Claims (10)

  1. Security anti-raising device for roller shutters, comprising:
    a panel (1) comprising a plurality of slats (2), including an upper slat (2a), which are articulated relative to one another;
    a winding-up shaft (3) which is connected to the upper slat (2a) of the panel (3) by attachment means (6) in order to permit winding up and unwinding of the panel around the said shaft;
    means (7-9) for rotation of the winding-up shaft (3), which can make it possible to unwind the panel (1) into a low, unwound position in which it shuts an aperture, and to wind up the panel (1) into a high, wound-up position in which the latter is wound up along its longest length around the said winding-up shaft, and in which it opens the aperture; and
    means (10) for guiding the panel (1) which can assure guiding and retention of the panel (1);
    this anti-raising device comprising:
    at least one flange (11) which is integral with the winding-up shaft (3) and has a stop (12) which is positioned at the edge of one of the lateral sides of the panel (1);
    associated with each flange (11), a stop (32) for the upper slat (2a), which stop is fitted opposite the flange (11), such as to extend laterally in the extension of the said upper slat (2a), on the same radial plane as the flange stop (11);
    the flange (12) and slat (32) stops being disposed such as to follow circular paths with different diameters, which diameter is greater for the flange stop (12), during winding up and unwinding of the running slats of the panel (1), and being designed such that the flange stop (12) is positioned above the slat stop (32) on completion of unwinding, when the said slat stop (32) follows a spiral path which spaces it from the winding-up shaft (3) until the circular path of the said flange stop is reached; the said anti-raising device being characterised in that:
    each slat stop (32) extends partially in the upper extension of the upper slat (2a) of the panel (1);
    the slat (32) and flange (12) stops have conjugated front surfaces which can permit automatic locking of the said stops on completion of unwinding, in a position in which the latter are braced against one another, the front surface of one of the stops (32) having a cut-out (33), and the front surface of the other stop (12) forming a projection (31) which can be accommodated and locked in the said cut-out;
    each flange (11) consists of two parts consisting of a collar (13,14) to render it integral with the winding-up shaft (3), and a plate (17) on which the flange stop (12) is fitted, the said flange comprising:
    means (15,19,20) for adjustment of the angular position of the plate (17) relative to the collar (13,14) and for locking of the said plate onto the said collar, in predetermined angular positions; and
    means (24,25,27,28) for adjustment of the radial position of the flange stop (12) and for locking of the latter on the plate (17), in predetermined radial positions.
  2. Anti-raising device according to claim 1, characterised in that, associated with each flange (11), it comprises a rocker bar (35) which is articulated around two shafts which are integral respectively with the flange stop (12) and the slat stop (32), the said shafts being arranged such that the said rocker bar pivots between:
    a radially extended position, which is obtained in the low, unwound position of the panel (1), in which this rocker bar (35) forms the base of a triangulated assembly, the two braced stops (12,32) of which form the sides; and
    a position which is retracted radially in the direction of the winding-up shaft (3), and is obtained when the panel (1) is wound up.
  3. Anti-raising device according to claim 2, characterised in that it comprises means for adjustment of the radial position of the articulation shaft of each rocker bar (35), relative to the associated flange stop (12).
  4. Anti-raising device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising two flange stops (12) and two slat stops (32), which are disposed corresponding to both sides of the panel.
  5. Anti-raising device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that each slat stop (32) has a front surface with a cut-out (33) in the form of a V, each flange stop (12) having a front surface with a projection (31) which can be accommodated and locked in the said cut-out.
  6. Anti-raising device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the means for adjustment of the radial position of the stop (12) of each flange (11) comprise:
    a radial slide (24), with a width which is conjugated with the flange stop (12) provided in the plate (17), the said slide having a base wall which is provided with a radial opening (25);
    a through-bore (27) which is provided in the flange stop (12), opposite the radial opening (25) in the slide (24); and
    locking elements (28), which can extend through the radial opening (25) and the bore (27).
  7. Anti-raising device according to claim 6, characterised in that the base of the slide (24) and the opposite surface of the flange stop (12) have transverse serrations (26,29) which can prevent any displacement of the said flange stop after locking has taken place.
  8. Anti-raising device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the means for adjustment of the angular position of the plate (17) of each flange (11) comprise:
    a plurality of apertures (15) which are provided in the flange (13) and are distributed regularly along a diameter which is predetermined relative to the axis of the winding-up shaft (3);
    a plurality of oblong holes (19) which are provided in the plate (17), such that they each correspond to an aperture (15) in the flange (13); and
    locking elements (20) which can extend through the apertures (15) and the oblong holes (19).
  9. Anti-raising device according to claim 8, characterised in that the flange (13) and the opposite surface of the plate (17) have radial serrations (21) which can prevent any angular rotation of the said plate after locking has taken place.
  10. Anti-raising device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that each flange stop (12) has radial longitudinal edges with an oblique profile, such as to prevent misalignment of the slats (2) at the outlet of the means (10) for guiding.
