Definitions
- the present invention relates to a kitchen cover according to the preamble of the claim 1 or a method for producing a kitchen cover according to the preamble of claim 10.
- Kitchen covers or worktops are widely used in today's kitchens. she form a continuous conclusion of built-in wardrobes and contribute by avoidance of cracks and crevices to improve hygiene in the kitchen area.
- the kitchen covers have become easy-to-assemble components proven, which make it easy to attach sinks and the like in a kitchen.
- small kitchens such as in caravans, mobile homes, Huts, weekend houses, boat kitchens and the like have become easy to assemble Kitchen covers, in turn, in a simple way sink and the like. can be installed due to the easy processability and the clean, gapless Tried and tested with kitchen furniture and fittings.
- the previous kitchen covers used a variety of different materials used, e.g. Stone slabs, wooden slabs or plastic slabs. It is essential that in addition to an aesthetic surface, the panels are also suitable for the usual Stresses in a kitchen are suitable. For example, the countertops be insensitive to temperature and scratch-resistant. This sets a certain hardness of the kitchen cover ahead.
- a relatively new material for the formation of kitchen covers are glass fiber reinforced Plastics (GRP), which can also have a coating (gel coat), which is hard at the same time and is a decorative cover.
- GRP glass fiber reinforced Plastics
- gel coat a coating
- these kitchen covers from GRP it is also known to include components of the kitchen covers, e.g.
- the Kitchen cover to be simple and economical to manufacture and the requirements in terms of Hardness and decorative appearance are sufficient.
- the essential aspect of the present invention is that components of the Kitchen covers such as sinks, drainer areas, cutting boards and the like, and in particular also part of a burner, for example an electric or gas burner, namely a so-called burner insert is integrated into the worktop by pressing in a warm or cold curable material.
- a burner for example an electric or gas burner, namely a so-called burner insert is integrated into the worktop by pressing in a warm or cold curable material.
- a burner insert for example an electric or gas burner, namely a so-called burner insert is integrated into the worktop by pressing in a warm or cold curable material.
- the burner insert is advantageously designed such that it is part of a commercially available one Burner represents, in particular preferably forms a commercially available burner central part of the burner insert.
- the means for cooling the connection area between the curable material Worktop and burner insert can include all common coolants, such as. Water cooling, air cooling and the like, wherein the cooling of the connection area also includes that adjacent areas, especially on the burner insert side, be cooled, i.e. there is indirect cooling.
- the distance range can be dimensioned differently his.
- the distance range only has to be dimensioned so that the heat generated by the Brenner over the distance between the burner and the connection area between the worktop and burner insert leads to a temperature in the connection area, which for the Worktop material is harmless.
- the burner insert can be coded accordingly have, which according to the selected distance range only certain, with a certain power provided burner allows, causing damage to the countertop material is avoided.
- the distance region of the burner insert is preferably in the form of a disk, in particular circular sheet metal, in the middle of which a burner receiving opening is provided is.
- the distance range is formed by that the disc diameter is chosen to be large enough so that it is used for heat transfer from the burner to the connection area between the burner insert and worktop a sufficiently large distance is available that causes the temperature is sufficiently low in the connection area. Due to the appropriately chosen size A sufficient cooling by the ambient air is guaranteed by the heat transport section. Here it has also proven itself through holes and slots on the edge of the burner insert to minimize heat transfer.
- a material with low thermal conductivity for the distance range can be chosen, because this too contributes to keeping the temperature in the connection area low.
- the burner insert and the spacing area are also formed as separate parts be, if necessary, the burner insert itself and the distance area itself again can be made in several parts.
- Metallic materials have become the materials for the burner insert and / or the spacing area Proven materials, especially enamelled metals.
- the Worktop made of a cold or warm curable material, especially one Made of plastic.
- Materials from the group consisting of are preferably used here glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP), especially glass fiber reinforced polyester, as well Sheet molding compounds (SMC) materials, including carbon fiber reinforced plastics, used. It is important that the materials for the distance range and / or Burner insert are poor heat conductors.
- the kitchen cover preferably has a recess in the area of the burner insert, so that boiling water or the like can be collected.
- the trough can do this either partially formed by the worktop or by the burner insert.
- the vertical side walls or parts of the trough bottom are also made the material of the worktop or the material of the burner insert.
- the burner insert is arranged in the bottom area of the trough, the Bottom area preferably again has a truncated pyramid section, so that the burner itself and the cookware arranged above it from the surrounding bowl bottom is increased.
- the truncated pyramid-shaped part of the trough bottom can in turn be formed in whole or in part by either the worktop or the burner insert.
- connection area it is advantageous if the worktop is flush with the burner insert locks to avoid cracks and crevices in which dirt can accumulate can.
- the flush finish can be achieved both when the burner insert engages from above in the worktop as well as from the front in the material of the Worktop is pressed.
- the edge area of the burner insert In order to ensure that the burner insert is anchored in the worktop, it is preferred make the edge area of the burner insert curved or angled. Such a design can also be used to flush between the worktop and manufacture burner insert.
- Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the kitchen cover with the invention Integrated burner insert 2 in the area of a hob 5.
- the hob 5 is in the exemplary embodiment molded into the worktop 1, the worktop 1 being a vertical one Worktop area 10 and a horizontally extending trough bottom 9. in the Trough bottom 9, the burner insert 2 is pressed into the connection area 3, the Burner insert 2 has an overall truncated pyramid shape. At the edge the burner insert 2 has a bend 4 which is connected with the press-in is formed in the connection area 3 such that the bottom section 9 of the worktop 1 at 6 is flush with the burner insert 2.
- the burning insert 2 is also so formed that it is a sufficiently large distance from the Has burner insert opening 12 to the connection area 3 with the worktop 1, so that with a temperature development in the area of the burner receiving opening 12, no damaging ones Effect is exerted on the material of the worktop 1.
- the embodiment differs only in that the edge area the burner insert 2 not through the end face of the bottom region 9 of the worktop 1 is inserted and pressed into the material of the worktop 1, but from the top Side of the worktop 1. This means that the worktop 1 is still a little bit in Extends towards a burner insert opening 12 and engages under the burner insert 2.
- FIG. 3 differs from the previous embodiments essentially in that the worktop 1 essentially no horizontal Sections in the bottom area 9 has more, but only the vertical section 10. At the end of the vertical section 10 is again the edge area of the burner insert 2 inserted laterally into the material of the worktop 1, the edge region of the Burner insert 2 no longer has a rounding or kink. Nevertheless, it is Overall shape of the trough design essentially the same, since the burner insert 2 one truncated pyramid-shaped section 8 comprises.
- FIG. 5 A consistent further development of this idea is shown in FIG. 5, in which is that the worktop 1 essentially no longer comprises a trough section at all, but that the hob 5 is completely formed by the burner insert 2.
- the edge section of the burner insert 2, which is curved at 4 engages from above Worktop 1 a.
- the worktop 1 here again has a trough area 5 has a vertical section 10 and a horizontal trough bottom region 9.
- the truncated pyramid-shaped section 8 is at least partially through the worktop 1 is formed so that the burner insert 2 is essentially flat Washer can be formed. Only in the edge area in which the burner insert 2 in the material of the worktop 1 engages and is pressed, the burner insert 2 has one slight bend at 4 to create a flush transition from worktop 1 to Ensure burner insert 2 on the surface at 6. This flush and almost smooth transition from worktop 1 to burner insert 2 in connection area 3 enables a clean, gap-free transition and thus greatly increases the hygienic Cooking hob conditions 5.
- FIGS. 7 to 9 show different hobs 5 with different numbers of burner inserts 2.
- a two-burner hob 5 is shown, while in the Fig. 8 shows a three-burner hob 5.
- Fig. 9 in turn shows a four-flame Trough 5.
- the embodiments of FIGS. 7 to 9 differ in that burner inserts 2 of different sizes are provided. This corresponds with the different firing performance of the different intended for the burner inserts Burner.
- the burner inserts 2 also have grate receptacles 11 in the form of Wells in which the appropriate grids can be inserted.
- FIGS. 7 to 9 vary in the different form the hob 5, which can take a variety of forms, such as oval, almost triangular, square or square. Of course, everyone else is also Forms conceivable and possible.
- FIG. 10 An example of this is shown in FIG. 10 in the partial images (a-c), the single-burner hob 5 with burner inserts 2 with also different outer contours.
- the Cooking hobs 5 of FIG. 10 also differ from the cooking hobs of FIG. 7 to 9 in that the worktop 1 has only one vertical section 10, while the horizontal trough bottom area is only through the burner insert 2 is formed, as is the case, for example, in the embodiment of FIG. 3.
- Corresponding embodiments are of course also for burner inserts 2 with a trough-shaped one Cross section according to the embodiments of FIGS. 4 and 5 possible.
