Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zum selbsttätigen Beschneiden offener Seitenkanten gebundener Druckprodukte (31) wie Bücher oder Broschüren, mit mehreren in Förderrichtung der Druckprodukte (31) nacheinander angeordneten Schneidstationen (A, B, C), die eine Schneidvorrichtung mit wenigstens einem in einer zur Erstreckung der Druckprodukte (31) vertikalen Ebene antreibbaren Messer (1) und eine Positioniervorrichtung aufweisen, mit der die Druckprodukte (31) auf einem Schneidtisch (16) an jeweils einer Seitenkante für einen Schnitt positionierbar sind und mit einer Pressvorrichtung (13), mit der die positionierten Druckprodukte (31) für den Schnitt im wesentlichen über das ganze Format abpressbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Schneidstationen (A, B, C) eine endlose Transportvorrichtung (7, 50) für den Transport jeweils eines Druckproduktes (31) von der ersten (A) zu der zweiten (B) und von der zweiten (B) zu der dritten (C) Schneidstation und wenigstens der zweiten und der dritten Schneidstation (B, C) jeweils Schieber (21-24) zugeordnet sind, mit welchen die Druckprodukte (31) positionier- und ausrichtbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einer der Schneidstationen (A, B, C) Anschläge (16, 17, 18) für das Ausrichten der Druckprodukte nach der gebundenen Seitenkante vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Anschlag (16) quer zur Erstreckung der zu schneidenden Kante verstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Messer (1''') für den Kopfschnitt und ein weiteres Messer (3''') für den Fussschnitt parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Messer (3''') und ein drittes Messer (2''') für den Frontschnitt winkelförmig zueinander angeordnet sind.
