Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Vortreiben und gleichzeitigen Ausbauen eines in Lockergestein zu erstellenden Tunnels mit aus Tübbingsegmenten zusammengesetzten Tübbingringen (1) mit Hilfe einer Schildvortriebsmaschine, die einen Vorlaufschild (2), einen über Vorlaufpressen (7) mit dem Vorlaufschild (2) verbundenen und über Teleskoppressen (8) mit einem der Länge eines Tübbingringes (1) entsprechenden, gegenüber den Vorlaufpressen (7) vergrößerten Hub am Tübbingausbau (9) abstützbaren Mittelschild (3) mit radial vor- und zurückbewegbaren Preßschilden (11) und einen mit dem Mittelschild (3) verbundenen Nachlaufschild (4) aufweist, wobei in einer ersten Stufe ausgehend von ausgefahrenen Vorlaufpressen (7), eingefahrenen Teleskoppressen (8) und zurückgezogenen Preßschilden (11) die Teleskoppressen (8) ausgefahren und die Vorlaufpressen (7) eingefahren werden und in einer nachfolgenden zweiten Stufe nach Ausfahren und Festsetzen der Preßschilde (11) an der Tunnelwandung die Vorlaufpressen (7) für den Vortrieb ausgefahren werden und nach Vorziehen der Teleskoppressen (8) ein weiterer Tübbingring (1) eingebaut wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem doppelten Hub der Vorlaufpressen (7) ein- und ausfahrenden Teleskoppressen (8) in der ersten Stufe unter Überdrücken der Vorlaufpressen (7) für den weiteren Vortrieb ausgefahren werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Einbauen eines Tübbingringes (1) nur die zugeordneten Teleskoppressen (8) vorgezogen werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die mit Hilfe von Preßstempeln (12) radial vor- und zurückbewegbaren Preßschilde (11) zusätzlich geführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßschilde (11) mit zusätzlichen Führungsstäben (14) in Führungssäulen (15) geführt und mit Hilfe von Keilpressen (16) festsetzbar sind, deren Keilstücke (17) zwischen den freien Enden der Führungsstäbe (14) und Schildsteifewiderlagern (18) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei horizontal vor- und zurückbewegbare Preßschilde (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keilpressen (16) senkrecht zur Längsachse (19) des Mittelschildes (3) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je zwei Keilpressen (16) gegeneinander arbeitend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelschild (3) längs des Aussparungsrandes (20) seiner Preßschilde (11) eine umlaufende selbstreinigende Dichtung (21) aufweist, die von der Innenseite des Mittelschildes (3) her ersetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelschild (3) und der Nachlauf schild (4) über Koppelpressen (10) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelschild (3) mit seinem vorderen Ende im Vorlaufschild (2) angeordnet ist und der Nachlaufschild (4) einen Durchmesser kleiner als der Durchmesser des Vorlaufschildes (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nachlaufschild (4) mit seinem vorderen Ende im Mittelschild (3) angeordnet ist.
