Claims (13)

  1. Kopf (4) zur Ausgabe eines unter Druck stehenden Produkts (P), der aufweist:
    a) Ausgabemittel (20), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil (30) montiert zu werden, das über einem das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) sitzt, und die einen Ausgangskanal (34) für das Produkt bilden, der an mindestens einer Ausgabeöffnung (22) mündet,
    b) steife oder halbsteife Betätigungsmittel (16), die eine Betätigungsfläche (13) aufweisen, auf die ein Benutzer drücken kann, derart, dass die Betätigungsmittel in der Lage sind, mit den Ausgabemitteln in Eingriff zu gelangen, um diese letzteren von einer Schließstellung in eine Ausgabestellung übergehen zu lassen, in der der Ausgangskanal (34) mit dem Behälter (2) in Verbindung steht,
    c) fest mit den Betätigungsmitteln (16) verbundene Verschlussmittel (18), die als Reaktion auf einen auf die Betätigungsmittel (16) ausgeübten Druck von einer ersten Stellung, in der sie die Öffnung (oder die Öffnungen) (22) dicht verschließen, in eine zweite Stellung übergehen können, in der die Öffnung(en) freigelegt ist (sind), um den Austritt des unter Druck stehenden Produkts zu erlauben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussmittel (18) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material gebildet sind, um durch elastische Rückholkraft in die erste Stellung zurückkommen zu können, wenn der Betätigungsdruck endet, und dass die Betätigungsmittel in Bezug auf die Ausgabemittel beweglich sind.
  2. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (16) axial über eine Hubstrecke beweglich sind, die um einen axialen Abstand (δc) größer ist als die Hubstrecke der Ausgabemittel (20), wobei die Rückkehr der Betätigungsmittel (16) in die Ruhestellung einerseits durch die von den elastischen Mitteln der Pumpe oder des Ventils ausgeübte Rückholkraft und andererseits unter der Wirkung der von den Verschlussmitteln (18) ausgeübten elastischen Rückholkraft erfolgt.
  3. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (16) und die Ausgabemittel (20) so gestaltet sind, dass ein Betätigungsdruck zuerst den Übergang der Verschlussmittel (18) von der ersten in die zweite Stellung und dann die Verbindung des Ausgangskanals (34) mit dem Behälter (2) bewirkt, wobei die Ausgabemittel unter der Wirkung einer Rückholkraft von der Ausgabestellung in die Schließstellung zurückkommen, die von elastischen Mitteln der Pumpe oder des Ventils erzeugt wird.
  4. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussmittel (18) außerdem in der zweiten Stellung eine Dichtheit zwischen den Ausgabemitteln (20) und den Betätigungsmitteln (16) gewährleisten.
  5. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (16) einen ringförmigen Abschnitt aufweisen, der die Ausgabemittel umgibt und von dem ein freies Ende sich im wesentlichen neben der (den) Ausgabeöffnung (en) befindet, wobei die Verschlussmittel von einem ringförmigen Element gebildet werden, das innerhalb des ringförmigen Abschnitts der Betätigungsmittel montiert ist, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (16) in Bezug auf die Ausgabemittel (20) gleitend montiert sind.
  6. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (16) und die Verschlussmittel (18) durch BiInjektion eines ersten und eines zweiten thermoplastischen Materials hergestellt werden, die physikalisch-chemisch kompatibel sind.
  7. Ausgabekopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Material aus einem Polyethylen oder einem Polypropylen besteht, und dass das zweite Material aus einem Elastomer besteht, das aus der Gruppe der Propylen/Ethylen-Copolymere, der Polyether-Blockamide, der Polyvinyle, der Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM), der sequentiellen Styrol/Butadien-Polymere (SBS), der sequentiellen Styrol/Ethylen/Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS), der thermoplastischen Polyurethane, der Mischungen von Polypropylen mit einem der folgenden Elastomere: sequentielle Styrol/Ethylen/Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS), Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM), sequentielle Styrol/Butadien-Polymere (SBS), ausgewählt wird.
  8. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element eine Schürze (18b) definiert, deren freier Rand (19) in der zweiten Stellung die Dichtheit zwischen den Betätigungsmitteln (16) und den Ausgabemitteln (20) gewährleistet.
  9. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung(en) (22) senkrecht zum Ausgangskanal (34) mündet (münden).
  10. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Bereich (6) aufweist, der für seine Befestigung am Behälter bestimmt ist, wobei dieser Bereich über eine Gelenkzone (14) fest mit den Betätigungsmitteln (16) verbunden ist.
  11. Unter Druck stehende Verpackungseinheit, die einen Behälter (2) für ein flüssiges auszugebendes Produkt (P) aufweist und mit einem Ventil (30) oder einer Pumpe versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Ausgabekopf (4) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
  12. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Ventil (30) mit vorstehender Stange (22) versehen ist, die mit den Ausgabemitteln (20) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Behälter das Produkt enthalten kann, das insbesondere mittels eines Treibgases unter Druck gesetzt wird.
