Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Befeuchten von bahnförmigem Material (28), wie Papierbahnen (30) oder dergleichen, mit einer Eintrittsöffnung (26) und einer Austrittsöffnung (24) für das bahnförmige Material (28) und einer zwischen der Eintrittsöffnung (26) und Austrittsöffnung (24) vorgesehenen Auftragseinrichtung (38) für ein Fluid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintrittsöffnung (26) und die Austrittsöffnung (24) zwischen wenigstens zwei Befeuchtungsarmen (16 und 18) vorgesehen sind und die Eintrittsöffnung (26) und die Austrittsöffnung (24) nur auf einer Seite über einen zwischen den Armen (16 und 18) verlaufenden randoffenen Schlitz (32) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassöffnung (26) und die Auslassöffnung (24) auf unterschiedlichen Höhen liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassöffnung (26) und/oder die Auslassöffnung (24) jeweils zwei Führungswalzen (34, 36) für das bahnförmige Material (28) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme (16, 18) weitestgehend gleich ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme (16, 18) zwischen sich einen schräg verlaufenden Schlitz (32) für das bahnförmige Material (28) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (16 und 18) mit einer Auftragseinrichtung (38) für das Fluid versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragseinrichtung (38) für das Fluid von einem mehrere Spruhrotoren (42) oder Düsen aufweisenden Balken gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid unter einem von der Horizontalen abweichenden Winkel auf das bahnförmige Material (28) auftragbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragseinrichtung (38) mit Verschlussblenden (48) zum zeitweiligen Unterbrechen des Befeuchtungsvorganges versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlassöffnung (26) auch als Auslassöffnung (24) und umgekehrt verwendbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bewegungssensor für das bahnförmige Material (28) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als mobiles Einsatzgerät ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der beiden Arme (16, 18) höhenverstellbar oder in unterschiedlichen Höhen an einem Traggestell (14) befestigt bzw. befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der beiden Arme (16, 18) von Hand, z.B. mittels einer Handkurbel, oder elektromotorisch höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge des aufzutragenden Fluids einstellbar ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche bei einer Digitaldruckvorrichtung (60), in welcher bahnförmiges Material (28) mittels eines Toners beschichtet wird und die eine Fixiereinrichtung für den Toner aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (10) im Anschluss an die Fixiereinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
