Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von plattenförmigen Produkten durch Heißverpressen eines mit Bindemitteln versetzten geformten mehrschichtigen Formlings aus lignozellulosehaltigen Spänen, wobei in der Mittelschicht und in den Deckschichten unterschiedliche Bindemittel verwendet werden und die beidseits der Mittelschicht angeordneten Deckschichten aus mit Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten versetztem Deckschichtmaterial aus Holz oder anderen auf Holz besierenden Rohstoffen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelschicht aus mit Bindemittel versetztem Mittelschichtmaterial von lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen oder Mischungen aus Mittelschichtmaterial von lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen und Holz oder anderen auf Holz basierenden Rohstoffen besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial mit Isocyanat als Bindemittel beleimt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial aus Holz und das Mittelschichtmaterial aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen mit unterschiedlichen Bindemitteln beleimt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial Holz mit emulgiertem Isocyanat und das Mittelschichtmaterial aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen mit nichtemulgiertem Isocyanat beleimt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial Holz mit Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten und das Mittelschichtmaterial aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen mit Isocyanat beleimt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial Holz mit Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten und das Mittelschichtmaterial aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen mit Isocyanat und Amino- und/oder Phenolplasten beleimt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formling zunächst vorgepreßt und anschließend heißverpreßt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Getreidestroh als lignozellulosehaltige Einjahrespflanze eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschichtmaterial aus Holz und das Mittelschichtmaterial aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen in unterschiedlichen Beleimungsstationen behandelt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittelschicht:Deckschicht-Verhältnis bis zu 70:30 betragen kann.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Mittelschichtmaterials aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen zwischen 30 und 100 % liegen kann.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung plattenförmiger Produkte nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufbereitung des Rohmaterials aus Holz oder anderen auf Holz basierenden Materialien und die Aufbereitung des Rohmaterials aus lignozellulosehaltigen Einjahrespflanzen unabhängig voneinander erfolgt.
