Definitions
- the invention relates to a patterned scarf according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- a scarf is especially as a fan scarf for clubs, clubs, companies and like that.
- the scarf is made of two fabric layers, the Woven with multicolored warp threads and multi-colored weft threads. To the Edges, these layers are interwoven.
- the scarves will be on the Longitudinal edges mechanically cut and sewed with an overlock seam to a To prevent fraying.
- Such scarfs made in warp and weft effect have only a low warp density and weft density and therefore leave only rough patterns with insufficient resolution too. An individualization of the scarves during the Manufacturing process is not possible. Fringes are used during production the scarf formed by protruding warp threads, but the fringes are ugly, because they are multicolored.
- a scarf of the type mentioned is known from the IT-1 292 000 A and in the Present Figures 1 to 4 shown.
- This scarf has monochrome warp threads and the patterning is done by means of multicolored weft threads through spaced entries formed between the monochrome warp threads.
- Such a scarf already allows Pattern with good resolution and good purity of colors and patterns.
- GB-A-1 590 126 describes a method for bulking synthetic multifilament yarns, wherein an untwisted or partially twisted yarn to a Textile fabric is entangled, which then by applying heat and Entexe is shrunk by a predetermined amount in the mold.
- US-A-3,583 147 describes a heat-set, mechanically-crimped yarn which contains a plurality of continuous organic polymeric fibers which are at least two Types of blended thermoplastic polyamide fibers of specific composition exhibit.
- the object of the invention is a patterned scarf of the type mentioned continue to improve.
- the textured warp threads give the scarf appealing, full fringes that those come close to a knitted scarf. In addition, the scarf itself gets one fuller grip.
- Such a scarf can basically be produced in one lane, is more advantageous However, at least two-lane production on a loom according to Claim 14 and separating the connected scarves by means of a separating device. This allows a rational production of the scarf realize.
- textured yarns such as torsionsgebuschchte Yarns, compressed, crimped yarns, chunky over a cutting edge, curled monofilaments, Schlingengame with air jets and the like.
- a yarn according to claim 2 which is substantially has untwisted, parallel exposed fibers and at certain intervals is swirling.
- Such yarns have, despite high stability in the longitudinal direction, for the Tissue stability is beneficial, yet a bulky, voluminous appearance that suitable for the fringes.
- the swirling of the fibers of the textured game can vary within wide ranges, but particularly preferred is an area between 0.8 and 1.2 cm.
- the fineness of the yarn of the warp threads is according to Claim 3 a wide range possible, with preferred results in a Fineness of 160 to 180 dtex result.
- the pattern of the scarf basically by the weft threads and their spationed entry formed between the warp threads, it may optionally be appropriate, the scarf with an additional binding Pattern to be provided by the warp threads.
- each fabric layer individually patterned.
- an embodiment according to claim 6 since then then for patterning advantageous the same weft threads can be used for both fabric layers. This results in the further advantage that by changing the weft threads from one layer of tissue to the other, the individual layers of tissue in areas connected together, whereby the scarf receives a certain stability, which improves the usefulness and the feel of the scarf.
- the scarf can both a word area as an image area have, wherein the weft threads of both areas according to claim 7 different are, wherein the weft threads in the image area preferably a greater fineness exhibit.
- the scarf can be individually designed Pattern area, so that such a scarf during the weaving process, for example with the name of the future owner or idol can be provided.
- the fringes at the transverse edges are according to claim 11 by the warp threads educated. In certain cases, it may be advantageous if the scarf and the Longitudinal edges fringes according to claim 12. Due to the design of the Scarves according to claim 13 receives this by roughening a full velvety Appearance and a corresponding pleasant grip and good wearing properties.
- a thermal separator according to claim 16 is particularly effective, but leaves at the cut edges usually brewing, the sharp-edged and sawtooth-like and usually need to be eliminated, so that they do not affect the carrying capacity of the scarf for the user. It is therefore particularly advantageous for separating the webs according to claim 17 to use an ultrasonic separator that is already cutting while cutting allows processing of the cut edges.
- FIG. 1 to 4 show the prior art, which also for the present invention is decisive and starting from the present invention becomes.
- the scarf shown in the figures contains a first fabric layer 2 and a second fabric layer 4, which at the longitudinal edges 6 and at the transverse edges. 8 woven together and so form a completely enclosed tube.
- each the two fabric layers 2, 4 is characterized by monochrome warp threads 10, which are independent are of the colors to be produced on the scarf, and multicolored Weft threads 12 formed.
- monochrome warp threads 10 which are independent are of the colors to be produced on the scarf, and multicolored Weft threads 12 formed.
- the Weft threads 12 spationed between the warp threads 10 registered that is, the Weft is crossed only with certain warp threads 10a with these and is enclosed the intervening warp threads 10b over this, so covers the warp threads 10b and lies in the area above the warp threads that are to form the pattern.
- the connection the weft threads on the warp threads migrate from shot to shot at least a warp thread laterally.
- the warp threads 10 thus appear exclusively spatial and preprogrammed intervals on the surface and are dominated by the weft threads, so that this the color and the pattern specify the fabric and push the warp threads in the background.
- FIG. 4 shows a section of a longitudinal edge 6 of the scarf, on which the fabric layers 2, 4 are interwoven with each other. There are weft portions 12a the first fabric layer 2 with warp threads 10b of the second fabric layer 4 is connected and weft thread portions 12b of the second fabric layer 4 with warp threads 10a of first fabric layer 2.
- the weft threads determine the color and the pattern on the gut sides of the fabric layer 2, 4. At the transverse edges 8, the warp threads 10 are free of weft threads and make fringes 14.
- FIGS 9 the improvements of the present invention over this state of the art Technique described.
- the reference numerals used in FIGS. 1 to 4 become also used below.
- FIG. 5 describes a scarf according to the invention, in which the fabric layers 2, 4 are interwoven at the longitudinal edges 6 and at the transverse edges 8. At the longitudinal edges are at least the outer warp threads as adhesive warp threads 10c, which connect the crossing weft threads 12 with the warp threads 10. Analogously, at least the first and the last weft thread on the transverse edges 8 formed as Kleußussfäden 12c.
- the adhesive warp yarns 10c and the adhesive wet yarns 12c in FIG represented a certain distance from the edge, but in fact they form the outer Edge of the longitudinal edges 6 and the transverse edges 8 as shown in Figure 6.
- the warp threads 10 form at the transverse edges of the fringes 14. At the longitudinal edges. 6 are in the present example also fringes 16 present, by weft threads 12 are formed, which protrude beyond the longitudinal edges 6 in the desired length and are free from warp threads.
- the scarf shown in Figure 5 has three different Pattern areas.
- a first pattern area 18 is a font area, for example the name of an association, a club, a company or the like is reserved for example here the football club BENFICA.
- a second pattern area 20 is an image area including, for example, the coat of arms or other Design may involve.
- the third pattern area 22 is an individual area, for example from scarf to scarf with otherwise identical first and second pattern areas 18, 20 can be changed and, for example, the name of the carrier or may include the name of an athlete or the like. While for the first Pattern area 18 a coarser grid is conceivable require the second pattern area 20 and the third pattern area 22 a finer screening, for example can be achieved by thinner warp threads and greater weft density.
- the patterning of the individual fabric layers 2, 4 for each tissue layer is done individually, as for example with reference to FIG. 3 is shown.
- the patterns of the first fabric layer 2 and the second fabric layer 4 are combined with each other so that the pattern forming Weft threads 12a and 12b at the end of a pattern part of a fabric layer to the other tissue layer. This will affect the second fabric layer formed the negative image of the first tissue layer while the Tissue layers when changing the sample parts connected to each other, such as Figure 6 shows.
- These Turbulences can have distances of 0.5 to 5 cm, preferably a distance from 0.8 to 1.2 cm.
- the warp threads can have a fineness of 55 to 550 dtex have particularly good results with finenesses of 160 to 180 dtex achieved.
- the warp density is 40 to 60, preferably 48 threads per cm.
- the shot density is in each fabric layer advantageously 20 to 36 threads per cm.
- Warp threads are preferably yarns of polyester or polyamide used.
- the weft yarns are made of acrylic staple fibers proven.
- FIG. 8 shows the two-lane production of scarves, having at the longitudinal edges 6 fringes 16.
- the scarves 28a and 28b become manufactured in one piece, wherein the weft threads 12 on both scarves 28a and 28b run continuously.
- the warp threads 10 recessed.
- Separators 30 separate the through-going Weft threads 12 between the scarves 28a, 28b to the fringes 16 of the desired To get length.
- the scarves will be woven through and the tissue with corresponding Separators 30 separated between the scarves.
- the separation process can be carried out with separators of various kinds, such as with mechanical or thermal separators or Ultrasonic Separators. The latter are preferred because they provide a safe separation process and at the same time provide gentle cutting edges, as opposed to a thermal cutting device that provides immediately sharp brow.
- FIG. 9 shows a schematic representation of a loom for producing the Scarves 28a, 28b of Figure 8.
