Description
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von plattenförmigen Produkten durch Heißverpressen eines mit Bindemittel versetzten geformten mehrschichtigen Formlings aus Spänen lignozellulosehaltiger Einjahrespflanzen, wobei in der Mittelschicht Isocyanat als Bindemittel verwendet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckschichtmaterial in Deckschichtmaterial-Feinfraktion (5a) und Deckschichtmaterial-Grobfraktion (5b) aufgeteilt wird, wobei das Deckschichtmaterial-Feinfraktion (5a) mit Haftungsvermittler und/oder Benetzungsmittel und/oder Säuren und/oder Basen vorgemischt wird, und anschließend mit Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten beleimt wird, und das Deckschichtmaterial-Grobfraktion (5b) mit Isocyanat oder Mischungen aus Isocyanat und Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten beleimt wird und anschließend ein fünfschichtiger Formling gestreut wird, wobei die äußersten Deckschichten aus mit Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten beleimtem Deckschichtmaterial-Feinfraktion besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von plattenförmigen Produkten nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als lignozellulosehaltige Einjahrespflanzen Getreidestroh verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als lignozellulosehaltige Einjahrespflanzen Mischungen aus Weizen- und Gerstenstroh verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feuchtegehalt des beleimten Deckschicht- sowie Mittelschichtmaterials zwischen 0 und 25 % liegt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feuchtgehalt des beleimten Deckschicht- sowie Mittelschichtmaterials zwischen 0 und 12 % liegt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Isocyanat in Form von Diphenylmethandiisocyanat verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 2 bis 10 % Diphenylmethandiisocyanat bezogen auf atro Rohmaterial eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftungsvermittler und/oder das Benetzungsmittel direkt vor der ersten Beleimungsstation zugegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Deckschichtmaterials Grobfraktion (5b) in Abhängigkeit vom Mahlgrad zwischen 0 und 80 % liegt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Deckschichtmaterials Grobfraktion (5b) in Abhängigkeit vom Mahlgrad zwischen 0 und 50 % liegt.
