Definitions

  • the invention relates to formwork, in particular for sound insulation Noise-producing devices according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Such cladding can od or noise-producing devices such as machines. Like. Be applied, whereby a large part of the sound waves are intercepted and a The outside penetration of the same is to be prevented.
  • the shape of the formwork will vary be different depending on the application, for example in the form of a sound insulation cabin.
  • the Dimension of the formwork is according to the size of the noise producing Institution selected. Depending on the small formwork as well as large, over closable openings accessible formwork over the noise producing Facilities are arranged.
  • a wall element which is not only the highest Requirements as noise and fire protection, but especially through high stability as well as easy manufacture and assembly.
  • Edge areas of the sheets forming the wall parts are designed such that they are in one another are pluggable and have resilient projections, which are such in the locked state reach behind that the connection is secured against loosening.
  • the disadvantage here is that the Disassembly is more complex and the wall parts none due to protruding connecting parts have optimal optical properties and pose a risk of injury and are difficult to clean.
  • Sound insulation elements are known from DE 44 35 575 A1 and DE 44 14 201 C1, which consist of sheet metal and insulation in between, and by one circumferential profile frame are bordered.
  • the profile frames are designed so that a Interlocking adjacent wall elements is possible.
  • the disadvantage is that for one good hold of the wall parts absolutely necessary additional screw connections or the like are.
  • the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing elements is also due to the at least three Parts, namely front, back and circumferential profile relatively high. Furthermore the insulation effect is worse because the path in the connection area is only slightly higher than the thickness of the soundproofing element.
  • EP 527 115 A1 describes a sound-absorbing element which consists of a Front and a metal profile forming the back and an intermediate one Insulation arrangement exists, the edge areas for the connection of several Soundproofing elements are provided with characteristic folds, which however are not Allow tensile stress on the wall elements and also a bad one Have insulation in the area of the connection. Building this Soundproofing elements are very complex and require additional connection measures to secure the connection after setup.
  • the objects of the present invention are therefore to formwork, to develop in particular for the sound insulation of noise producing facilities with which primarily is the most efficient insulation possible, especially sound insulation can be achieved, their assembly quickly and if possible without accessories and tools is feasible and also has good optical properties.
  • the objects of the invention are achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the formwork can easy and quick to assemble and, in the case of maintenance or disassembly, simple again and be dismantled quickly.
  • the wall parts should be connected without Accessories and tools. Due to the resulting positive connection of the wall parts a good insulation effect, especially sound insulation can be achieved. Because the Deformations of the edge areas of the wall parts substantially within the thickness of the Wall parts including insulation lie, resulting in a smooth sound insulation cabin with optimal optical properties. In addition, there are no connecting parts from the sound cabin away, reducing the risk of injury and easier cleaning is possible.
  • a cheap realization of the wall parts can be achieved if they are made of sheet metal built up and the deformations are formed by folds.
  • the folds can be easily manufactured using bending tools.
  • an edge region of the wall parts has one Folding with a U-shaped shape open to the outside and the opposite Edge area of the wall parts a fold with an open in the direction of the wall part U-shaped Shape up.
  • This type of folds is in the connection area of two wall parts easy to manufacture.
  • the large contact area in the connection area which, for example, a sound wave from the inside of the formwork to the outside would have to travel, increased and thus the likelihood of an outward penetration significantly reduced by sound pressure.
  • the specified rectangular edging can of course also round or different shapes of the edges, which interlock, can be provided.
  • the decisive factor is that the formwork appears as smooth as possible to the outside and the contact surfaces of the connections of the The edges of the wall parts are as large as possible, so that good insulation, in particular Soundproofing is achieved.
  • connecting elements preferably terminals preferably terminals with a U-shaped cross section with a open width corresponding to twice the material thickness of the wall parts and a width according to the thickness of the wall parts including insulation minus three wall thicknesses Wall parts are provided, which on the top and / or bottom of the wall parts are attachable. Due to this only slightly increased assembly effort, a achieved more secure connection between the wall parts. This can be the case with Formwork of vibrating machines can be of particular advantage.
  • the securing of the Connection also by screws, spot welding or adhesive connections. Screw connections are preferably made on the inner, invisible parts of the Connections attached. Adhesive connections have the additional advantage that in addition to the better connection a better tightness of the connection can be achieved. Across from Spot welding also has the advantage that the sheet does not at the welding points is claimed, which usually corrode these places.
  • connection Wall parts provided additional seals. These can be, for example, with putty, Silicone or other plastic or permanently elastic materials can be formed.
  • a self-contained bottom profile with preferably upwards is advantageous open U-shaped cross section arranged on the floor, in which the wall parts are insertable and optionally with a counter profile with preferably down open U-shaped cross-section can be fixed in position.
  • the location of the floor profile will be according to the machine or noise-producing device to be enclosed arbitrarily chosen.
  • the floor profile is advantageously also sealed off from the floor and if necessary anchored to fix the position on the ground
  • a further improvement in the cohesion of the formwork made up of individual parts without using tools can be achieved in that a self-contained Clamping profile with a preferably open U-shaped cross section with a width according to the thickness of the wall parts including any insulation and connection is, which can be plugged onto the interconnected wall parts.
  • one is at most composed of several elements formed, preferably provided with insulation lid, which on the Wall parts can be placed, and preferably on the edge with a deformation, e.g. one after the other inside oriented double edging is provided.
  • a double edge on the edge of the lid is easy to manufacture and has the advantage that there are no sharp edges on the outside, which can lead to injuries or difficult handling.
  • the lid is simply placed on the walls of the sound insulation cabin. This will make the Installation effort kept low. An additional fixation with the help of screws od. Like. Or an adhesive may be provided. In addition, other Seals are inserted.
