Claims (9)
- Spritzpistole (1) zum Zerstäuben von flüssigen Medien mit Hilfe von Druckluft, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem mit einem Griffstück (14) und einer Zerstäuberdüse (19) versehenen an eine Druckluftleitung (2) anschließbaren Gehäuse (11), einer mit einem Ende in die Zerstäuberdüse (19) eingreifenden mit einer Zuführungsleitung (16) für das zu zerstäubende Medium versehenen und im Gehäuse (11) abgestützten Führungshülse (21) sowie einer Düsennadel (31), die zum Öffnen der Zerstäuberdüse (19) mittels eines verschwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (11) aufgehängten Abzugsbügels (26) entgegen der Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (33) betätigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsennadel (31) im Bereich der Führungshülse (21) mittels eines diese durchgreifenden Gelenkbolzens (27') mit dem Abzugbügel (26) formschlüssig verbunden ist und daß in die im Längsschnitt U-förmig ausgebildete Führungshülse (21) zwischen der Zuführungsleitung (16) und dem Gelenkbolzen (27') eine Dichtung (32) eingesetzt ist, in der die Düsennadel (31) verschiebbar gehalten ist. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsennadel (31) im Bereich einer den Gelenkbolzen (27') aufnehmenden Bohrung (35) mit einem der Innenmantelfläche der Führungshülse (21) angepaßten Verdickung (34) versehen ist. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsennadel (31) in dem der Zerstäuberdüse (19) angewandten Endbereich mit einem Bund (36) zur Anlage der zwischen diesem und dem Boden (23) der Führungshülse (21) eingesetzten Rückstellfeder (33) versehen ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Düsennadel (31) aufnehmende Dichtung (32) auf einer oder beiden Seiten mit einer oder mehreren in Längsrichtung der Düsennadel (31) abstehenden Laschen (38) versehen ist, die jeweils einen Längsschlitz (39) aufweisen, in die oder zwischen zwei Laschen (38) an der Düsennadel (31) angeformte Vorsprünge (40) eingreifen. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur lageorientierten Montage der Düsennadel (31) an dieser eine oder mehrere, vorzugsweise zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Anlageflächen (37) angeformt sind. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (37) in dem Bereich zwischen der Spitze (31') der Düsennadel (31) und der diese aufnehmenden Dichtung (32) an der Düsennadel (31) angearbeitet sind. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungshülse (21) in einer Zwischenwand (13) des Gehäuses (1) gehalten ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungshülse (21) mit Hilfe einer Lippendichtung (25) in der Zerstäuberdüse (19) dichtend eingesetzt und mit einer Anschlagfläche (24) an der Zwischenwand (12) des Gehäuses (11) axial abgestützt ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsennadel (31) einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
