Claims (9)
- Rollenwickelvorrichtung (1) zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (8) zu einer Wickelrolle (5) mit einem Wickelbett (4), das durch mindestens eine erste Tragwalze (2) und mindestens eine zweite Tragwalze (3) oder eine weitere Rollenstütze gebildet ist, und mit einer Trenneinrichtung (3), die ein auf einem Messerträger (13) angeordnetes Messer (12) aufweist, das zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Grundstellung verlagerbar ist, wobei der Messerträger (13) an Haltearmen (17) befestigt ist, die um die Rotationsachse (19) der ersten Tragwalze (2) verschwenkbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Haltearm (17) mit einem Antrieb (21) verbunden ist, der mit einer Steuereinrichtung (25) verbunden ist, die den Schwenkwinkel in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser der Wickelrolle (5) einstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerträger (13) gelenkig an den Haltearmen (17) befestigt ist, wobei mindestens ein Haltearm (17) einen Hilfsantrieb (22) aufweist, mit dem ein Winkel zwischen Haltearm (17) und Messerträger (13) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerträger (13) eine Krümmung (23) aufweist, die an die Krümmung des Umfangs der ersten Tragwalze (2) angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsantrieb (22) im Bereich des Endes der Krümmung (23) am Übergang in einen nicht gekrümmten Teil am Messerträger (13) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsantrieb (22) und/oder der Antrieb (21) als Linearantrieb ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (21) an der gleichen Position (16) am Haltearm (17) angreift, an der auch der Messerträger (13) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerträger (13) an seinem dem Messer (12) abgewandten Ende ein Verstärkungsprofil (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (14) eine Stützwand (15) aufweist, die den Messerträger (13) zwischen dem Wickelbett (4) und der Verbindung (16) mit dem Haltearm (17) unterstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützwand (15) einen konkaven Verlauf aufweist, der an die zweite Tragwalze (3) oder die Rollenstütze angepaßt ist.
