Claims (15)
- Systemteil (1), insbesondere für maschenbildende Maschinen,
mit einem Systemteilkörper (2), der einen zur Aufnahme in einem Systemteilkanal vorgesehenen Abschnitt aufweist, der zwei einander gegenüber liegende Flachseiten (7, 8) aufweist,
mit einem Auswahlteil (16), das dazu eingerichtet ist, dem Systemteilkörper (2) eine Bewegung (6) zu erteilen, wobei es durch eine Steuerbewegung mit einer Antriebseinrichtung in und außer Eingriff überführbar ist, und das mit dem Systemteilkörper (2) zumindest in Bewegungsrichtung (6) verbunden ist, und
mit wenigstens einer im Auslieferungszustand des Systemteils vorgesehenen Verbindungsstelle (35) mit einer stoffschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem Auswahlteil (16) und dem Systemteilkörper (2). - Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlteil (16) an dem Systemteilkörper (2) um eine Schwenkachse (23) schwenkbar gelagert ist, die rechtwinklig zu den Flachseiten (7, 8) angeordnet ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlteil (16) ein von dem Systemteilkörper (2) gesondertes Auswahlteil ist, das mit dem Systemteilkörper (2) über ein Scharniermittel (24) verbunden ist, dessen Scharnierachse die Schwenkachse (23) ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Auswahlteil (16) ein Federmittel (32) zugeordnet ist, das das Auswahlteil (16) in einer Schwenkrichtung federnd vorspannt.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlteil (16) gegen einen Anschlag (37) federnd vorgespannt ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auswahlteil (16) ein längliches Auswahlteil ist, das in einer geräumigen Ausnehmung (17) des Systemteilkörpers (2) angeordnet und beweglich gelagert ist und dessen Dicke mit der Dicke des Systemteilkörpers (2) übereinstimmt.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verbindungsstelle (35) eine Sollbruchstelle festgelegt ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung an der Verbindungsstelle (35) so bemessen ist, dass sie bei Durchführung der ersten Stellbewegung reißt oder bricht.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verbindungsstelle (35) Klebstoff (38) angeordnet ist, der nach seiner Trocknung oder Aushärtung eine bruchfähige Verbindung zwischen dem Systemteilkörper (2) und dem Auswahlteil (16) bildet.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verbindungsstelle (35) Lack angeordnet ist, der nach seiner Trocknung oder Aushärtung eine bruchfähige Verbindung zwischen dem Systemteilkörper (2) und dem Auswahlteil (16) bildet.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff oder der Lack in Maschinenöl lösbar ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff oder der Lack in Maschinenöl nicht lösbar ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Verbindungsstelle (35) eine Lötoder Schweißverbindung (43) ausgebildet ist, die eine bruchfähige Verbindung zwischen dem Systemteilkörper (2) und dem Auswahlteil (16) bildet.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißverbindung ein Laserschweißpunkt ist.
- Systemteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemteilkörper (2) und das Auswahlteil (16) miteinander einstückig ausgebildet ist.
