Abstract
Description
Aus der CH 615 646 A ist eine gattungsgemässe Falzvorrichtung bekannt geworden, bei welcher das innere Falzorgan durch eine lineare Anreihung von Falzrollen gebildet wird. Das innere Falzorgan soll einerseits fein sein, damit ein scharfer, möglichst vollständiger sowie geschlossener Falz gebildet werden kann und andererseits soll dieses Falzorgan robust sein, denn das Falzorgan soll auch bei Verstopfungen nicht verbogen oder beschädigt werden, was eine gewisse Baugrösse erfordert. Diese beiden Forderungen stehen im Widerspruch zueinander, sodass Kompromisse in der einen oder anderen Richtung erforderlich sind. Ist das innere Falzorgan durch hintereinanderliegende Rollen gemäss der genannten schweizerischen Patentschrift gebildet, so besteht die Schwierigkeit, dass die Vorderkanten der zu falzenden Druckbogen beim Falzprozess immer wieder über die nächste Rolle einlaufen müssen. Geschieht dieses Einlaufen an dem zu falzenden Druckbogen nicht immer genau an derselben Stelle, so ergibt sich kein sauberer Falz und die Falzgenauigkeit kann hohen Anforderungen nicht genügen. Das präzise Einlaufen der Druckbogen auf die Rollen ist schwierig zu realisieren, da beim Durchlauf-Falzprozess Spannungen in den zu falzenden Bogen nicht zu vermeiden sind.
Eine besonders stabile Führung der Druckbogen ergibt sich dann, wenn diese Keilriemen nicht einfach auf das Falzschwert zugestellt werden, sondern wenn sie entlang des Falzschwertes entsprechend der Zustellung verwunden werden. Die Druckbogen werden beim Falzvorgang damit sehr stabil geführt und über die Kante des Falzschwertes gespannt. Die Druckbogen sind damit über den ganzen Bereich des Falzschwertes stabil geführt und ein Abgleiten als auch andere Abweichungen von der vorgesehenen Bahn werden wirksam vermieden.

Im Bereich der Umlenkrolle 13 werden die Stränge 12 vom Falzschwert 18 abgehoben. Die gefalteten Bogen 3 gelangen nun zwischen die beiden Pressrollen 16 und werden durch diese geschlossen. Die Bogen 3 gelangen nun auf die in Fig. 1 gezeigte sich horizontal erstreckende Zunge 42 und werden von dort durch Mitnehmer 20 einer Sammelkette 19 erfasst und nach dem Verlassen der Zunge 42 auf die Sammelkette 19 abgelegt und mit dieser zu einer hier nicht gezeigten weiteren Verarbeitungsstation geführt. Die Zunge 42 und Sammelkette 19 sind nicht zwingend und können auch durch andere Transportmittel ersetzt sein.
Claims (14)
- Falzvorrichtung für Druckbogen (3), mit einem sattelförmigen Falzschwert (18), auf dem die Druckbogen (3) im Durchlauf gefalzt werden und das ein inneres Führungsorgan (26) aufweist, mit einem äusseren, mitlaufenden Falzorgan (38), das zum Falzen der Druckbogen (3) mit dem Führungsorgan (26) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Führungsorgan (26) unterhalb einer stehenden Falzkante (22) angeordnet ist.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Führungsorgan (26) an seitlichen Führungsflächen des Falzschwertes (18) vorsteht.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzschwert (18) sich in Laufrichtung verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Führungsorgan (26) durch mehrere Rollen (26) gebildet ist.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (26) jeweils mit wenigstens einem äusseren Rand seitlich an Führungsflächen (21a, 21b) des Falzschwertes (18) vorstehen.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens der eine Rand (26a) eine Fläche (31) aufweist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur angrenzenden Führungsfläche (21a, 21b) verläuft.
- Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äussere Falzorgan (38) wenigstens zwei endlose Stränge (12) aufweist, die elastisch am Falzschwert (18) angelegt sind.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äussere Falzorgan (38) Führungsmittel (29, 37) aufweist, durch welche die Stränge (12) elastisch an das innere Falzorgan (26) angelegt sind.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stränge (12) Keilriemen sind.
- Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stränge (12) in ihrer Längsrichtung wenigstens in einem Falzbereich (33) um ihre Längsachse verwunden sind.
- Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Laufrichtung gesehen nach dem Falzschwert (18) Pressrollen (16) angeordnet sind, zwischen denen die Druckbogen (3) weiter geschlossen werden.
- Falzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzschwert (18) an Führungsflächen (21a, 21b) Öffnungen (36) aufweist, die unmittelbar unterhalb der Falzkante (22) angeordnet sind, und durch welche das innere Führungsorgan (26) sich nach aussen erstreckt.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Öffnungen (36) kreisabschnittförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Falzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere solcher Öffnungen (36) in einer Reihe hintereinander angeordnet sind.
