Definitions
- the present invention relates to a bulk transport vehicle for transportation of garbage, rubbish, recyclables and the like with a collection container as well an open loading trough, in particular at the rear of the vehicle, through which the Collection container is loadable.
- Garbage trucks with such a loading trough usually have at the rear of the Vehicle has a loading opening, the contour of which is inclined forward, so that the upper edge of the loading opening is further away from the rear of the vehicle than the bottom of the loading opening.
- Garbage bins can be placed in the Loading trough can be tipped or rubbish can be thrown directly into the loading opening.
- garbage trucks are also called vehicles with an open fill designated. In such vehicles, waste containers can advantageously be of various types Size to be emptied.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of an improved To create bulk transport vehicle of the type mentioned, the disadvantages of Avoids prior art and further develops the latter in an advantageous manner.
- a transport vehicle with an enlarged area of application is to be created be the removal of the contents of various collection containers allowed.
- the bulk goods transport vehicle is characterized in that a slide is provided, which leads from a vehicle top into the loading trough.
- the Collection containers can be loaded from above via the slide without the corresponding dumpster can be tipped over the loading edge of the vehicle would.
- the collected goods can also be picked up from containers that can be emptied by opening their bottom.
- the slide extends the effective loading trough opening cross section from above, so that even very large containers can be emptied into the vehicle's collection container can.
- the slide is designed or forms as a funnel a hopper with side walls.
- the slide can differ from the loading sill at the rear of the vehicle diagonally upwards from the collection container extend away so that the effective filling opening, which is used to fill available above, is significantly enlarged.
- the slide is preferably adapted to the edge contour of the loading trough, so that it is flush with the loading body walls and the loading edge.
- the Slide completely closes the loading trough towards the rear of the vehicle, so that only an opening remains on the top of the vehicle through which the respective Bulk goods are placed in the loading trough and from there into the collection container can.
- the slide is relative is movably mounted to the loading trough so that they are moved away from it can.
- the slide can be pivoted, so that it is pivotable away from the loading body.
- the slide is the slide around a horizontal when the vehicle is level Swivel axis pivoted so that the slide goes up from the loading trough can be folded away and the loading tray is freely accessible.
- a corresponding slide drive especially at least a piston-cylinder unit is provided, by means of which the slide automatically can be driven back and forth.
- the slide can be moved together, i.e. can be reduced in its external dimensions in order to be folded away to survive less.
- the slide can comprise several slide parts, which are articulated to one another, in particular pivotally connected to one another are.
- the slide is preferably composed of several slide parts built up that the slide parts can be folded.
- the folding axis or the folding axes between the slide parts preferably extend parallel to the pivot axis, about which the entire slide is relative the collecting container is articulated.
- a preferred embodiment consists of that the slide parts are hinged to each other, so that when folding up a first slide part a second or each further slide part is collapsed by gravity. The slide folds accordingly automatically together without correspondingly complex, complex Drives would be necessary.
- actuation mechanisms in particular piston-cylinder units and the like can be provided between each other connected pair of slide parts. This allows the slide to be adjusted as required.
- the slide is mounted on the loading trough.
- the loading trough itself can be mounted movably relative to the collecting container, so that the slide is moved away from the collecting container together with the loading trough can be e.g. to empty or clean it.
- the invention has a lifting mechanism, in particular a crane with a boom to hold the bulk containers.
- the boom can basically be articulated at various points on the vehicle his.
- Boom on top of the collection container on the opposite side of the loading trough Articulated end. The boom spans almost the whole Collection container so that it has a large range. Opposite immediately in near the loading trough articulated hoists will provide a better balance of the entire vehicle, in particular a rear load of the Bulk goods transporters avoided.
- Towards a linkage of the boom between the driver's cab of the vehicle and the collection container can be one achieve a larger volume of the collection container because the collection container itself can extend directly to the rear of the cab without this Space for the articulation of the boom would have to be left out.
- the garbage truck shown in the figures has a collecting container 1 which starts behind a cab 2 and extends to the rear of the vehicle.
- a loading trough 3 is provided, which is an open fill is trained.
- the loading tray 3 is inclined overall.
- a loading opening 4 of the loading trough 3 extends from the rear of the vehicle from obliquely upwards and forwards, so that an upper edge of the loading opening 4 in Direction of travel of the vehicle lies in front of a loading edge 5.
- the loading opening 4 is closed by means of a slide plate 6, which by means of a corresponding drive can be moved away in the form of two piston-cylinder units Free access to the collection container 1.
- Bulk material is fed into the interior of the press from a press shop, not shown Transported container 1.
- the loading trough 3 is at the rear of the vehicle by two side loading trough walls 7 limited, which connect to the bottom, horizontal loading edge 5 and lead vertically upwards from it. As shown in Fig. 1, the rear contour of the loading trough walls 7 starting from the loading edge 5 initially vertically upwards. About a quarter to a third of the height of the collecting container 1 extends to the contour of the loading trough walls 7 angled diagonally forward (see Fig. 1).
- a funnel-shaped slide 8 is provided, which closes the loading trough 3 towards the rear of the vehicle.
- the slide 8 has a rear wall 9 which extends obliquely from the loading edge 5 extends away from the collecting container 1 above. As shown in Fig. 1, it is inferior increasingly towards the rear over the actual rear of the vehicle.
- the slide 8 further comprises opposite side walls 10, each of the rear wall 9 starting from the loading trough walls 7, so that the Slide 8 forms a funnel together with the loading trough walls 7.
- the Contour of the side walls 10 is adapted to the contour of the loading trough walls 7 and cooperates with them, so that the slide 8 fits snugly on the loading body walls sits and closes the loading tray 3.
- the slide 8 is after open at the top, so that corresponding bulk material via the chute 8 from above can be placed in the loading tray 3.
- the garbage truck has a hoist in the form of a boom 11, the about a horizontal axis transversely to the vehicle longitudinal direction is mounted. As shown in FIG. 1, the boom 11 is at the front end of the collecting container 1 hinged. In particular, the boom 11 is on the top of the collecting container 1 stored at its front end and extended from there over the entire Length of the collecting container 1 towards the rear of the vehicle. He survives the vehicle rear 1 over. If necessary, the boom 11 can be known Be designed telescopic. To get an easy education too reach, it is sufficient that the boom 11 has a fixed length and survives the vehicle accordingly.
- the boom 11 can be one with respect to the collecting container 1 vertical axis can be rotatably mounted to also stand next to the vehicle To be able to accommodate waste containers. To a particularly simple execution as well to achieve ease of use, it is generally sufficient if the boom 11 only about a horizontal axis transverse to the vehicle longitudinal direction is tiltable. This also avoids forces that attack obliquely. The garbage truck only needs to back up just in front of those to be picked up Garbage can be placed. The bulk container can in principle be used with a uniaxial Movement of the boom 11 can be included.
- a corresponding drive is for pivoting the boom 11 provided in the form of one or more piston-cylinder units.
- Fig. 2 shows the opening of a very large bulk container by the boom 11.
- the bulk container 12 can be opened over its bottom can be emptied.
- the vehicle needs only with the opening at the top of the funnel are placed under the bulk container, so that the this falling bulk material falls on the slide 8.
- the slide 8 can be folded up as a whole, namely by a horizontal slide axis 13 which extends transversely to the vehicle longitudinal direction.
- the slide 8 with its side walls 10 is over corresponding Axle bolts mounted on the loading body walls 7.
- piston-cylinder unit can pivot upwards the slide 8 can be accomplished automatically.
- the slide 8 is collapsible. 6 shows, the slide 8 from two slide parts 14 and 15 which are pivotally connected to one another.
- the pivot axis 16 extends between the two slide parts 14 and 15 horizontal across the vehicle's longitudinal direction. It is in the range of Rear wall 9 of the slide 8, so that a lower slide part 15 at the top pivot the upper slide part 14 relative to this foldable down is, so that the projection of the slide 8, as shown in Fig. 5, is considerable reduced.
- the two slide parts 14 and 15 can be folded together.
