Claims (4)
- Gelenkarm für eine Gelenkarm-Markise, der einen aus einem Blech-Hohlprofil bestehenden ersten und zweiten Gelenkarm-Abschnitt aufweist, die durch ein Schwenkgelenk miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkseitigen Enden der Gelenkarm-Abschnitte (15, 16) flachgepreßt und unter Ausbildung wenigstens einer Gelenköse (20, 26, 27) im Querschnitt annähernd kreisförmig umgebogen sind.
- Gelenkarm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausbildung von zwei am oberen bzw. unteren Rand vorgesehenen Gelenkösen (26, 27) der dazwischen liegende flachgepreßte Blechabschnitt (22) ausgestanzt ist.
- Gelenkarm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausbildung einer mittigen Gelenköse (20) randseitige Abschnitte des flachgepreßten Blechabschnitts (18) rechteckig ausgestanzt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gelenkanns für eine Gelenkarm-Markise, wobei der Gelenkarm einen aus einem Blech-Hohlprofil bestehenden ersten und zweiten Gelenkarm-Abschnitt aufweist, die durch ein Schwenkgelenk miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgehend von einem Blech-Hohlprofil, beispielsweise einem kastenförmigen oder elliptischen Hohlprofil, ein endseitiger Profilabschnitt flachgepreßt, anschließend entsprechend der Positionierung der vorgesehenen Gelenkösen ausgestanzt und die verbleibenden fachgepreßten Blechlappen dann unter Ausbildung von Gelenkösen im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmig umgebogen werden.
