Description

The invention relates to a machine for shredding organic Cuttings, especially meat grinder, with a Inlet and an outlet for the clippings, with at least a perforated disc with an associated cutting head, with a Drive shaft which drives the cutting head, the Cutting head at least one blade holder with at least one Has blade, which cooperates with the perforated disc.

Machines for comminuting are from the prior art organic clippings, especially known meat mincers. So for example from WO 98/28026, which a wolf with adjustable Cutting device describes. With this generic Documentation, is the cutting head on the drive shaft axially displaceable but non-rotatably mounted.

This storage allows the blade holder to go through a spring pressed against the perforated disc interacting with it and tracked when the cutting elements wear becomes. This will wear the blade or perforated disc automatically balanced. Knife-perforated disc systems this Species work according to the shear principle, i.e. the cutting edges the knife and the perforated discs must constantly touch each other, around the material to be cut (especially difficult components such as. Meat tendons) in the desired high quality to be able to shred.

Even a brief interruption of contact on the cutting edges leads to one in the processing of many products Clogging of the perforated disc, which means cleaning the machine and therefore a production interruption is required.

The permanent contact of the cutting edges is primarily theirs process-related wear and tear that keeps coming back Corrections to the cutting edge distance require. Moreover can, if the cutting elements in addition to the cutting and conveying tasks restoring forces must occur that prevent permanent contact. These powers can be very different depending on the product and must be safe be eliminated.

To ensure contact anyway, have been in the past developed different constructions. there either the blade or the perforated disc becomes axial Drive shaft shifted and thus the respective counterpart tracked. This tracking happens e.g. by means of manual Operator intervention, by means of preloaded spring (s) (PCT / EP 97/07021), by means of hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized (DE 3915 409 A1) adjustment systems or else using the upcoming product pressure (DE 4437 144 A1).

While the elastic (e.g. spring-loaded) solutions the They have the advantage of automatic readjustment Disadvantage that they are sensitive to restoring forces. The mechanical adjustment systems, however, are less sensitive against restoring forces, but disadvantageous with the above Cutting edge tracking.

A concern in the past was to have an elastic system to develop, in which the promotional effect resulting restoring forces do not negatively affect the shear effect impact, but the blades despite all operating conditions optimally fit the perforated discs at all times. The PCT / EP 97/07021 solved this problem by promoting and Cutting is assigned to different components and the Restoring forces on those supported on the drive shaft Conveying elements instead of the spring-loaded blade carrier Act.

Another problem with knife-type perforated disk systems of this type is that the outer areas of the blades - with their rotary movement - further paths on the perforated disc cover as the inner and so also the inner and the outer areas of the blades wear of different sizes experienced, especially the outer areas more be worn out. To create the resulting gap between the to avoid the outer areas of the blade and the perforated disc, the inner areas of the blades would need an additional one and in itself experience unnecessary wear and tear the blades rest with all areas on the perforated disc.

The invention is therefore based on the object of optimal To ensure that the blades rest against the perforated disc especially a concern of the blades over the entire extension the cutting edge, so the high quality of the end product to reach.

The closest prior art is the D1 (US-A-3586083). The D1 teaches how in Figure 3 shown, a perforated plate and a blade holder, rotatable on the blades are stored. The blades work together with the perforated disc. The blade holder and thus the blades are against the perforated disc by a spring element (24) (2) pressed.

This prior art has the disadvantage that with a backlog of meat on the side of the perforated disc facing away from the blades, which runs backwards through the perforated disc continues, the blade holder, which has a relatively large area, is pressed back against the spring and thus lifts off the perforated disc.

Due to this state of the art, the task arises of a machine for To provide shredding of organic clippings, even at a backflow of meat on the side of the perforated disc facing away from the blades, there is no gap between the perforated disc and the blade.

The object is achieved by a machine according to claim 1.

The fact that each blade relative to the blade holder (rotatable) and slidable, as well directly and individually through the elastic component on the perforated disc is backed up, there are no backlog-related forces acting on the blade holder negative impact on the shredding process. The existing one Shredding system is therefore insensitive to those occurring in practice Rear congestion.

It is advantageous if the machine is a meat grinder, that their screw conveyor also serves as a blade holder serves.

According to the invention, the axis around which the blade is rotatable, pierce the blade itself. Is expedient it if the cutting head has at least one blade holder each has a blade.

According to the invention, these blades can be made by one or more elastic components per blade pressed against the perforated disc become. The blades can also be replaced by one or several common elastic components against the perforated disc be pressed.

According to the invention, several cutting head-perforated disk combinations can in a machine for shredding organic Clippings may be included. This can make a finer one Cutting of the clippings can be achieved because in a first Level the clippings are roughly crushed while in every further cutting stage, finely chopped the clippings becomes.

According to the invention, the blades in the cutting head are interchangeable and the drive axle can be driven by a motor become. The elastic components are advantageously springs.

The cutting head 2 from FIG. 1 has 3 blade holders 3 each a blade 4 on. The blades are by means of a fastening screw 6 attached to the blade holder. The fastening screw 6 is a socket head screw, on the one hand has rectangular head and on the other hand between head and thread has a shaft that has a larger diameter has than the thread. It is therefore on the shaft screw 6 a shoulder is formed between the shaft and the thread. The blade 4 has an elongated hole. The elongated hole is the same or slightly larger than the cuboid head of the Headless screw 6.

The shaft screw 6 is used to attach the blade in the Blade holder 3 screwed in until the stepped shaft of the Abuts the shaft screw on the blade holder 3. The length of the Thread of the shaft screw 6 is chosen so that now the cuboid head of the shaft screw 6 with his Longitudinal side parallel or essentially parallel to Perforated disc 1 stands. The blade 4 is now on the shaft screw 6 hung on the blade holder 3. For this, the Blade first turned so that the cutting edge of the blade is perpendicular to the perforated disc 1. This allows the recess the blade 4 pushed over the head of the shaft screw 6 become. Then the blade 4 is turned by 90 °, so that the cutting edge of the blade 4 on the perforated disc 1 is applied. The blade 4 resting on the perforated disc 1 is against a rotation through larger angles is secured and is therefore captively attached to the blade holder.

The blade 4 so mounted on the blade holder 3 is now pressed onto the perforated disc 1 by a spiral spring 5.

The type of storage and the spring 5 ensures that the blade 4 always has optimal contact with the Has perforated disc 1. This can cause the shear between Always insert blade 4 and perforated disc 1. A constipation the perforated disc 1 is thus prevented. The last Coil of the spiral spring 5 largely forms a perforated disc 1 parallel plane. However, it is possible that this plane or the entire spring is deformed around the blades 4 the respective individual pressure in the direction of the perforated disc To give 1.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 differs differs from the exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 5 just by having the blade holder directly on the screw conveyor a meat grinder is attached. At the end a leaf spring 51 is screwed onto the winding, which the blade 4 presses against the perforated disc 1. The suspension the blade 4 itself is done in the same way and Way like this in the embodiment of FIG. 1 to 5. The embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7 is particularly advantageous if a compact design a meat grinder is needed, which is between the screw conveyor and the perforated disc has no room for one generously trained cutting head allowed.
