Definitions
- the invention relates to an adapter for receiving a fitting for setting baskets, bowls or trays between the vertical, telescopic Legs of standing frames in tall unit pull-outs, where the telescopic legs consist of profiles that run into each other and the guided profiles of the two legs at least over part of their Length have a longitudinal slot and the longitudinal slots of the guided profiles are facing each other and the adapter for attachment to the guided profiles is provided.
- a friend Fitting for this purpose has a plate-like, essentially square base body with a horizontal slot opening for mounting a mounting screw that goes into a threaded hole in the vertical Leg of the frame is screwed in.
- On the respective top or bottom of the base body are formed with a horizontal channel essentially U-shaped cross-section, these gutters to the rear, against the Legs of the frame are too open. These channels are used for positive locking Detecting the front spars of a basket formed from wires.
- the basket is mounted in a horizontal position between the vertical legs of the Retracted frame, then the fittings mentioned are attached on both sides and connected to the legs with screws.
- Another known one Fitting consists of an elongated U-profile, on which the cheeks of the U-profile forming web, namely on the side of the cheeks, bolts are provided are the corresponding holes in the vertical leg of the Framework are included. Is on the horizontal top edge of the web an upwardly open channel is formed, the side cheeks of these rings to converge somewhat. A spar on the end is inserted into this channel of a wire basket to be inserted.
- This fitting is made of plastic. Through the converging side cheeks of the gutter the picked up spar of the basket is clamped.
- This fitting is Can be assembled without the use of tools, but can only be used in conjunction can be used with wire baskets, however, the anti-lift device the basket is insufficient due to the elasticity of the converging Cheeks in the gutter is intended.
- Another, also known fitting consists of a U-profile, on its Side cheek caps are formed, which are open at the bottom. Furthermore hook-like extensions are formed in the plane of the side cheeks.
- the vertical leg of the frame is on both sides of the same welded hooks above.
- a spar of the basket formed from wire is hooked into the hook.
- the fitting mentioned is inserted, whose open caps are placed on the ends of the hooks, the hook-like extensions of the fitting on the leg of the frame Reach in under the provided hook.
- This fitting can be assembled without the use of tools, but it is only for baskets usable. Should trays or trays be arranged in the frame, so other fittings must be used for this.
- the vertical legs of these frames are made of telescopic Profiles made.
- a corresponding profile is mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable, the top ends of these guided profiles being aligned with the top horizontal Cross legs of the frame are connected, which in turn is part of a Lateral guide in such a cabinet pull-out serves.
- the telescopic Storage of the profiles forming the legs of the frame are the each outer cross-sectional dimensions of these two profiles different large, so that the fittings used to fix the baskets, trays or bowls must be designed differently, depending on whether they are guided or to be arranged on the leading profile.
- this adapter is characterized in that that he had two legs enclosing an acute angle between them has different lengths, the longer one being guided to the plant Profile provided legs have a U-shaped cross section with flanged Has edges, the inner width of this U-shaped cross section Corresponds to the width of the guided profile, and the short leg has a length, which is slightly larger than the inner cross-sectional dimension of the guided one Profiles in the direction of which this leg extends and the width of this short leg is smaller than the inner width of the guided profile and the two legs are connected to each other via a web, the width of which is smaller than the width of the longitudinal slot, and that of the apex of the two Leg opposite end of the long leg from one in longitudinal section of the guided profile mov
- the frame for a tall cabinet has two vertical legs 1.
- Each of these two legs 1 consists of a first leading profile 2 with a circumferentially closed, box-like Cross-section, leading on the mutually facing sides of this first Profiles 2 recesses 3 are omitted in a repeat arrangement which fittings can be specified, which in turn the baskets to be hung here, Have to carry trays or trays.
- the guided profiles 4 have a U-shaped Cross section with undercut cheeks that have a longitudinal slot 5 limit. These guided profiles 4 are above one another via a cross leg 6 firmly connected, which is part of a side guide of the tall unit pull-out forms.
- the two profiles 2 each forming a vertical leg 1 and 4 are against each other by means of a tendon 7, not shown here clamped, after its solution, the profiles 2 and 4 against each other to set the desired height of the frame.
- the fitting 9 for fixing a basket, a bowl or a tray has a plate-shaped base body 10.
- This plate-shaped base body 10 has a contact surface 11 with which the fitting 9 on the profile 2 of the leg 1 of the frame rests.
- On the outside 12 of this plate-shaped Base body 10 are arranged in pairs of pins 13 here, opposite the Project outside 12. These pins 13 are near the bottom 14 of the base body 10 is provided.
- the pins 13 also lie as close as possible to the lateral edges 15 of the base body 10, so that you are horizontal mutual distance A is as large as possible.
- the pins 13 a wedge-shaped suit 32, this wedge-shaped suit 32 on the respective underside of the pin 13 is provided, as shown in FIG. 3 shows. From Fig.
- the contact surface 11 two to each other like a gable roof has standing sub-areas 16, 17, the crease line 18 between these two partial surfaces 16, 17 run horizontally. These two partial areas 16, 17 form an obtuse angle of approximately 160 ° with one another.
- the crease line 18 of the gable roof-like contact surface 11 is approximately half the height H of the Base body 10.
- the outside 12 of the base body carrying the pins 13 10 likewise has two partial surfaces 19, 20 with a horizontal roof Kink line 21, here also this kink line 21 approximately in half Height of the base body 10 is.
- the front lower partial surface 20 lies essentially parallel to the rear upper partial surface 16, and the front upper Partial area 19 is essentially parallel to the lower rear partial area 17, so that the cross-sectional area of the base body 10 (Fig. 6) is a rhombus-like Shows shape.
- the base body 10 also has two rear-facing cheeks 22, so that it shows a U-shaped cross-section, the heights h of these cheeks 22 are only a fraction of the width B of the web.
- the fitting 9 described above according to Figures 2 to 6 is with his rear pin 23 hooked into the recess 3, the upper Partial surface 16 of the contact surface 11 rests on the leg of the frame.
- the two Cheeks 22 take the profile 2 of the leg 1 between them, whereby the fitting is positioned according to the position, since the inside width W of the cheeks 22 corresponds to the width C of the first profile.
- This adapter 24 has two legs 25, 26 of different lengths which enclose an acute angle ⁇ between them.
- the longer one, to the plant Leg 25 provided on the guided profile 4 has a U-shaped, flat cross section with flanged edges 27.
- the inner width D of this Leg 25 corresponds to the width E of the guided profile 4.
- the short leg 26 has a length I that is slightly larger than the internal cross-sectional dimension F of the guided profile 4, in the direction of which this short leg 26 extends.
- the width G of this short leg 26 is smaller than the inner width of the guided profile 4.
- the two legs 25 and 26 are over a web 28th interconnected, the width of which is smaller than the width of the longitudinal slot 5 of the guided profile 4. This web 28 is symmetrical to the longitudinal central axis of the thigh 25.
- recesses 3 are recessed, the size, shape and repeat correspond to the recesses in the leading profile 2.
- a tongue 30 projecting relative to this end face pronounced, which is set back from the top of this leg 25 (Fig. 15), to an extent that corresponds approximately to the material thickness.
- This tongue 30 is overlapped by a bolt 31, which is substantially I-shaped Cross section (Fig. 12).
- a resilient member 8 attached, extending in the longitudinal direction of the adapter extends and the other end near the apex at the back of the Thigh 25 is moored.
- This band-shaped, spring-elastic Link 8 is at least in those areas where there are parts of the adapter is connected, somewhat narrower than the width of the longitudinal slot 5 of the guided Profiles 4.
- This resilient member 8 is dimensioned so that it Latch 31 holds in its locking position (Fig. 8, 9, 10 and 15), by flattening this resilient member 8 this bolt connection is releasable.
- the width M of the leg 25 is as large as the width C of the leading profile 2 or slightly smaller than the inner width W of the cheeks 22 of the fitting 9.
- the adapter 24 can now be guided along the Profiles are moved until it has reached its intended position. Then the leg is slightly slanted relative to the guided profile 4 25 pressed against the guided profile 4 and the bolt 31 in its locking position pushed in which he positively engages over the tongue 30. By this depression the leg 25 becomes the short leg 26 with its free edge pressed against the inner wall of the guided profile and clings to it (Fig. 14), so that the adapter 24 is held immovably in this position.
- the fitting 9 can now be inserted on the adapter 24 defined in this way, from which a basket, a tray or a bowl is subsequently hung.
- Fig. 7 is an inserted tray indicated by a dashed line 34.
- the fitting has a substantially U-shaped cross section with two cheeks 22, the between them take up the profiles of the leg, causing these fittings are positioned, provided they have a movable pin in a recess 3 are held.
- a pin 23 on the back of the fitting can also have two pins spaced apart in the vertical direction be provided. In this case, the side cheeks can be omitted.
- the repeat of the recesses 3 in the leg 1 of the frame is then so to choose that two consecutive by the pin of a fitting Recesses are occupied.
