der untere Arm 8 des Halters 4 weist einen nach unten hin offenen Zwischenraum auf, durch den der Brauseschlauch 9 geführt ist. Dieser Zwischenraum kann etwas hinterschnitten sein, so dass der Brauseschlauch 9, wenn er in ihn eingedrückt ist, dort bleibt. Im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Halter 4 und der Wandstange 1 ist der Schlauch 9 in einer Krümmung geführt, so dass er nicht abknicken kann.
Von dem Halter 4 an führt der Schlauch 9 in die Nut 2 der Wandstange 1. Die Nut 2 liegt, da sie gleichzeitig die Führungsnut für den Schieber 3 bildet, in der Verlängerung des Griffs des Brausekopfs 5, so dass, von vorne gesehen, der Schlauch 9 eine gerade Linie bildet.
Die Wandstange 1 weist an ihrem oberen Ende eine Abdeckkappe 10 auf, die das Profil der Stange abschließt, darunter auch die Nut 2.
Am unteren Ende der Wandstange 1 ist ein anderes Abschlusselement 11 angeordnet, das die Nut 2 fortsetzt. Das untere Abschlusselement 11 enthält eine Sicherungseinrichtung 12, die in der Figur 1 zwar zu sehen ist, aber nur undeutlich. Dieses Sicherungsmittel wird im Folgenden noch beschrieben werden.
Figur 2 zeigt nun im größeren Maßstab Einzelheiten des Abschlusselements 11 am unteren Ende der Wandstange 1. Das Abschlusselement 11 setzt die Außenform und die Nut 2 in der Wandstange 1 unverändert fort. Zwischen den beiden Elementen, nämlich der Wandstange 1 und dem Abschlusselement 11, ist ein Halter 13 angeordnet, der zur Befestigung der Wandstange 1 und des Abstützelements 11 dient. Dieser Halter 13 ist in den folgenden Figuren noch dargestellt.
Der Zugang zur Nut 2 wird durch einen Längsschlitz gebildet, dessen Breite etwas geringer ist als der Durchmesser der Nut, so dass ein geringer Hinterschnitt gebildet ist. Der Hinterschnitt ist aber so gering, dass der Schlauch noch leicht eingelegt und entnommen werden kann. Das Abschlusselement 11 enthält nun ein Sicherungsmittel 12 in Form von zwei Ausbuchtungen 14, die die Längskante 15 des Schlitzes etwas nach innen verformen. Diese Ausbuchtungen sind allseits abgerundet, so dass der Schlauch 9 nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Die Ausbuchtungen 14 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie weder die Querschnittsfläche der Nut hinter dem Längsschlitz noch die Form des Querschnitts hinter dem Längsschlitz ändern. Die Ausbuchtungen 14 und damit das Sicherungsmittel 12 wirken nur dann, wenn der Schlauch 9 aus dem Schlitz herausgenommen werden soll. Eine Längsverschiebung des Schlauchs 9, die beim Verschieben des Halters 4 für den Brausekopf natürlich auftritt, wird durch das Sicherungsmittel 12 in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.
Figur 3, auf die jetzt Bezug genommen wird, zeigt die gleichen Teile wie Figur 2, nur in auseinander gezogenem Zustand. Der Halter 13 weist eine Ausbildung auf, die es ermöglicht, ihn in das untere Ende der Wandstange 1 einzuschieben. An seinem die beiden Flügel 16 verbindenden Steg 17 wird der Halter 13 an die Wand geschraubt. Er hat hierzu eine Öffnung 18, durch die eine Schraube hindurch gesteckt werden kann.
Das Abschlusselement 11 wird dann seinerseits auf das untere Ende des Halters 13 aufgeschoben. Ein elastischer Vorsprung 19 dient dazu, in eine in der Seite des Abschlusselements 11 vorhandene Öffnung einzug reifen.
Figur 4 zeigt nochmals das Abschlusselement 11, diesmal ohne Schlauch. Es ist zu sehen, dass die Nut 2 der Wandstange 14 in dem Abschlusselement fortgesetzt ist. Im dargestellten Beispiel weist die Nut einen rechteckigen oder quadratischen Querschnitt auf, ist also praktisch nicht hinterschnitten. Die Ausbuchtungen 14 sind im Bereich der Vorderkante der Nut vorhanden, also an der Stelle, wo der Schlitz gebildet ist, der in die Nut 2 hinein führt.
Die Erfindung schafft eine Möglichkeit, bei der der zum Brausekopf führende Schlauch 9 sauber und ordentlich weg geräumt ist, so dass er weder optisch stört noch den Freiraum in der Dusche einschränkt.

Claims (16)

  1. Anordnung zum Anbringen einer Brause, mit
    1.1 einer senkrecht verlaufenden Wandstange (1),
    1.2 einem an der Wandstange (1) angebrachten Halter (4) für einen mit einem Schlauch (9) versehenen Brausekopf (5),
    1.3 einer Führung für den Brauseschlauch (9), die
    1.3.1 derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie den Brauseschlauch (9) von seinem Anschluss an den Brausekopf (5) bis mindestens in den Bereich unmittelbar benachbart der Wandstange (1) führt.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Schlauchführung derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Schlauch (9) ohne Betätigen von Elementen eingelegt und entnommen werden kann.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Schlauchführung mindestens teilweise an dem Brausehalter (4) angeordnet ist.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Brauseschlauch (9) im Übergang zur senkrechten Wandstange (1) in einer Biegung gehaltert ist.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schlauchführung mindestens teilweise an der Wandstange (1) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schlauchführung eine in oder an der Wandstange (1) angeordnete Nut (2) zur Aufnahme des Brauseschlauchs (9) aufweist.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Nut (2) zur Vorderseite der Wandstange (1) hin offen ist.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei der der Querschnitt der Nut (2) größer als der Querschnitt des Schlauchs (9) ist.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, bei der die Nut (2) hinterschnitten ist und die Breite des Schlitzes etwas kleiner als der Durchmesser des Schlauchs (9) ist.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Brauseschlauchführung an mindestens einer Stelle der Wandstange (1) ein das Entnehmen des Schlauchs (9) aus der Halterung erschwerendes Sicherungsmittel aufweist.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, bei der das Sicherungsmittel ein verformbares und/oder wegklappbares Element aufweist.
  12. Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei der das Sicherungsmittel (12) eine Veränderung des Querschnitts der Nut (2) aufweist.
  13. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, bei der das Sicherungsmittel eine Verengung des in die Nut (2) führenden Schlitzes aufweist.
  14. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, bei der das Sicherungsmittel (12) im Bereich des unteren Endes der Wandstange (1) angeordnet ist.
  15. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, bei der das Sicherungsmittel (12) in einem mit dem unteren Ende der Wandschiene (1) verbindbaren Abschlusselement (11) angeordnet ist.
  16. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, bei der der Brausehalter (4) mit einem Schieber (3) verschiebbar geführt ist und die Führungsnut (2) für den Schieber (3) die Nut zur Aufnahme des Schlauchs (9) bildet.
