Claims (21)
- Presse de freinage (140) pour tôles laminées comportant un bâti sur lequel sont montés un plateau supérieur (142) et un plateau inférieur (144) essentiellement horizontaux présentant une face de travail (142a, 144a) munie de moyens de freinage, l'un au moins des deux plateaux étant mobile par rapport au bâti afin de permettre un rapprochement entre lesdits plateaux depuis une position d'ouverture vers une position de fermeture, une tôle (20', 20") au moins étant susceptible de défiler selon une direction longitudinale entre lesdits plateaux supérieur et inférieur (142, 144) de façon que, dans ladite position de fermeture, lesdits moyens de freinage desdits plateaux supérieur et inférieur soient en contact avec ladite tôle (20', 20") afin de freiner ladite tôle, ledit plateau inférieur (144) formant un logement (144b) ouvert en direction dudit plateau supérieur (142), lesdits moyens de freinage du plateau inférieur (144) comprennant une membrane gonflable (154) disposée dans ledit logement (144b), une plaque mince (168) surmontant ledit plateau inférieur (144) en reposant librement sur ladite membrane (154), et un organe de freinage fixé sur une face de freinage (168a) de la plaque mince (168) tournée en direction du plateau supérieur (142),
caractérisée en ce que ladite membrane gonflable (164) est disposée dans ledit logement (144b) en faisant saillie hors dudit logement (144b) au-delà de ladite face de travail (144a), et en ce que ladite plaque mince (168) recouvre ledit logement (144b) et s'étend de part et d'autre dudit plateau inférieur (144). - Presse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte une étoffe (166) reliée à ladite plaque mince (168) et munie d'éléments agrippants tournés en direction du plateau supérieur (142), et un feutre (152) couvrant au moins partiellement ladite étoffe (166) au dessus de ladite face de freinage (168a), ledit feutre (152) étant composé de filaments susceptibles de coopérer avec lesdits éléments agrippants afin de retenir ledit feutre (152) sur ladite étoffe (166).
- Presse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte, en outre, une toile (164) habillant au moins une partie de ladite face de freinage (168a) de la plaque mince, ladite toile (164) étant attachée à ladite plaque mince (168) et ladite étoffe (166) étant fixée sur ladite toile (164) au moins en plusieurs points en recouvrant au moins une partie de ladite face de freinage (168a).
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque mince (168) présente une section transversale et une section longitudinale en forme de U inversé, la base du U recouvrant ledit logement (164) et les branches du U s'étendant de part et d'autre dudit plateau inférieur (144).
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de freinage du plateau supérieur (142) se composent d'un organe de freinage comportant une étoffe (162) munie d'éléments agrippants tournés en direction du plateau inférieur (144), ladite étoffe (162) étant fixée audit plateau supérieur (142) en recouvrant au moins ladite face de travail (142a) dudit plateau supérieur (142), et un feutre (146) couvrant au moins partiellement ladite étoffe (162) en regard de ladite face de travail, ledit feutre (146) étant composé de filaments susceptibles de coopérer avec lesdits éléments agrippants afin de retenir ledit feutre (146) sur ladite étoffe (162).
- Presse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte, en outre, une toile (160) habillant au moins une partie de ladite face de travail (142a) du plateau supérieur (142), ladite toile (160) étant attachée audit plateau supérieur (142) et ladite étoffe (162) étant fixée sur ladite toile (160) au moins en plusieurs points en recouvrant au moins une partie de ladite face de travail (142a).
- Presse selon la revendication 3 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite étoffe (162, 166) est cousue sur ladite toile (160, 164).
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit feutre (146, 152) présente, entre deux bords transversaux, une largeur sensiblement égale à la largeur de ladite tôle (20', 20").
- Presse selon la revendication 8 caractérisée en ce que lesdits bords transversaux du feutre (146, 152) sont biseautés.
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite plaque mince (168) est munie de perforations situées au moins au-dessus dudit logement (144b).
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de freinage du plateau supérieur (142) sont fixés audit plateau supérieur (142) par des moyens pneumatiques.
- Presse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau supérieur (142) est mobile en translation verticale par rapport au bâti, en ce que ledit plateau inférieur (144) est fixe par rapport au bâti et en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre, des moyens de butée réglables verticalement limitant le mouvement descendant du plateau supérieur (142) dans ladite position de fermeture.
- Ensemble de freinage pour une presse de freinage (140) comportant un bâti sur lequel sont montés un plateau supérieur (142) et un plateau inférieur (144) essentiellement horizontaux, ledit plateau inférieur (144) formant un logement (144b) ouvert en direction dudit plateau supérieur (142) dans lequel se trouve une membrane gonflable (154) en faisant saillie hors dudit logement (144b), l'un au moins des deux plateaux étant mobile par rapport au bâti afin de permettre un rapprochement entre lesdits plateaux depuis une position d'ouverture vers une position de fermeture, une tôle (20', 20") au moins étant susceptible de défiler selon une direction longitudinale entre lesdits plateaux supérieur et inférieur (142, 144) de façon que, dans ladite position de fermeture, ladite tôle soit freinée, l'ensemble de freinage comportant en outre des premiers moyens de freinage destinés à équiper ledit plateau inférieur (144), lesdits premiers moyens de freinage comprenant une plaque mince (168) destinée à surmonter ledit plateau inférieur (144) en reposant librement sur ladite membrane (154), et un organe de freinage fixé sur une face de freinage (168a) de la plaque mince tournée en direction du plateau supérieur (142) lorsque ladite plaque mince (168) surmonte ledit plateau inférieur (144).
caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane gonflable (164) est disposée dans ledit logement (144b) en faisant saillie hors dudit logement (144b) au-delà de ladite face de travail (144a), et en ce que ladite plaque mince (168) recouvre ledit logement (144b) et s'étend de part et d'autre dudit plateau inférieur (144). - Ensemble de freinage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte une étoffe (166) reliée à ladite plaque mince (168) et munie d'éléments agrippants destinés à venir en direction du plateau supérieur (142), et un feutre (152) couvrant au moins partiellement ladite étoffe (166) au dessus de ladite face de freinage (168a), ledit feutre (152) étant composé de filaments susceptibles de coopérer avec lesdits éléments agrippants afin de retenir ledit feutre (152) sur ladite étoffe (166).
- Ensemble de freinage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte, en outre, une toile (164) habillant au moins une partie de ladite face de freinage (168a) de la plaque mince, ladite toile (164) étant attachée à ladite plaque mince (168) et ladite étoffe (166) étant fixée sur ladite toile (164) au moins en plusieurs points en recouvrant au moins une partie de ladite face de freinage (168a).
- Ensemble de freinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 et 15, caractérisé en ce que la plaque mince (168) présente une section transversale et une section longitudinale en forme de U inversé, la base du U étant destinée à recouvrir ledit logement (164) et les branches du U étant destinées à s'étendre de part et d'autre dudit plateau inférieur (144).
- Ensemble de freinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, des seconds moyens de freinage destinés à équiper ledit plateau supérieur (142), lesdits seconds moyens de freinage comprenant une étoffe (162) munie d'éléments agrippants destinés à être tournés en direction du plateau inférieur (144), ladite étoffe (162) étant destinée à être fixée audit plateau supérieur (142) en recouvrant au moins ladite face de travail (142a) dudit plateau supérieur (142), et un feutre (146) couvrant au moins partiellement ladite étoffe (162) en regard de ladite face de travail, ledit feutre (146) étant composé de filaments susceptibles de coopérer avec lesdits éléments agrippants afin de retenir ledit feutre (146) sur ladite étoffe (162).
- Ensemble de freinage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de freinage comporte, en outre, une toile (160) destinée à habiller au moins une partie de ladite face de travail (142a) du plateau supérieur (142), ladite toile (160) étant attachée audit plateau supérieur (142) et ladite étoffe (162) étant fixée sur ladite toile (160) au moins en plusieurs points en recouvrant au moins une partie de ladite face de travail (142a).
- Ensemble de freinage selon la revendication 15 ou 18, caractérisé en en ce que ladite étoffe (162, 166) est cousue sur ladite toile (160, 164).
- Ensemble de freinage selon la revendilmaïon 15 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que ledit feutre (146, 152) présente des bords transversaux biseautés.
- Ensemble de freinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 20, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque mince (168) est munie de perforations (168b) destinées à venir se placer au moins au-dessus dudit logement (144b).
