Claims (20)
- Strahlungsempfindliches Gemisch, das ein radikalisch polymerisierbares Acrylat- oder Methacrylat-Monomer und/oder -Oligomer mit mindestens zwei Acrylat- und/oder Methacrylatgruppen und mindestens einer photooxidierbaren Gruppe, einen Photoinitiator, einen IR-absorbierenden Farbstoff und ein organisches polymeres Bindemittel enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der IR-absorbierende Farbstoff ein Heptamethincyanin-Farbstoff ist, dass das Gemisch für den nahen Infrarot-Bereich empfindlich ist, und der Photoinitiator diese Strahlung nicht absorbiert.
- Gemisch gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 3 Methin-Kohlenstoffatome in der Heptamethinkette des Farbstoffs Bestandteil eines 5- bis 7-gliedrigen isocyclischen oder heterocyclischen Rings sind.
- Gemisch gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden aromatischen Endgruppen in den Heptamethincyanin-Farbstoffen Indol- und/oder Indoliumgruppen sind, an die gegebenenfalls noch mindestens ein weiterer Ring anelliert sein kann.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heptamethincyanin-Farbstoff der Formel V entspricht R1=R2=H oder R1 und R2 zusammen -CH=CH-CH=CH- bedeuten, wobei R1 gemeinsam mit R2 einen sechgliederigen anellierten Ring bildet,
R3=Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl oder Butyl
X= -(CH2)3- oder -(CH2)2-
Y= bedeuten, oder der formel VI R1=R2=H oder R1 und R2zusammen -CH=CH-CH=CH- bedeuten, wobei R1 gemeinsam mit R2 einen sechgliederigen anellierten Ring bildet,
R3=Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl oder Butyl
R4=H, Cl, X= -(CH2)3- oder -(CH2)2-
Y= Br-, Cl-, I-, pTosO-, ClO4 -, BF4 - oder PF6 - - Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Heptamethincyanin-Farbstoffs 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 8,0 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der nichtflüchtigen Bestandteile des Gemisches, beträgt.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das radikalisch polymerisierbare Acrylat- oder Methacrylat-Monomer zwei Acrylat- oder Methacrylatgruppen enthält.
- Gemisch gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die photo-oxidierbare Gruppe in dem radikalisch polymerisierbaren Acrylat- oder Methacrylat-Monomer oder -Oligomer eine primäre, sekundäre oder tertiären Aminogruppe, eine Harnstoff-, eine Thio- und/oder Urethangruppe ist.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil aller photopolymerisierbaren Monomere oder Oligomere allgemein 10 bis 85 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 20 bis 75 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der nichtflüchtigen Bestandteile des Gemisches, beträgt.
- Gemisch gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der photopolymerisierbaren Monomere oder Oligomere mit photooxidierbaren Gruppen mindestens 40 Gew.-% beträgt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht aller photopolymerisierbaren Monomere und/oder Oligomere.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Photoinitiator eine TriazinVerbindung mit mindestens einer photolytisch spaltbaren Trihalogenmethylgruppe, insbesondere einer Trichlor- oder Tribrommethylgruppe, enthält.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil an Photoinitiator(en) allgemein bei 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der nichtflüchtigen Bestandteile des Gemisches, liegt .
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Bindemittel chlorierte Polyalkylene (insbesondere chloriertes Polyethylen und chloriertes Polypropylen), Poly(meth)acrylsäure-alkylester oder -alkenylester (insbesondere Polymethyl(meth)acrylat, Polyethyl(meth)acrylat, Polybutyl(meth)acrylat, Polyisobutyl-(meth)acrylat, Polyhexyl(meth)acrylat, Poly[(2-ethyl-hexyl)-(meth)acrylat] und Poly[allyl(meth)acrylat]), Alkyl(meth)acrylat/(Meth)acrylsäure-Copolymere, Copolymere von (Meth)acrylsäure-alkylestern oder -alkenylestern mit anderen copolymerisierbaren Monomeren (insbesondere mit (Meth)acrylnitril, Vinylchlorid, Vinylidenchlorid, Styrol und/oder Butadien), Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Vinylchlorid/Acrylnitril-Copolymere, Polyvinylidenchlorid (PVDC), Vinylidenchlorid/Acrylnitril-Copolymere, Polyvinylacetat, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyacrylnitril, Acrylnitril/Styrol-Copolymere, (Meth)acrylamid/Alkyl(meth)acrylat-Copolymere, Acrylnitril/Butadien/Styrol (ABS)-Terpolymere, Polystyrol, Poly(α-methyl-styrol), Polyamide, Polyurethane, Polyester, Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Acetylcellulose, (Hydroxy-(C1-C4)alkyl)-cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose, Polyvinylformal und/oder Polyvinylbutyral sowie α,β-ungesättigte Carbon- oder Dicarbonsäuren eingesetzt werden.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel ein mittleres Molekulargewicht Mw von 600 bis 200.000, bevorzugt 1.000 bis 100.000, und eine Säurezahl zwischen 10 und 250, bevorzugt von 20 bis 200, oder eine Hydroxylzahl von 50 bis 750, bevorzugt von 100 bis 500, aufweist.
- Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des bzw. der Bindemittel(s) allgemein 10 bis 90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 20 bis 80 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der nichtflüchtigen Bestandteile des Gemisches, beträgt.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial für die Herstellung von Druckplatten mit einem Träger und einer Schicht aus dem photopolymerisierbaren Gemisch gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger eine Folie, ein Band oder eine Platte aus Kunststoff oder Metall, bevorzugt aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung mit einer gegebenenfalls mechanisch, chemisch und/oder elektrochemisch vorbehandelten Oberfläche, ist.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich auf der strahlungsempfindlichen Schicht eine für Sauerstoff undurchlässige oder nur wenig durchlässige Deckschicht befindet.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht aus Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyphosphaten oder einem Zucker besteht.
- Aufzeichnungsmaterial gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht eine Dicke von 0,1 bis 10 µm, bevorzugt 1 bis 5 µm, aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Druckplatte aus dem Aufzeichnungsmaterial gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufzeichnungsmaterial mit IR-Laserstrahlen einer Wellenlänge zwischen 700 und 1200 nm bildmäßig bestrahlt und anschließend mit einem organischen Lösemittel oder Lösemittelgemisch oder einer wäßrig-alkalischen Lösung entwickelt wird.
