Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein am Körper anliegendes Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere einen Badeanzug, mit einem Vorderabschnitt, einem Rückenabschnitt, einem Schrittabschnitt und zumindest einem Trägerabschnitt, wobei der Vorderabschnitt und der Rückenabschnitt im wesentlichen schlauchförmig aus elastischem Garn rundgestrickt sind, das im Verlauf des Kleidungsstückes mit unterschiedlicher Spannung und/oder Maschengröße gestrickt ist, so daß das Bekleidungsstück der Körperkontur folgt, wobei das elastische Garn in jeder Reihe aus einem elastischen Grundgarn und zumindest einem dieses umgebenden Oberflächengarn besteht.
Bei Bekleidungsstücken, insbesondere Badeanzügen, die am Körper einer Trägerin anliegen sollen, werden der Vorder- und der Rückenabschnitt üblicherweise aus zumindest zwei Teilen gefertigt, die an der Seite zusammengenäht werden. Zumindest die Öffnungen im Oberschenkel- bzw. Hüftbereich und die Schulterabschnitte werden konfektioniert. Diese Ausführung hat den Nachteil eines beträchtlichen Arbeitsaufwandes, weil der Vorder- und der Rückenabschnitt dem Körperverlauf entsprechend zugeschnitten und dann zusammengenäht werden müssen. Die Nähte sind störend und beeinträchtigen den optimalen Sitz des Bekleidungsstückes am Körper. Schließlich ist das gewünschte enge Anliegen des Bekleidungsstückes am Körper und dessen Elastizität wegen der bisher verwendeten Garne und deshalb nicht immer gewährleistet, weil der Stoff üblicherweise auf einen Spannrahmen aufgespannt und wärmebehandelt wird, wodurch die Rückzugkraft des Stoffes und damit des fertigen Kleidungsstückes vermindert wird.
Es ist ferner aus der EP-A1-0 599 266 bereits ein Bekleidungsstück der einleitend angegebenen Art bekannt, das z.B. als Unterbekleidungsstück verwendbar und mit langen Ärmeln versehen ist, wobei das Bekleidungsstück in den Ärmeln sowie im Taillen- und Brustbereich Zonen unterschiedlicher Strickart und Dehnung zur besseren Anpassung an den Körper aufweist. Aus der US 3 425 246 ist es ferner bereits bekannt, z.B. bei rundgestrickten Badeanzügen, Strümpfen, Büstenhaltern u.dgl. mit unterschiedlicher Maschenstruktur zur Aufnahme von Körperrundungen einstückig und unter Verwendung von umhüllten Elasthangarnen auf Rundstrickmaschinen herzustellen, wobei die Maschengröße bereichsweise variiert werden kann.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, ein Bekleidungsstück der einleitend angegebenen Art zu schaffen, das bei einwandfreiem Sitz in enger Anlage am Körper auf einfache sowie kostengünstige Weise in einem modernen Produktionsablauf hergestellt und dabei mit transparenten Zonen versehen werden werden kann. Das erfindungsgemäße Bekleidungsstück hat die Merkmale, daß es opak ist und transparente Zonen aufweist, wobei das elastische Grundgarn, vorzugsweise ein Elasthangarn, mit einem Polyamid-Feingarn umgeben ist, das durch Umwinden aufgebracht ist, und daß nur im opaken Bereich ein zusätzliches Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn, vorzugsweise Nylon, auf das umwundene elastische Grundgarn aufgebracht ist.
Das Grundgarn kann dabei mit dem Polyamid-Feingarn rechts/links umgeben sein und als Nylon, insbesondere Nylon 66, verwendet werden. Dieses Zusatzgarn sichert, daß das Bekleidungsstück zur Verwendung als Badeanzug schnelltrocknend, scheuerresistent und gleichmäßig anfärbend ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße Bekleidungsstück kann im wesentlichen in einem Arbeitsvorgang körperformgerecht hergestellt werden, so daß lediglich der Schrittabschnitt, die Öffnungen im Oberschenkel- bzw. Hüftbereich und der Trägerabschnitt konfektioniert werden müssen. Jegliches Zuschneiden und Zusammennähen des Vorder- und des Rückenabschnittes entfallen.
Nach einem anderen Merkmal der Erfindung ist das gesamte rundgestrickte Bekleidungsstück, wie an sich bekannt, im Stück durchgefärbt. Vorzugsweise weist das Bekleidungsstück außerdem in an sich bekannter Weise eine UVB-absorbierende Ausrüstung auf, die im Ausziehverfahren aufgebracht ist.
Als Kraft- bzw. Grundgarne werden somit im Rahmen der Erfindung vorzugsweise Elasthangarne, wie Lycra®, eingesetzt, die seewasser- und chlorbeständig sowie zinkfrei sind. Als Oberflächengarne können im Rahmen der Erfindung texturierte Garne, Glattgarne oder hochgestreckte Garne in Form von Microgarnen, Multifilament- und Normalfilamentgarnen verwendet werden.
Das Grundgarn wird entweder durch starkes Links/Rechts-Umwinden mit dünnen Garnfäden (mit z.B. 16 Denier) geschützt(für transparente Zonen) oder das Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn (z.B. mit 40 Denier) durch Luftverwirbelung aufgebracht (für opake Zonen). Das Grundgarn kann aber auch durch Verzwirnen, Umspinnen u.dgl. mit dem Oberflächengarn versehen werden. Als zusätzliches Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn bzw. Garnfaden kommt insbesondere Nylon 66 (mit z.B. 120-140 Denier) in Betracht.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die erfindungsgemäßen Bekleidungsstücke, deren Stoff nicht über einen Spannrahmen gespannt wird, eine Längsdehnung von durchschnittlich 140% und eine Querdehnung von durchschnittlich 325% zulassen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in welchen schematisch in
  • Fig. 1 in Vorderansicht und in
  • Fig. 2 in einer Hinteransicht ein als Badeanzug dienendes
    • Bekleidungsstück gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt ist.
    Der gezeigte opake Badeanzug besteht aus einem Vorderabschnitt 1 und einem mit diesem durch Rundstricken eines Schlauches auf einer Rundstrickmaschine einstückig ausgebildeten Rückenabschnitt 2. Von diesen Abschnitten definierte Öffnungen 3 im Hüftbereich und Schrittverlängerungen 4 sind in üblicher Weise konfektioniert. Das gleiche gilt für Schulterabschnitte 5.
    Da der Badeanzug einstückig aus einem rundgestrickten Schlauch hergestellt ist, weist er über seinen Umfang keine Nähte auf. Der hergestellte Schlauch ist im Stück durchgefärbt.
    Für den Rundstrickvorgang wird in jeder Reihe ein elastisches Garn eingesetzt, das ein Grundgarn, insbesondere ein seewasser- und chlorbeständiges, zinkfreies Elasthan (z.B. Lycra®) mit einem vorbestimmten Kraft-Dehnungsverhalten aufweist. Dieses Elasthan ist von zumindest einem Oberflächengarn umgeben und geschützt.
    Bei dem gezeigten Bekleidungsstück wird das Grundgarn z.B. durch Luftverwirbelung (z.B. mit Hilfe einer Airintermingled-Maschine) mit einem Oberflächen-Polyamid-Kräuselgarn versehen, z.B. einem feinfibrilligen Nylon, wobei das Elasthan in die Fibrillen des Kräuselgarnes gepreßt wird und so durch das Kräuselgarn geschützt ist. Bei diesem Vorgang müssen spezielle Kriterien, u.a. die Ausbildung und Größe der Verwirbelungsdüse, die Geschwindigkeit und der Druck sowie die Richtung des Luftstromes, der Verzug usw. eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich kann ein weiteres Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn bzw. ein Garnfaden, wie Nylon 66, auf das umgebene elastische Grundgarn aufgebracht sein.
    Bei einem nicht gezeigten opaken Bekleidungsstück mit transparenten Zonen ist das Grundgarn nur mit einem feinen Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn vorzugsweise links/rechts relativ stark umwunden und im opaken Bereich mit einem Zusatz-Oberflächengarn aus einem Polyamid, wie Nylon 66, versehen.
    Es versteht sich, daß die vorstehend geschilderten Ausführungsformen im Rahmen des allgemeinen Erfindungsgedankens insbesondere hinsichtlich der jeweils eingesetzten Garne und deren Ausbildung verschiedentlich abgewandelt werden können.

    Claims (3)

    1. Am Körper anliegendes Bekleidungsstück mit einem Vorderabschnitt, einem Rückenabschnitt, einem Schrittabschnitt und zumindest einem Trägerabschnitt, wobei der Vorderabschnitt und der Rückenabschnitt im wesentlichen schlauchförmig aus elastischem Garn rundgestrickt sind, das im Verlauf des Kleidungsstückes mit unterschiedlicher Spannung und/oder Maschengröße gestrickt ist, so daß das Bekleidungsstück der Körperkontur folgt, wobei das elastische Garn in jeder Reihe aus einem elastischen Grundgarn und zumindest einem dieses umgebenden Oberflächengarn besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es opak ist und transparente Zonen aufweist, wobei das elastische Grundgarn mit einem Polyamid-Feingarn umgeben ist, das durch Umwinden aufgebracht ist, und daß nur im opaken Bereich ein zusätzliches Oberflächen-Polyamidgarn auf das umwundene elastische Grundgarn aufgebracht ist.
    2. Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesamte rundgestrickte Bekleidungsstück, wie an sich bekannt, im Stück durchgefärbt ist.
    3. Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in an sich bekannter Weise eine UVB-absorbierende Ausrüstung aufweist.
