Claims (16)

  1. Einheit zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, die aufweist:
    - einen unter Druck stehenden Behälter (60), der das Produkt enthält und mit einem über dem Behälter sitzenden Ausgabeorgan ausgestattet ist, wobei dieses Montageorgan ein Ventil ist;
    - und einen auf den Behälter montierten Kopf zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, wobei der Kopf aufweist:
    - einen Körper mit einem Montagering (20) und einem bezüglich des Rings beweglichen Betätigungselement (30), um ein auf dem Behälter vorgesehenes Ausgabeorgan zu betätigen;
    - einen Aufsatz (40), der von einem Kanal (41) durchquert wird, der während der Benutzung mit dem Produkt im Inneren des Behälter in Verbindung stehen kann, wobei der Aufsatz eine Montageschürze (45) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, sich auf das Ausgabeorgan aufzuschieben, wobei der Kanal an einem ersten Ende über eine Ausgabeöffnung (42) mündet;
    - eine Verschlussvorrichtung (50), die zumindest zum Teil in dem Kanal (41) angeordnet ist, wobei die Verschlussvorrichtung eingerichtet ist, um in der Ruhestellung eine Verschlussstellung einzunehmen, in der sie über einen ersten Abschnitt (51) gegen eine Auflagefläche (43) anliegt, und um sich unter der Wirkung des Drucks des bei der Ausgabe des Produkts im Kanal enthaltenen Produkts von dieser Auflagefläche (43) zu entfernen, um die Ausgabeöffnung (42) zu bilden,
    wobei die Verschlussvorrichtung einen zweiten Abschnitt (52; 152; 252) aufweist, der sich als Reaktion auf eine Steuerung des Betätigungselements (30) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der er gegen den Ring in Anschlag ist, und einer zweiten Stellung verschieben kann, in der er vom Ring entfernt ist, um es der Verschlussvorrichtung zu erlauben, sich unter der Wirkung des Drucks des Produkts von der Auflagefläche (43) zu entfernen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung ohne elastische Rückstellung in die Verschlussstellung zurückkommt, wobei der Kanal entgegengesetzt zur Öffnung über seinen ganzen Querschnitt mündet, so dass der Aufsatz an diesem entgegengesetzten Ende eine Endschürze (44) aufweist, die die Verschlussvorrichtung (50) aufnimmt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt der Verschlussvorrichtung eine Dichtschürze (53) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, in dichte Auflage auf die Innenfläche dieser Endschürze zu kommen, entlang der sie dicht gleiten kann.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (52; 152) der Verschlussvorrichtung eine halbkugelförmige Fläche ist.
  3. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (20) eine Rampe (26) aufweist, die sich, insbesondere wenn die Verschlussvorrichtung in der zweiten Stellung ist, gegenüber dem zweiten Ende (52) der Verschlussvorrichtung befindet.
  4. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (41) von einem Aufsatz (40) begrenzt wird, der eine gemäß einer Achse X längliche Form hat.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (42) an einem ersten Ende des Aufsatzes ausgebildet ist.
  6. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (40) eine Montagewelle (46) mit einer Achse Y aufweist, die so am Körper befestigt werden kann, dass das Schwenken des Aufsatzes bezüglich des Rings (20) um die Achse Y ermöglicht wird.
  7. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (40) eine elastische Rückstellzunge (48) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Innenwand des Rings in elastische Auflage zu kommen, um das Kippen des Aufsatzes bezüglich des Rings zu begrenzen.
  8. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (50) eine längliche Form hat.
  9. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (51) der Verschlussvorrichtung (50) eine komplementäre Form zur Form der Ausgabeöffnung (42) hat, um sie dicht zu verschließen.
  10. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (30) einen Zapfen (35) aufweist, der so auf dem Aufsatz (40) in Auflage kommen kann, dass die vom Benutzer auf das Betätigungselement (30) ausgeübte Kraft über den Aufsatz auf das Ausgabeorgan übertragen wird.
  11. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring Mittel (22) zum Befestigen am Behälter aufweist.
  12. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (20) und das Betätigungselement (30) einstückig hergestellt werden.
  13. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageschürze (45) des Aufsatzes (40) auf eine Ventilstange (63) des Ventils aufgeschoben wird.
  14. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil vom Typ mit Auslösten durch Eindrükken der Ventilstange ist.
  15. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil vom Typ mit Auslösten durch Kippen der Ventilstange ist.
  16. Verwendung einer Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 zur Verpackung eines Kosmetik- oder Pflegeprodukts.
