Mit dem oberen Bereich der beiden beabstandet zueinander angeordneten Tragholme ist zur Befestigung des Sanitärelements eine weitere Querstrebe in der Höhe verstellbar angeordnet. Mit den oberen Enden der beiden genannten Tragholme ist jeweils ein weiterer in der Höhe einstellbarer Tragholm für einen aus Profilschienen aufgebauten Rahmen vorgesehen, in welchen der Spülkasten einsetzbar ist. Nach dem Aufsetzen des Spülkastens auf dem oberen Tragelement wird der Spülkasten mit geeigneten Befestigungsmitteln, wie Winkeln oder Schrauben und Dübeln, an der Raumwand endgültig befestigt. Wesentlich ist, daß das obere Tragelement im wesentlichen in der Mitte einen freien Raum oder eine Ausnehmung für den Spülrohranschluß bzw. das Spülrohr selbst enthält. Die Ausnehmung ist in zweckmäßiger Weise nach vorn offen ausgebildet, so daß beim Aufsetzen des Spülkastens auf das obere Tragelement der Spülrohranschluß und/oder das mit dem Boden des Spülkastens verbundene bzw. zu verbindende Spülrohr in einfacher Weise von vorn in die Ausnehmung eingesetzt werden können. Die beiden Tragelemente sind mit dem vertikalen Verbindungskörper fest und unlösbar verbunden, so daß ein definierter Abstand zwischen der Unterkante des Spülkastens und dem Sanitärelement und insbesondere dessen Anschluß für das Spülrohr vorgegeben ist.
