Claims (6)
- Borne à ressort avec une partie de barre conductrice (10) et un ressort à lame pour le raccordement d'un conducteur électrique (23),- la partie de barre conductrice (10) est réalisée à partir d'un matériau plat et comporte une ouverture de traversée de conducteur sous la forme d'un passage de matériau rectangulaire (11), qui comporte un rebord de trou (13) s'étendant dans la direction de traversée de conducteur avec des surfaces internes de rebord de trou (14, 15) fermées en forme d'anneau,- le ressort à lame comporte une branche de serrage (20) dont l'extrémité est enfoncée dans le passage de matériau (11) de telle manière qu'elle forme avec une surface interne de rebord de trou (15) du passage de matériau (10) un point de serrage pour le conducteur électrique (23),caractérisée en ce que- un bord transversal (22) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de traversée de conducteur et en saillie contre le conducteur électrique (23) est prédisposé au niveau de la surface interne de rebord de trou (15) qui forme le point de serrage avec l'extrémité de branche de serrage, et- la branche de serrage (20) du ressort à lame est dimensionnée et formée de telle manière que le bord de serrage d'extrémité (21) de l'extrémité de branche de serrage, dans la position du serrage du conducteur électrique (23), soit à peu près en face du bord transversal (22) prédisposé au niveau de la surface interne de rebord de trou.
- Borne à ressort selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que- le bord transversal prédisposé au niveau de la surface interne de rebord de trou (15) est formé par le bord inférieur (22) du rebord de trou du passage de matériau (11) dans la direction de traversée de conducteur, lequel est disposé dans ce but contre le conducteur électrique (23) à serrer. - Borne à ressort selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que- la surface interne de rebord de trou (15) de la zone du rebord de trou (13), dont le bord (22) forme avec le bord de serrage d'extrémité (21) du ressort à lame le point de serrage, est réalisée comme une surface inclinée (15) formée sans à-coup avec transition douce. - Borne à ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que- le ressort à lame est recourbé essentiellement en forme de U et comporte une branche de montage (19) au niveau de son extrémité opposée à la branche de serrage (20), laquelle s'étend avec la branche de serrage (20) du ressort à lame dans le même massage de matériau (11) des parties de barre conductrice (10) et repose contre la surface interne de rebord de trou (14), qui est en face de la surface interne de rebord de trou (15) qui forme le point de serrage. - Borne à ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que- avec le point de serrage inoccupée et fermée, une portion d'extrémité (25) de la branche de serrage (20) du ressort à lame est située à l'intérieur du contour du passage de matériau et ainsi avec une extension superficielle de la portion qui est égale ou supérieure à la section transversale nominale du conducteur (23) à serrer- de telle manière que les surfaces internes de rebord de trou fermées en forme d'anneau (14, 15) forment avec la portion d'extrémité de la branche de serrage (20) une cavité métallique de guidage de conducteur (24) pour l'extrémité du conducteur électrique à insérer (23) qui avance. - Borne à ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que- une portion centrale de la branche de serrage (20) du ressort à lame, située à l'extérieur du contour du passage de matériau (11), présente une courbure en avant (25) dans la direction de la force de serrage élastique de la branche de serrage (20) du ressort à lame- de telle manière qu'un outil de pression (27) appliqué au niveau de cette courbure en avant (25) et sensiblement perpendiculairement au côté supérieur de la partie de barre conductrice (10) repousse la branche de serrage (20) jusqu'à une position dans laquelle le point de serrage est complètement ouvert.
