Description
Claims (10)
- Klappbare Werkbank, insbesondere zum Einbau in Servicefahrzeuge, mit einem Träger (4), an dem eine Werkplatte (1) mit einer ersten Drehachse (2) angelenkt und, unterstützt durch eine Gasdruckfeder (19) oder dergleichen, zwischen einer vertikal hochgeschwenkten Ruheposition I und einer horizontal ausgeschwenkten Arbeistposition III verschwenkbar ist, und mit einem Stützfuß (7), der mit einer zweiten Drehachse (6) an die Werkplatte (1) angelenkt ist und in der hochgeschwenkten Ruheposition der Werkplatte (1) im wesentlichen parallel an diese herangeklappt ist und in der ausgeschwenkten Arbeitsposition eine ausgeklappte Abstützposition einnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützfuß (7) durch eine Feder (8) in die an die Werkplatte (1) herangeklappte Ruheposition beaufschlagt ist und am Träger (4) eine Anschlags-/Führungsfläche (10) ausgebildet ist, gegen die der Stützfuß (7) beim Ausschwenken der Werkplatte (1) in die horizontale Arbeitsposition III anschlägt und die den Stützfuß (7) in die ausgeklappte Abstützpositon fuhrt.
- Werkbank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Träger (4) eine Stützfußverriegelung (11) ausgebildet ist, in die der Stützfuß in der ausgeklappten Abstützposition einrastet.
- Werkbank nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfußverriegelung (11) eine federbeaufschlagte Kurvenscheibe (13) aufweist, die den Stützfuß (7) in der ausgeklappten Abstützposition gegen den Träger (4) verriegelt.
- Werkbank nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfußvorriegelung (11) einen Fußhebel (17) zum Lösen der Verriegelung aufweist.
- Werkbank nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützfuß (7) als ein Bügel ausgebildet ist, der mit oberen offenen Bügelenden an die zweite Drehachse (6) angeschlossen ist und am unteren geschlossenen Bügelende (9) eine Abkröpfung (12) aufweist, die in der ausgeklappten Abstützposition im wesentlichen parallel zur Anschlags-/ Führungsfläche (10) des Trägers (4) liegt.
- Werkbank nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (4) eine vertikale Grundplatte (5) mit der Anschlags-/Führungsfläche (10) und eine am oberen Ende der Grundplatte (5) rechtwinklig vorstehende Lagerplatte (3) mit der ersten Drehachse (2) für die Werkplatte (1) aufweist.
- Werkbank nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Gasdruckfeder (19) unterhalb der Lagerplatte (3) untergebracht ist und sie zwischen einem Anlenkpunkt(20) am rückwärtigen Ende der Lagerplatte und einem Anlenkpunkt (21) am rückwärts über die erste Drehachse (2) vorstehenden Ende der Werkplatte (1) derart angreift, das bei Verschwenken der Werkplatte (1) der Umkehrpunkt der Gasdruckfeder (19) durchlaufen wird.
- Werkbank nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Drehachse (2) am vorderen Ende der Lagerplatte (3) angeordnet ist und im Bereich dieser ersten Drehachse (2) in der Lagerplatte (3) eine Durchgangsöffnung (22) zum Durchtritt der Werkplatte beim Verschwenken von der vertikalen Ruheposition I in die horizontale Arbeitsposition III ausgebildet ist.
- Werkbank nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Grundplatte (5) ein Anschlagbügel (18) angeordnet ist, der in der hochgeschwenkten Ruheposition I der Werkplatte (1) einen Anschlag für den an die Werkplatte (1) herangeklappten Stützfuß (7) bildet.
- Werkbank nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (5) mit Lagerplatte (3) und Anschlagbügel (18) als eine Schweißkonstruktion und die Werkplatte (1) als eine Holzlaminatplatte mit seitlichen Schutzeinfassungsprofilen (25) ausgebildet sind.
