An der Decke 14 des Schranks oder Wohnraums wird der kastenförmige Führungskanal 7 befestigt. An der Oberkante der Schiebetür 1 wird eine erste Ausnehmung 27 ausgefräst, welche eine der Dicke f der Halteplatte 29 entsprechende Tiefe aufweist und der Kontur der Halteplatte 29 folgt. Im zentralen Bereich der ersten Ausnehmung 27 kommt die zweite Ausnehmung 35 zu liegen. Selbstverständlich können die beiden Ausnehmungen 27 und 35 mit einem geeigneten Stufenfräser auch in einem Arbeitsgang erzeugt werden. In die erste Ausnehmung wird die Halteplatte 29 eingelegt und mit beispielsweise fünf Schrauben 43 am Rahmen 3 der Schiebetür 1 befestigt. Der Rollenwagen 15 ist stirnseitig oder durch eine entsprechend ausgebildete seitliche Öffnung in den Führungskanal 7 eingefahren und die Schraube 19 so weit eingedreht, dass der Schaft der Schraube 19 stirnseitig in den Schlitz 33 der Halteplatte 29 eingeführt werden kann und der Schraubenkopf 23 in der Ausnehmung 35 zu liegen kommt. Ab diesem Moment hängt das Gewicht der Schiebetür 1 am Rollenwagen 15. Nun kann der Schraubenschlüssel 55 stirnseitig in die zweite Ausnehmung 35 eingeführt und auf den Schraubenkopf 23 aufgesteckt werden. Damit nicht die gesamte zweite Ausnehmung 35 eine Tiefe aufweisen muss, welche der Höhe des Schraubenkopfs 23 und der Dicke des Schraubenschlüssels 47 entspricht, ist nur eingangs ein kurzer Abschnitt 65 der zweiten Ausnehmung 35 mit einer grösseren Tiefe versehen. Mit dem als Abdeckplatte 45 kombinierten Schraubenschlüssel 47 kann nun die vertikale Lage der Schiebetür 1 justiert werden. Der Spalt zwischen der Oberkante 31 der Schiebetür 1 und der Unterseite des Führungskanals 7 lässt sich im wesentlich bis auf einen oder weniger als einen Millimeter verringern. Mit dem Schraubenschlüssel lassen sich gemäss Figur 12 Drehbewegungen von ca. 70° ausführen.
Claims (8)
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag, umfassend mindestens ein auf einer Schiene abzuwälzen bestimmtes Tragrollenpaar, ein einstellbares Mittel zum Verbinden der Tragrollen, mit einer an dieser aufzuhängen bestimmten Schiebetür und ein mit der Oberkante der Schiebetür verbindbares Haltemittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel eine ebene Halteplatte (29) mit einem U-förmigen Grundriss und eine Abdeckplatte (45) mit einer Rasteinrichtung umfasst.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den beiden Schenkeln (37) der Halteplatte (29) Bohrungen (39) zum Hindurchführen von Befestigungsschrauben (43) angebracht sind.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abdeckplatte (45) ein Schraubenschlüssel (47) mit einem Schlüsselkopf (55) angeformt ist.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schaft des Schraubenschlüssels (47) ein in Längsrichtung verlaufender schlitzförmiger Zwischenraum (57) und mindestens ein Nocken (59) ausgebildet sind.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Nocken (59) sowohl in den Zwischenraum (57) hinein- als auch die Oberfläche der beiden Schenkel (37) der Halteplatte (29) überragt.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenkanten der beiden Nocken (59) in einem Abstand (g) liegen, der der Breite des Schlitzes zwischen den beiden Schenkeln (37) der Halteplatte (29) entspricht.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenschlüssel (47) durch stirnseitiges Eindrehen einer Schraube (51) durch die Abdeckplatte (45) an der Halteplatte (29) verrastbar ist.
- Schiebetür-Rollenbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch das Verrasten des Schraubenschlüssels (47) an der Halteplatte (29) der Schraubenkopf (23) der Schraube (19), welche am Rollenwagen (15) befestigt ist, der Rollenwagen (15) in Fahrrichtung und quer dazu ebenfalls mit der Halteplatte (29) unverrückbar verbunden ist.
