Definitions
- the invention relates to a stone, in particular Block and a method for its production, with two longitudinal walls, which have an outer wall and an inner wall form, the outer wall with an insulating and the inner wall with a concrete-like material is provided.
- a generic stone is for example from the EP 0 751 266.
- the stone disclosed in said document has two longitudinal walls, which has an outer wall and a Form inner wall. Both longitudinal walls are through two transverse webs extending at right angles to the longitudinal walls connected with each other. Relative to the lateral End faces (front of the outer and inner wall) the crossbars are slightly shifted inwards.
- the inner wall and the one connected to the inner wall Crossbars are made in one piece from concrete or a concrete-like one Material made while the outer wall made of polystyrene, ie an insulating material is.
- the revealed stone is both on the Stone top as well as at the stone bottom open, so that the stone, for example, in the composite projectile high installed and remaining between the outer and inner wall free space is pourable. This is done Potting the stones in a disadvantageous way before Place, i. on the site.
- the revealed stones also consist of two Crossbars and two longitudinal walls, an outer wall and form an inner wall.
- the one between the walls lying cavity is also for filling with Concrete used.
- an insulation insert for thermal insulation be can also be provided.
- a disadvantage of all previously known stones is that the exterior wall made of insulating material in their manufacture by those for connection with the transverse webs of the inner wall necessary cross members expensive and expensive.
- the outer wall with the inner wall or the transverse webs a corresponding precision necessary, the Time needed and costs incurred.
- the special ones Connecting elements, both the transverse webs and the However, cross pieces are necessary to allow the stone in can advantageously be filled with concrete and meets all load requirements.
- the present invention is therefore the task underlying a stone with the well-known beneficial Properties, in particular a good insulation, and to provide a method for its production, the a simple, fast, stable and durable attachment the outer wall on the inner wall allows the cost-effective and in a simple way if required completely can be produced in the factory.
- this object is achieved in that the outer wall and / or the inner wall one on top of each having another longitudinal wall directed recess, those at a stone base or a stone top and the lateral ends of the stone at least is partially bounded by the respective longitudinal wall, and the recess with a hardening material is filled.
- the outer wall and / or the inner wall a Recess which, to the respective other longitudinal wall adjoins, can be through the filling of the recess with a hardening material a safe and stable connection between the two longitudinal walls produce.
- a hardening material a hardening material
- the stone can be filled in an advantageous manner be without the Swiss Jewishde material leak can.
- a filling with the hardening material can thereby depending on the design and location of the stone its production either from the stone base or the top of the stone.
- the material creates a stable and lasting Connection between the two longitudinal walls.
- Choice of the hardening material can be the time span, until the filled material has hardened, vary.
- thermosetting material can be with the help of the recess and the thermosetting material differently connect thick outer walls with the inner wall.
- the insulation thickness of the outer wall is infinitely variable and variable.
- the invention may also be provided that vertical Projections of the outer and / or inner wall the Limit recess at the lateral end faces, preferably in the direction of the opening thicken the recess.
- the vertical projections are formed such that the recess a having dovetail shape.
- the inventor has recognized in a non-obvious way, that by the dovetail-shaped configuration the recess a particularly safe, stable and easy to make connection between the create two longitudinal walls.
- a rear wall of the Recess has toothed elements, and that the Longitudinal wall, which is provided with the recess another longitudinal wall adjacent, in the region of the recess provided with toothing elements.
- toothing elements undercuts exhibit.
- Due to the obstruction of the toothed elements can be a particularly advantageous connection between the hardening material and the two longitudinal walls to reach.
- toothing elements as connecting elements for those with the recess provided longitudinal wall are formed.
- Gear elements as connecting elements can be the provided with the recess longitudinal wall in an advantageous Way on the other longitudinal wall or at the Attach connecting elements. This will be before the Fill the hardening material into the recess creates a connection between the two longitudinal walls, so that the thermosetting material in an advantageous Fill and solidify manner.
- dovetail connection can be the outer wall in a particularly advantageous manner connect a mating with the inner wall. Consequently can the curing material in an advantageous manner be introduced into the recess.
- a method of making a stone with two Long walls, an outer wall and an inner wall form, wherein the outer wall of an insulating material and the inner wall of a concrete-like material is prepared according to the invention is such provided that in the inner wall or the outer wall a directed to the other longitudinal wall recess is introduced, those on a stone base or stone top and the lateral faces of the stone at least partially from the respective longitudinal wall is limited, and after concreting the Inner wall, the outer wall attached to the inner wall and then filled in a hardening material becomes.
- the illustrated Stone two longitudinal walls, an outer wall 1 made of polystyrene and an inner wall 2 of concrete, on.
- the inner wall 2 is provided with a recess 3.
- the recess 3 with a thermosetting material 4 in the embodiment is designed as a slightly liquid concrete, filled.
- the recess 3 is at the lateral end faces of the stone from one vertical projection each 5 limited.
- the vertical projections 5 are in this case designed so that they are over the entire Height of the recess 3 extend and towards an opening 6 of the recess 3 thicken.
- the Thickening of the vertical projections 5 takes place such that the inner sides adjacent to the recess 3 the vertical projections 5 a bend in Direction of the central axis of the stone, which the recess 3 is a dovetail-like Form receives.
- the outer wall 1 in its adjacent to the recess 3 area and a rear wall 7 of the recess 3, gear elements 8 on.
- the gear elements 8 undercuts 9 and are so dovetail-shaped.
- the in the area of the lateral end faces of the outer wall arranged gear elements 8 are to fulfill another function as connecting elements 8a formed.
- the curvature corresponds to the Connecting elements 8a, by the vertical projections 5 adjacent area, the bend of the vertical Projections 5.
- This allows the outer wall 1 by means of the connecting elements 8a in an advantageous Insert manner into the recess 3 of the inner wall 2.
- the curing material 4 can be in a stable, by means of a dovetail connection the outer wall 1 and the inner wall 2 formed shape inject.
- the stone indicates, as can be seen in FIG the stone bottom 10 a horizontal cross member 11th on that limits the recess in this area.
- the horizontal cross member 11 is designed in this case, that it is in the direction of the opening 6 of the recess 3 rejuvenated.
- the recess 3 can be filled from the top stone 12 ago become.
- the inner wall is 2 provided with two blind holes 13.
- the blind holes 13 as handle holes for a hand or a Crane can be the stone in a simple way on the Handling and obstruct construction site.
- the outer walls 1 and / or the inner walls 2 at their faces or on the stone bottom 10 and the stone top 12 with corresponding grooves and Provided feathers.
- a procedural production of the stone can For example, take place in that the inner wall. 2 with the contour of the recess 3 in the usual way in prefabricated a form by introducing concrete becomes. Subsequently, the outer wall 1 of insulating Material, e.g. Polystyrene (trademark Styrofoam), with the prefabricated interior wall in this way 2 are put together. It is by means of a Pressed in such a way that the outer wall 1 and Inner wall 2 on the stone bottom 10 and the stone top 12 form a flat surface.
- insulating Material e.g. Polystyrene (trademark Styrofoam)
- the curing Material 4 for example, a light liquid Concrete to be filled in the recess 3.
- the It can be filled with a nozzle and a concrete pump respectively.
- the outer wall 1 as far as the inner wall 2 are plugged that the horizontal cross member 11 with the outer wall 1 a the stone base forms closed surface. Thereby can the curing material 4 before the Presses are filled.
- a release layer for example of a powdery Layer such as e.g. Sand, be applied, so that in a stacking of several stones a bond between the stones is prevented.
- a powdery Layer such as e.g. Sand
- a filling of the hardening material can in particular advantageously done by the curing material 4 according to the volume of Recess 3 is metered filled.
- both the outer wall 1 as also the inner wall 2 has a recess 3.
