Claims (3)
- Herstellungsverfahren von Achsbrückengehäusen mittels Gußverfahren, insbesondere nach dem Sandgußverfahren, wobei die Gießformen in ihren Konturen Modellen nachgeformt sind, welche aus austauschbaren Modellsegmenten (1, 2, 3) bestehen und die Modelle (4) für die Achsbrückengehäuse nach dem Baukastenprinzip modular aus den einzelnen Modellsegmenten (1, 2, 3) zusammengesetzt sind und bei Abwandlungen des Achsbrückengehäuses nur das Modellsegment (1, 2, 3) für den abgewandelten Teil des Achsbrückengehäuses durch ein neues Modellsegment (1, 2, 3) ersetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem aus der Kombination einzelner Modellsegmente (1, 2, 3) hervorgehenden Modell (4) über Negativabgüsse (5) funktionale Modelleinheiten (6) zur Serienfertigung eines einstückigen Gußteiles hergestellt werden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das segmentierte Modell (4) aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoffen besteht.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Modellsegmente funktionalen Gehäuseteilen zur Aufnahme von Achswellen, Differentialen, Radnaben oder Portaltrieben oder Gehäuseteilen zur geometrischen Anpassung der Achse an das Fahrzeug bzw. die Achsaufhängung entsprechen.
