Claims (8)
- Spender (1) zur Abgabe dosierter Mengen flüssiger bis pastöser Produkte (30), bestehend aus einem Speicherbehälter (3) mit axial verschiebbarem Nachführkolben (8) und einem auf dem Speicherbehälter (3) angeordneten Spenderkopf (2) mit einer Spenderpumpe (4), deren Pumpkammer (5) eingangs- und ausgangsseitig durch Rückschlagventile (6, 7) begrenzt ist sowie mit einem der Spenderpumpe (4) nachgeordneten Ausströmkanal (9) mit einer durch ein Dichtelement (15, 25) verschließbaren Applikationsöffnung (12, 22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Spenderkopf (2) mit einer den Spenderkopf (2) in Axialrichtung oben abschließenden Applikationskappe (10, 20) mit ebener Applikationsfläche (11, 21) und mit in der Applikationsfläche (11, 21) mittig angeordneter Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) ausgebildet ist,und das Dichtelement (15, 25) zum Verschluss der Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) so ausgebildet und innerhalb der Applikationsfläche (11, 21) angeordnet ist, dass das Dichtelement (15, 25) mit seiner Stirnfläche die Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) vollständig überdeckt und dabei übergangslos und kantenlos einen Teil der ebenen Applikationsfläche (11, 21) bildet.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) aus zwei oder mehr durch Stege miteinander verbundene Durchströmöffnungen gebildet wird und im Mittelpunkt der Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) mit einem aufrecht stehenden Dorn (13, 23) ausgebildet ist, dessen Höhe bis zur Oberkante der Applikationsfläche (11, 21) reicht.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Rückschlagventil wirkende Dichtelement (15, 25) aus einem elastischen Material gefertigt ist und in seiner Stirnfläche mittig eine Auslassöffnung (16, 26) besitzt, die in der Schließstellung des Spenders (1) auf den innerhalb der Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) angeordneten feststehenden Dorn (13, 23) luftdicht aufliegt und die in der Applikationsstellung des Spenders (1) auf Grund des Pumpendrucks, der die Stirnfläche mittig nach außen vorwölbt, sich von diesem Dorn nach oben abhebt und die Applikationsöffnung (12, 22) freigibt.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (25) eine zylinderförmig ausgebildete elastische Kappe ist, die mit ihrer runden Seitenwand (27) so tief in eine entsprechend runde und tiefe Ausnehmung (28) der Applikationsfläche (21) eingeprellt ist, dass die Stirnfläche (25') des Dichtelementes (25) die Applikationsfläche (21) an dieser Stelle übergangslos ergänzt.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (25) zur Aufrechterhaltung eines festen Sitzes nach dem Einprellen an der Außenseite seiner Seitenwand (27) mit mindestens einem Ringwulst (27') ausgebildet ist.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (25) aus einem elastischen Rohstoff, beispielsweise thermoplastischen Elastomeren (TPE), Nitrilkautschuk (NBR), Silikon oder anderen gummiartigen Rohstoffen, gefertigt ist.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (15) einteilig mit der Applikationskappe (10) im 2-Komponenten-Spritzguss gefertigt ist.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (15) mit der Applikationskappe (10) aus den im 2-Komponenten-Spritzguss verwendbaren Rohstoffen gefertigt ist, beispielsweise thermoplastischen Elastomeren (TPE).
