Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nähnähten, bei dem sich alle nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente ausschließlich auf einer Seite des Nähgutes befinden, wobei diese nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente sich auf Ebenen bewegen, die schräg auf das Nähgut gerichtet sind und das Nähgut auf einem Nähguthalter liegt, der die Penetration der nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente zuläßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Nähfadenschlingen einander durchdringen und daß sich alle nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente der Vorrichtung ausschließlich auf einer Seite des Nähgutes befinden, diese nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente sich auf Ebenen bewegen, die schräg auf das Nähgut gerichtet sind und sich schneiden und die nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente innerhalb dieser Ebenen Koppelkurven beschreiben, die einen stetigen Wechsel zwischen vornehmlich linearen und vornehmlich rotatorischen Bewegungen der Nähnadeln beschreiben, wobei die einzelnen Koppelkurven eine ausreichende Annäherung auf der Gegenseite des Nähgutes besitzen, um eine Nähfadenschlinge von einem nähstich- oder nähnahtbildenden Element zu dem nächsten nähstich- oder nähnahtbildenden Element zu übergeben, und außerdem das Nähgut auf einem Nähguthalter liegt, der die Penetration der nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente zuläßt und zu dem das Nähgut durch einen mit der Vorrichtung verbundenen Gegenhalter fixiert wird, wobei die Vorrichtung während der Schwenkbewegung der nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente mittels einer getaktet verfahrbaren, durch die Hauptwelle der Vorrichtung elektronisch oder mechanisch angesteuerten Vorschubeinrichtung schrittweise über das Nähgut geführt wird, so daß sich die nähnaht- und nähstichbildenden Elemente um eine gedachte Achse innerhalb des Nähgutes drehen und die Vorrichtung bei dem Prozeßbeginn so auf das Nähgut aufgesetzt wird, daß die nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente senkrecht das Nähgut penetrieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle der Vorrichtung elektronisch mit der Steuerung der Vorschubeinrichtung gekoppelt ist, so daß die Vorschubeinrichtung abhängig von der Drehzahl der Antriebswelle der Vorrichtung betrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus einem Konstruktionsprogramm die Geometrie der Nähnaht an die Vorschubeinrichtung weitergegeben wird, in Verbindung mit einer Steuerroutine, die einen Nahtrichtungswechsel ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurbeln, der Kurbelabstand und die Nadelstangenlänge variabel einstellbar sind und dadurch die Stichlänge der Nähnaht variiert werden kann.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nähstich- und nähnahtbildende Elemente enthält, wobei diese nähstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente so gelagert sind, dass sie sich auf Ebenen bewegen können, die schräg auf ein in die Vorrichtung anbringbares Nähgut gerichtet sind, dass die Vorrichtung eine drehbare, exzentrisch gelagerte Linearführung (14) enthält, so dass hierdurch eine zu sätzliche Phasenverschiebung von Bewegungen der einzelnen nähstich- und näh nahtbildenden Elemente erfolgen kann, um die Position der einzelnen nahstich- und nähnahtbildenden Elemente zueinander bei der Nähfadenschlingenbildung und einem Ergreifen von Nähfadenschlingen (4, 7) einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für ein räumliches Vernähen die Nähgutunterlage 21 derart flexibel gestaltet ist, daß mit ihr räumliche Geometrien abbildbar sind, die Stichplatte 22 der Vorrichtung sich dieser räumlichen Geometrie anzupassen vermag und durch die Vorrichtung zusätzlich zu den linearen Bewegungen Schwenkbewegungen um die drei Raumachsen ausführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsmechanismus für die Vorschubbewegung in die Vorrichtung derart integrierbar ist, daß sich Vorschubelemente auf der Nähgutebene bzw. dem Nähgut 3 abstützen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsmechanismus für die Vorschubbewegung in die Vorrichtung derart integrierbar ist, daß eine Führung der Vorrichtung von Hand und/ oder ein Vernähen von schlauch- oder hüllenförmigen Nähgütern möglich sind.
