    - a member (12, 80) retaining the key (13) on this operating member (11, 61) while the two parts (2, 3, 4; 51, 52) of the device are not in the position prohibiting access,

  2. Lockable device according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means for automatically bringing the locking member into the locking position when the two parts of the device reach the position allowing access.
  3. Lockable device according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that it consists of a pivoting barrier (1), comprising:
    - a plate (12) for retention of the operating key (13), that can pivot in a vertical plane between an inactive position and an active retention position, and
    - a surface (8) forming a ramp, situated on the trajectory followed by the plate (12) at the time of the pivoting of the arm (3) of the barrier (1), such that the plate (12), in the open position of the barrier 1, engages and slides on this surface (8).
  4. Lockable device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the locking member consists of a vertical finger (22) that can be engaged and can slide into one or other of two holes (6, 7) disposed, at a 90° angle one to the other, in an upper mounting plate (5) supported by the fixed pillar (2) of the barrier (1).
  5. Lockable device according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterized in that it consists of a post (50) comprising two telescopic tubular elements (51, 52), one of which is buried in the ground and the other of which is used to prohibit or to open up access depending on whether it is in a position deployed from or retracted into the element (51) buried in the ground, the element (51) buried in the ground comprising a tubular surface (70) fixed at its bottom whereas the mobile element (52) comprises a plate (80) retaining the key (13), movable in a horizontal plane, furnished with a vertical finger (90), this finger (90) being situated outside the internal perimeter of the circular surface (70) when the plate (80) is in the inactive position and being situated inside this perimeter when the said plate (80) is in the active position, this finger (90) engaging in the cavity delimited by the circular surface (70) and butting up against the internal face of this surface (70), before the movable element (52) is in a position fully slotted into the element (51).

Lockable device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the tubular surface (70) comprises an upper notch (71), a longitudinal slot (72) and a lower notch (73) communicating with one another, and in that the movable element (52) comprises a tube (62) engaged and able to slide in this tubular surface (70), this tube (62) being furnished with a lug (75) projecting radially, that can be engaged and slide in one or other of these notches (71, 73) and in the longitudinal slot (72).
