Claims (12)
- Exemplarführender Zylinder mit einer Umfangsoberfläche (2) zum Führen von flächigen Exemplaren, die durch ein aus einer Öffnung (4) im Zylinder (1) herausfahrbares Falzorgan (5) zur Erzeugung eines Falzes beaufschlagbar sind, wobei der Öffnung (4) ein bewegbares Flächenelement (13) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächenelement (13, 13.3) in der Weise ausgebildet und nahe dem Falzorgan (5) angeordnet ist, dass es durch Anwendung einer Druckkraft in eine geöffnete Stellung bewegbar ist, in welcher es den Zugang zum Falzorgan (5) freigibt, und nach Aufhebung der Druckkraft selbständig aus der geöffneten Stellung in eine Schließposition verfährt.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächenelement (13) ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächenelement (13) an einer die Öffnung (4) in der Umfangsfläche (2) begrenzenden Wandung des Zylinders (1) aufgenommen ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächenelement (13) von einem Schwenklager (14, 16) abgestützt ist, das an einer Wandung des Zylinders (1) aufgenommen ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das um ein Schwenklager (14, 16) bewegbare Flächenelement (13) mittels eines Federelementes (17, 26) beaufschlagt ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (17) eine die Schwenkachse (16) umgebende Spiralfeder ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich freie Schenkel der Spiralfeder (17) am Schwenklager (14, 16) und an der Unterseite (13.2) des Flächenelementes (13) abstützen.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (26) als Druck-/Zugfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zug-/Druckfeder (26) am Schwenklager (14) und an der Unterseite (13.2) des Flächenelementes (13) angelenkt ist.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kontaktfläche (18) des Flächenelementes (13) in eine Vertiefung (19) der Umfangsfläche (2) des Zylinders (1) eintaucht.
- Exemplarführende Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächenelement (13) ein durch ein Federelement (17, 26) abgestütztes schwenkbares Segment (13.3) und ein stationäres Segment (13.4) umfasst.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (7) des Schwenklagers (14, 16) in Richtung zur begrenzenden Wandung des Zylinders (1) hin vom Schwerpunkt des Flächenelements (13) versetzt angeordnet ist, in der Weise, dass das Flächenelement (13) durch die bei einer Rotation des Zylinders (1) erzeugten Fliehkräfte selbständig verschlossen wird.
