Claims (10)
- Schaltersicherungseinheit mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem ein Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) zwischen einer Ausschaltstellung und einer Einschaltstellung hin- und herschwenkbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) ein Griffteil (11, 71) und einen Aufnahmebereich (12, 72) für einen Sicherungseinsatz (20) umfaßt und in die Schaltersicherungseinheit (1) bis zu einer Arbeitsposition einschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sowohl die Schaltersicherungseinheit (1, 1') und/oder zugehörige Bauteile (2, 30) als auch das Griffteil (11, 71) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) jeweils eine Durchgangsöffnung (7, 15, 35, 75) aufweisen, die so positioniert sind, daß sich die Durchgangsöffnungen (7, 15, 35, 75) im wesentlichen nicht überlappen, wenn sich der Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) in seiner Arbeitsposition befindet und daß sie zur Aufnahme eines Verriegelungselementes (40) zumindest teilweise miteinander fluchten, wenn sich der Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) in einer aus seiner Arbeitsposition in der Schaltersicherungseinheit (1) teilweise zurückgezogenen Stellung befindet. - Schaltersicherungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Schaltwippe (30) umfaßt, die zwischen einer Einschaltstellung und einer Ausschaltstellung hin- und herschwenkbar angeordnet ist und in die ein Sicherungsstöpsel (10) bis zu einer Arbeitsposition einschiebbar ist.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung (15, 75) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) und die Durchgangsöffnung (7, 35) einen etwa gleichen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung (15, 75) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) kleiner ist als die Durchgangsöffnung (7, 35) der Schaltersicherungseinheit (1, 1') und/oder zugehörige Bauteile (2, 30).
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die Durchgangsöffnung (7, 35) der Schaltersicherungseinheit eine Einführhilfe (36), insbesondere eine konische Öffnungserweiterung, für das Verriegelungselement (40) aufweist.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Einführhilfe (36) nur an der dem Griff (11, 71) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) abgewandten Seite vorgesehen ist.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) einen Haltebereich (13, 73) für einen Sicherungseinsatz (20) aufweist, der an einer von einem Gehäuse (2) der Schaltersicherungseinheit (1) gebildeten Positioniervorrichtung (3) anliegt, sobald die Durchgangsöffnung (15) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10) mit der Durchgangsöffnung (35) der Schaltwippe (30) zumindest teilweise fluchtet.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) mindestens eine Anschlagfläche (4, 5) für die Schaltwippe (30) und/oder den Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) umfaßt, gegen die die Schaltwippe (30) und/oder der Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) in der Einschaltstellung oder der Ausschaltstellung anlegbar sind.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) mindestens eine Positioniervorrichtung (3) umfaßt, an die der Haltebereich (13, 73) des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) anlegbar ist.
- Schaltersicherungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Anschlagfläche (4) für den Sicherungsstöpsel (10, 70) und die mindestens eine Positioniervorrichtung (3) integraler Bestandteil des Gehäuses (2) bzw. des Sicherungsstöpsels (10, 70) sind.
