Claims (22)
- Fensterrahmenprofil (100) aus Kunststoff für ein Kellerfenster, mit einer im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnittsgestalt, bei der Profilflanken (101a, 101b) eine Scheiben-Nut (106) zwischen sich bestimmen und zwischen der Scheiben-Nut und einer Profilbasis (102) ein Lagerzapfen-Kanal (111) vorgesehen ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zwischen dem Lagerzapfen-Kanal und der Scheiben-Nut vorgesehene Verstärkungselementkammer (108). - Fensterrahmenprofil nach Anspruch 1;
gekennzeichnet durch
ein in die Verstärkungselementkammer (108) eingelegtes Bandeisen (109), das mit dem Fensterrahmenprofil verschraubt ist. - Fensterrahmenprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zu einer Profilflanke hin offene Dichtungsnut (104) zum Einlegen einer Lippendichtung (105). - Fensterrahmenprofil nach Anspruch 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine in die Dichtungsnut (104) eingelegte Lippendichtung (105) mit im wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt. - Fensterrahmenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine an der Profilbasis (102) anextrudierte, in die der Scheiben-Nut (106) entgegengesetzte Richtung weisende Dichtlippe (103). - Fensterrahmenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
je eine seitlich der Scheiben-Nut (106) vorgesehene Seitenkammer (107a, 107b). - Fensterrahmenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verstärkungselementkammer (108) und/oder die Seitenkammern (107a, 107b) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Fensterrahmenprofil nach einem Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lippendichtung (105) und/oder die Dichtlippe (103) aus Gummi oder einem anderen Weich-Elastomeren besteht. - Fensterrahmenprofil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in einer Ebene zwischen dem Lagerzapfen-Kanal und der Verstärkungselementkammer (108) kleinere Kanäle (110a, 110b) vorgesehen sind, in die seitlich Schrauben zum Befestigen von Beschlagteilen eingreifen können, und/oder die Dichtungsnut (104) zum Einlegen einer Lippendichtung (105) in dieser Ebene angeordnet ist. - Drehlüfterflügel (900) für ein Kellerfenster, mit vier rechtwinkelig zusammengefügten Fensterrahmenprofilen (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche und einer in deren Scheiben-Nuten (106) aufgenommenen Einfach- oder Mehrfachverglasung (800).
- Drehlüfterflügel nach Anspruch 10,
gekennzeichnet durch
mindestens einen in die Verstärkungselementkammern (108) zweier zusammengefügter Fensterrahmenprofile (100) eingreifenden PVC- oder Stahlwinkel (109), der mit den Fensterrahmenprofilen verklebt und/oder verschraubt ist. - Drehlüfterflügel nach Anspruch, 10 oder 11,
gekennzeichnet durch
zwei an den gegenüberliegenden Enden eines der vier Fensterrahmenprofile (100) in den Lagerzapfen-Kanal (111) eingetriebene Rundstahlsegmente (112), die als Drehlüfter-Lagerzapfen um einen vorbestimmten Betrag über das jeweilige Profilende vorstehen. - Drehlüfterflügel nach einem der Ansprüche 10-12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Fensterrahmenprofile (100) eine anextrudierte Dichtlippe (103) aufweist. - Drehlüfterflügel nach einem der Ansprüche 10-13,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen seitlich im Bereich eines Schraubkanals (110a, 110b) mit einem der vier Fensterrahmenprofile (100) verschraubten Fenstergriff (500). - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Drehlüfterflügels nach einem der Ansprüche 10-14 mit einer Mehrfachverglasung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrfachverglasung (800) im nicht-ausgehärteten Zustand der randseitigen Verklebung mit den Fensterrahmenprofilen (100) verbunden wird derart, daß mit dem anschließenden Aushärten der Randverklebung zugleich eine Verklebung mit den Fensterrahmenprofilen erfolgt. - Fenster, insbesondere Kellerfenster, mit einem Drehlüfterflügel (900) nach einem der Ansprüche 10-14 und einer Zarge (400) oder einem Spar- oder Blendrahmen (200, 300), in die oder den der Drehlüfterflügel schwenkbar eingesetzt ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 16,
gekennzeichnet durch
je ein mit Ober- und Unterteil der Zarge (400) bzw. des Spar- oder Blendrahmens (200, 300) verbundenes, insbesondere als Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildetes Lagerteil (610; 620) zur Aufnahme des jeweiligen Drehlüfter-Lagerzapfens (112). - Fenster nach Anspruch 16 oder 17,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen mit dem Oberteil der Zarge (400) bzw. des Spar- oder Blendrahmens (200, 300) drehbar verbundenen Feststeller (700) zur Arretierung des Drehlüfterflügels (900) in mindestens einer vorbestimmten Öffnungsstellung. - Fenster nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feststeller (700) ein Federstahlband (701) mit einer zum Eingriff in eine Außenkanten-Bohrung (114) im oberen oder unteren Fensterrahmenprofil (100) des Drehlüfterflügels (900) ausgebildeten Zapfen (704) aufweist. - Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 16-19
gekennzeichnet durch
ein längs der Gebäudeinnenwand verschieblich geführtes Ungezieferschutzgitter oder -netz. - Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 17-20,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen auf dem Unterteil der Zarge (400) bzw. des Spar- und Blendrahmens (200, 300) angebrachten Wassersammelkanal (206; 306; 406) aus einem Kunststoff-L-Profil (204; 304; 404), auf das der Drehlüfterflügel (900) beim Schließen aufläuft. - Fenster nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die anextrudierte Dichtlippe (103) und das L-Profil (204; 304; 404) aufeinander abgestimmt derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Dichtlippe bei geschlossenem Drehlüfterflügel gebäudeinnenseitig am L-Profil anliegt und dieses mindestens teilweise verdeckt.
