Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Entfernung von Partikel von ein- oder mehrlagigen Materialbahnen 5, die mittels Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) die entlang des Bahnlaufpfades (6) in einer Längsschneidzone (27) beispielsweise im Wendestangenüberbau einer bahnverarbeitenden Rotationsdruckmaschine angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den Schneidvorrichtungen (1, 3) zugeordnete Absaugzone (26) der Lage des Schneidpunktes (4) entsprechend erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugzone (26) durch Auslenkung flexibler Elemente (17) erfolgt, die eine Absaugung (23) begrenzen.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Auslenkung erzeugenden Elemente (13, 19) zwangsgekoppelt mit den Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Partikeln von ein- oder mehrlagigen Materialbahnen (5), die mittels Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) die entlang des Bahnlaufpfades (6) in einer Längsschneidzone (27) aufgenommen sind, die sich beispielsweise im Wendestangenüberbau einer bahnverarbeitenden Rotationsdruckmaschine befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absaugzone (26) bildende Elemente (17) durch parallel zur Rotationsachse (2) der Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) bewegbare, mit diesen gekoppelte Auslenkelemente (13), ausgelenkt werden.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Absaugzone (26) bildenden Elemente (17) als flexible Bürsten (17) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexiblen Elemente (17) als lamellenförmige Verschiebeelemente ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente (17) eine Öffnung (11.2) einer Absaugung (23) begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslenkelemente (13, 19) an einem Lagerschild (18) eines der Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) aufgenommen sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerschild (18) mittels eines Antriebes (15, 16) in Verfahrrichtung (20) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verfahrrichtung (20) sich senkrecht zur Materialbahn in Laufrichtung (6) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugung (23) ein Unterdruckkasten (11) mit seitlichen Unterdruckanschlüssen (12) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugung (23) eine Öffnung (11.2) umfaßt, welche durch auslenkbare Elemente (17) abgedeckt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auslenkbaren Elemente (17) in Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslenkelemente (13, 19) eine gerundete Kontur (25) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslenkelemente (13, 19) eine in der Bahnlaufebene liegende Absaugzone (26) erzeugen, die sich in den Auslaufzwickel der miteinander zusammenarbeitenden Schneideinrichtungen (1, 3) erstreckt.
- Akzidenzrollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Partikeln von ein- oder mehrlagigen Materialbahnen (5), die entlang des Bahnlaufpfades in einer Längsschneidzone (27) aufgenommen sind, die sich beispielsweise im Wendestangenüberbau befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absaugzone (26) bildende Elemente (17) durch parallel zur Rotationsachse (2) der Längsschneideinrichtung (1, 3) bewegbare, mit diesen gekoppelte Auslenkelemente (13, 19) ausgelenkt werden.
- Zeitungsrotationsdruckmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Partikeln von ein- oder mehrlagigen Materialbahnen (5), die entlang des Bahnlaufpfades (6) in einer Längsschneidzone (27) aufgenommen sind, die sich beispielsweise im Wendestangenüberbau befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absaugzone (26) bildende Elemente (17) durch parallel zur Rotationsachse (2) der Längsschneideinrichtungen (1, 3) bewegbare, mit diesen gekoppelten Auslenkelementen (13, 19) ausgelenkt werden.
