Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un voile composite constitué d'au moins un voile porteur comme un voile non tissé et de, par exemple, une couche de pulpe de bois destinée à la fabrication d'un produit sanitaire et disposée sur ce voile porteur, et caractérisé en ce que, avant l'enduction, le voile non tissé est compressé à sec avec le matériel super-absorbant destiné à la consolidation préalable. La couche de pulpe de bois est ensuite déposée avant que le voile non tissé et la couche de pulpe de bois soient consolidés puis séchés par aiguilletage hydraulique aérodynamique.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la consolidation et la compression préalables sont réalisées avec de l'air comprimé.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la consolidation et la compression préalables sont réalisées par calandrage.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que une couche de revêtement est déposée sur le matériau super-absorbant avant la consolidation par aiguilletage hydraulique sur le voile composite en deux parties.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que un voile non tissé préalablement consolidé et calandré a été prévu comme couche de revêtement.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que un voile de carde préalablement consolidé et calandré a été prévu comme couche de revêtement.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la consolidation préalable et la consolidation par calandrage ont lieu avant l'aiguilletage hydraulique, par simple liaison des fibres du voile porteur.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le voile composite séché est à nouveau calandré mais cette fois avec une énergie plus grande.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que un voile de carde calandré est tout d'abord constitué comme voile porteur, un voile non tissé étant apposé comme couche de revêtement sur le voile de,carde, après la couche de pulpe.
  10. Dispositif de fabrication d'un produit sanitaire à partir d'un voile non tissé et couche de matière super-absorbante pour l'exécution du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 9, tous deux étant constitués de :
    a) un dispositif de filage ou de cardage (1, 2 ; 10 ; 1'-4'),
    b) un dispositif de consolidation par air ou de calandrage (5, 11),
    e) un dispositif (6) pouvant le cas échéant être connecté directement et destiné à déposer une couche de pulpe de bois sur le voile porteur préalablement consolidé,
    f) un dispositif d'aiguilletage hydraulique (7 ; 13, 14) dont les rayons hydrauliques sont orientés vers la couche de pulpe de bois,
    g) un dispositif de séchage (8, 9) et
    h) le cas échéant un autre dispositif de consolidation et de calandrage (15, 16)
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que un autre dispositif de filage ou de cardage (10) a été commuté devant le dispositif d'aiguilletage hydraulique hydrodynamique (1,2,5) en vue de former une couche de revêtement, le dispositif de filage ou de cardage suivant un dispositif de consolidation et de calandrage (11) lui-même situé devant le dispositif d'aiguilletage hydraulique (13,14).
