Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine derartige Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung ist durch die WO-A1-95/19131 bekannt. Dort wird in der Profilnut die Trennwand mittels zweier Klemmleisten gehalten, von denen die eine fest mit dem Abdeckprofil verbindbar ist und die andere zur Festlegung der Trennwand eingesetzt wird. Die Klemmleisten haben Klemmlippen.
  • Ferner ist durch die WO-A1-00/24303 eine ähnliche Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung bekannt, bei der die Trennwand jedoch durch in die Schiene einfügbare Dichtleisten mit Köpfen aus Dichtmaterial oder durch Kederdichtungen festlegbar ist.
  • Ein Nachteil dieser bekannten Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennungen besteht darin, dass trotz der Klemmlippen bzw. Dichtleisten kein fester Halt der Trennwand in der Schiene erzielt wird, so dass durch Luftzug klappernde Geräusche entstehen können.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, eine Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der der Trennwand in der Schiene ein fester Halt gegeben wird und gleichzeitig die Klemmstelle in einfacher Weise gegen Spritzwasser geschützt ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale sind in den Unteransprüchen niedergelegt.
  • Eine weitere, einfache Ausbildung der Erfindung ist so getroffen, dass das Keilstück eine Bohrung aufweist und mittels einer durch diese Bohrung gesteckten Schraube in einer Gewindebohrung der Schiene an dieser befestigbar ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung ist die Schiene außerhalb des Bereichs des Keilstücks durch eine Deckschicht der Raumwand, insbesondere Fliesenschicht, und lediglich im Bereich des Keilstücks durch die Abdeckkappe abgedeckt. Dadurch wird Abdeckkappenmaterial eingespart.
  • Eine weitere, einfache Ausbildung der Erfindung ist so getroffen, dass die Abdeckkappe im Querschnitt T-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen gezahnten Steg aufweist und dass die Haltenut der Schiene gezahnt ist und den Steg formschlüssig aufnimmt.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren, zweckmäßigen Ausbildung der Erfindung weist das Dach der Abdeckkappe einen abgewinkelten, an der Trennwand anliegenden Rand auf.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren, zweckmäßigen Ausbildung der Erfindung sind die verbleibenden Fugen zwischen Trennwand und Deckschicht durch Dichtungsmaterial, insbesondere Silikonkitt, abgedichtet.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

    eine Draufsicht auf einen Ausschnitt einer verfliesten, eine Nut und eine U-förmige Schiene aufweisenden Raumwand, auf eine teilweise durchbrochene Abdeckkappe, auf ein durch den Durchbruch sichtbares Keilstück und auf einen Ausschnitt einer Trennwand,

    einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1 und
    Fig. 3
    einen Schnitt längs der Linie III-III in Fig. 1.
  • In den Figuren ist ein Ausschnitt einer vertikalen Raumwand 1 gezeigt, die nacheinander aus einer Grundschicht bzw. einem Mauerwerk 2, einer Putzschicht 3, einer Haftschicht 4 und einer Fliesenschicht 5 besteht. In der Raumwand 1 ist eine nutförmige Vertiefung in Form einer vertikalen Nut 6 mit rechteckigem Querschnitt vorgesehen, deren Boden bis zur Grundschicht 2 reicht. In dieser Nut 6 ist eine im Wesentlichen U-förmige Schiene 7 mittels Schrauben, wie der Schraube 8, befestigt. In der Nähe des einen Schenkels 9 der Schiene 7 ist eine vertikale Trennwand 10, insbesondere Glaswand, einer Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung eingeschoben. Diese Trennwand kann mehr oder weniger tief in der Schiene 7 angeordnet sein, so dass eine große Breitentoleranz der Trennwand zugelassen werden kann.
  • Der andere Schenkel 11 der Schiene 7 weist eine schräge Innenfläche 12 und eine vertikal verlaufende, gezahnte Haltenut 13 auf. Am Boden der Schiene 7 ist eine Gewindebohrung 14 vorgesehen. Es können mehrere solcher Gewindebohrungen auf die Länge der Schiene 7 verteilt vorgesehen sein.
  • Zwischen der schrägen Innenfläche 12 und der Trennwand 10 ist ein quaderförmiges Keilstück 15 eingeschoben, das mit einer geraden Seitenfläche 16 an der Trennwand 10 und mit einer der Seitenfläche 16 gegenüberliegenden, schrägen Seitenfläche 17 an der Innenfläche 12 anliegt. Die Innenfläche 12 und die schräge Seitenfläche 17 sind aneinander angepasst. Das Keilstück 15 ist ferner mit einer zentralen Bohrung 18 versehen, durch die eine Schraube 19 gesteckt ist. Die Schraube 19 wird in die Gewindebohrung 14 geschraubt und damit die Trennwand 10 aufgrund der Keilwirkung in der Schiene 7 befestigt.
  • Die Schiene 7 wird außerhalb des Bereichs des Keilstücks 15 mittels der Fliesenschicht 5 abgedeckt. Verbleibende Fugen zwischen der Fliesenschicht 5 und der Trennwand 10 werden mit Abdichtmaterial 20, 21, vorzugsweise Silikonkitt, abgedichtet.
  • Im Bereich des Keilstücks 15 wird die Schiene 7 mittels einer im Querschnitt T-förmigen Abdeckkappe 22 abgedeckt. Der Steg 23 der Abdeckkappe 22 ist gezahnt und in die gezahnte Haltenut 13 formschlüssig eingesteckt. Dabei liegt ein gerader Rand 24 des Dachs der Abdeckkappe 22 auf der Fliesenschicht 5 auf, während ein rechtwinklig abgebogener Rand 25 des Dachs der Abdeckkappe 22 an der Trennwand 10 anliegt und damit den Eintritt von Spritzwasser in die Nut 6 verhindert.
  • Die Befestigung der Trennwand 10 in der Schiene 7 kann grundsätzlich bereits mit nur einem Keilstück 15 erfolgen. Vorzugsweise sind aber zwei solcher Befestigungsstellen vorgesehen. Es können auch mehrere solcher Befestigungsstellen vorgesehen sein. Durch die vorbeschriebene Befestigungsstelle wird der Trennwand 10 ein außerordentlich fester Halt in der Schiene 7 gegeben.

Claims (6)

  1. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung mit einer im Querschnitt U-förmigen Schiene (7), mindestens einem Klemmkörper, einer Abdeckung für die Schiene (7) und einer Trennwand (10), insbesondere Glaswand, wobei die Trennwand (10) im Bereich ihrer einen Vertikalschmalseite in einer nut-förmigen Vertiefung einer Raumwand (1) festlegbar ist, und wobei in der Vertiefung die Schiene (7) befestigbar, und die Trennwand (10) im Bereich dieser Vertikalschmalseite mittels des mindestens einen Klemmkörpers festklemmbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass als Klemmkörper ein mit der Schiene (7) verbindbares und in dieser angeordnetes Keilstück (15) mit einer an der Trennwand (10) anliegenden, geraden Seitenfläche (16) und einer dieser gegenüberliegenden, schrägen Seitenfläche (17) verwendet ist,
    dass die Schiene (7) eine an die schräge Seitenfläche (17) angepasste Innenfläche (12) aufweist, dass die Abdeckung für die Schiene als Abdeckkappe (22) gebildet ist, und
    dass die Schiene (7) auf der Seite der Innenfläche (12) eine Haltenut (13) zur Halterung der Abdeckkappe (22) aufweist.
  2. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Keilstück (15) eine Bohrung (18) aufweist und mittels einer durch diese Bohrung gesteckten Schraube (19) in einer Gewindebohrung (14) der Schiene (7) an dieser befestigbar ist.
  3. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schiene (7) außerhalb des Bereichs des Keilstücks (15) durch eine Deckschicht der Raumwand (1), insbesondere Fliesenschicht (5), und lediglich im Bereich des Keilstücks (15) durch die Abdeckkappe (22) abgedeckt ist.
  4. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Abdeckkappe (22) im Querschnitt T-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen gezahnten Steg (23) aufweist und dass die Haltenut (13) der Schiene (7) gezahnt ist und den Steg (23) formschlüssig aufnimmt.
  5. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Dach der Abdeckkappe (22) einen abgewinkelten, an der Trennwand (10) anliegenden Rand (25) aufweist.
  6. Dusch- oder Badewannenabtrennung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die verbleibenden Fugen zwischen Trennwand (10) und Deckschicht (5) durch Dichtungsmaterial, insbesondere Silikonkitt, abgedichtet sind.
