Claims (5)
- Schneidvorrichtung zum Schneiden einer Materialbahn (1) in einer Falzmaschine, mit einem Zylinder (2), der wenigstens ein Schneidmesser (3) aufnimmt, das mit einem Gegenwerkzeug (4) zusammenwirkt, um die genannte Materialbahn (1) in Querrichtung zu schneiden, wobei der genannte Zylinder (2) wenigstens ein Perforierungsmesser (5) aufnimmt, das die Materialbahn (1) an einer bestimmten Stelle in wenigstens einem Bereich ihrer Breite (B) zur Bildung eines ersten Querfalzes in der Materialbahn (1) perforiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenwerkzeug (4) ein feststehendes gemeinsames Gegenmesser ist, das mit dem Schneidmesser (3) und dem Perforierungsmesser (5) nacheinander in Eingriff gelangt.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens das Schneidmesser (3) die Materialbahn (1) mittels eines Scherenschnittes trennt.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Perforierungsmesser (5) die Materialbahn (1) mittels einer schräg stehenden Wirkungslinie perforiert.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn (1) lediglich in einem Teilbereich ihrer Breite (B) perforiert wird.
- Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (2) an seinem Umfang (6) mehrere Positionen (11) aufweist, an denen wahlweise ein Schneidmesser (3) oder ein Perforierungsmesser (5) befestigbar ist.
