Claims (10)
- Längsschneideinrichtung zum Zerschneiden einer Materialbahn (02), mit einer die Materialbahn (02) unterstützenden Walze (01) und einem mit der Walze (01) zusammenwirkenden Messer (06), wobei eine Saugdüse (12) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blasdüse (11) angeordnet ist und dass Blasdüse (11) und Saugdüse (12) im Bereich des Auslaufspaltes von Materialbahn (02) und Walze (01) angeordnet sind, dass die lichte Weite (L) der Saugdüse (12) in axialer Richtung der Walze (01) wenigstens zweimal so groß wie die lichte Weite (I) der Blasdüse (11) ist.
- Längsschneideinrichtung zum Zerschneiden einer Materialbahn (02), mit einer die Materialbahn (02) unterstützenden Walze (01) und einem mit der Walze (01) zusammenwirkenden Messer (06), wobei eine Saugdüse (12) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blasdüse (11) angeordnet ist und dass Blasdüse (11) und Saugdüse (12) im Bereich des Auslaufspaltes von Materialbahn (02) und Walze (01) angeordnet sind, dass eine Tangente (17) der Mantelfläche (03) am Schnittpunkt (P) der Mantelfläche (03) mit der Hauptblasrichtung der Blasdüse (11) eine von der Blasdüse (11) abgewandte Wand (19) der Saugdüse (11) schneidet.
- Längsschneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse (11) eine lichte Weite (I) in axialer Richtung der Walze (01) aufweist, die zwischen dem 0,2-fachen und dem 2-fachen der Breite einer mit dem Kreismesser (06) zusammenwirkenden Nut (04) beträgt.
- Längsschneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (01) entsprechend einer Förderbewegung der Materialbahn (02) drehbar ist, und dass die Blasdüse (11) orientiert ist, um an der Mantelfläche (03) einen überwiegend entgegen der Drehrichtung der Walze (01) verlaufenden Fluidstrom zu erzeugen.
- Längsschneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Tangente (17) der Mantelfläche (03) am Schnittpunkt (P) der Mantelfläche (03) mit der Hauptblasrichtung der Blasdüse (11) eine von der Blasdüse (11) abgewandte Wand (19) der Saugdüse (11) schneidet.
- Längsschneideinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Auffangbehälter für die durch die Saugdüse (12) abgesaugten Partikel angeordnet ist.
- Längsschneideinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluidstrom ein Luftstrom ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Längsschneideinrichtung mit einer eine zu schneidende Materialbahn (02) unterstützenden Walze (01) und mit einer Saugdüse (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fluidstrom gegen einen von der Materialbahn (02) abgewandten Bereich der Mantelfläche (03) der Walze (01) geblasen wird und dass der Fluidstrom entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der Mantelfläche (03) der Walze (01) über diese strömt, dass eine Tangente (17) der Mantelfläche (03) am Schnittpunkt (P) der Mantelfläche (03) mit der Hauptblasrichtung einer Blasdüse (11) eine von der Blasdüse (11) abgewandte Wand (19) der Saugdüse (11) schneidet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluidstrom von der Mantelfläche (03) der Walze (01) abgesaugt wird, bevor er auf die Materialbahn (02) trifft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgesaugte Fluidstrom von Partikeln befreit wird.
