Claims (4)
- Flaschenverschluß mit einem die Ausgießöffnung einer Flasche absperrenden, an der Flasche wiederverwendbar befestigten Verschlußteil (V), das aus einem Spannstück (S) und einem mit dem Spannstück (S) verbundenen Dichtstück (D) besteht, wobei das Spannstück (S) eine Spannfläche (SF) aufweist, mit der das Dichtstück (D) an die Ausgießöffnung anlegbar ist, wobei das Verschlußteil (V) als Verbundelement ausgebildet und das Spannstück (S) aus einem durch die - das Verschlußteil (V) belastende - Schließkraft nicht oder nur geringfügig elastisch verformbaren thermo- oder duroplastischen Kunststoff, beispielsweise Polyäthylen besteht, das Dichtstück (D) hingegen aus einem bei der gleichen Schließkraft erheblich verformbaren und hochelastischen thermoplastischen, spritzbaren Kunststoff,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Dichtstück (D) vollflächig derart auf dem Spannstück (S) aufgebracht ist, daß das Dichtstück die Flaschenöffnung vollständig verschließt und aus einem solchen Material besteht, daß die Flasche gegen das Eindringen von atmosphärischem Sauerstoff abgedichtet ist. - Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannstück aus Polypropylen (PP) und das Dichtstück aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) besteht
- Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtstück (D) auf das Spannstück (S) aufgespritzt ist.
- Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannstück (S) Ausnehmungen aufweist, in die das Material des Dichtstückes (D) eingreift.
