Definitions

  • the invention relates to a paving stone made of concrete material with a one-piece flat surface and with two strip-shaped support lugs arranged vertically on each side surface, which form joints between adjacent paving stones.
  • the support lugs come into contact with the side surfaces of adjacent paving stones when laying and form spacing joints in accordance with the assignment and design of the support lugs.
  • the laying processes of these paving stones turn out to be difficult because unintentional displacements of the paving stones occur parallel to the laying level, in particular in the case of mechanical laying, as a result of which the laying is unsafe and the laying pattern is inconsistent and confusing.
  • the displacements of the paving stones make rework necessary, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
  • this object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
  • the formation of approaches with different thicknesses on the side surfaces of the paving stone facilitates manual or mechanical laying by means of a displacement-free cohesion and detection of the paving stones and their laying in a cross and runner network.
  • the different thicknesses of the support lugs lead to precise laying patterns and their retention even when the composite is heavily loaded, for example by driving in a motor vehicle or the like.
  • the support lugs can optionally have a parallelogram cross-section, for example, rectangular or square, or be designed in a trapezoidal shape and dimensioned such that both types of support lugs have head surfaces with the same width C and a thickness B or B / 2, and side surfaces with opposite the side surfaces of the paving stone body have the same angle of inclination ⁇ , the support lugs extending with increasing width towards the foot surfaces.
  • a parallelogram cross-section for example, rectangular or square, or be designed in a trapezoidal shape and dimensioned such that both types of support lugs have head surfaces with the same width C and a thickness B or B / 2, and side surfaces with opposite the side surfaces of the paving stone body have the same angle of inclination ⁇ , the support lugs extending with increasing width towards the foot surfaces.
  • the rectangular paving stone bodies with the dimensions 210 x 130 mm and the square paving stone bodies with the dimensions 172 x 172 mm are formed, the grid dimensions of paving stones with rectangular paving stone bodies being approximately 240 x 160 mm and 200 x 200 mm of square paving stones.
  • a paving stone 1 is shown with a rectangular paving stone body 2, which has 3 and 4 support lugs 5 on the side surfaces.
  • the support lugs 5 are arranged symmetrically with a center distance a 'or a "from the planes of symmetry s1 and s2 and are made with a thickness b and a width c. They are also isosceles trapezoidal with the angle of inclination ⁇ of their side surfaces to the side surfaces 3, 4 of the paving stone body 2.
  • support lugs 8 are arranged symmetrically with a center distance d 'or d "from the planes of symmetry s1 or 2.
  • FIG. 2 shows the paving stone of FIG. 1 with further dimensions.
  • the support lugs 5 and 8 extend, as shown in FIGS. 15, 16, over partial heights of the paving stone body 1.
  • a paving stone 9 with a square-shaped paving stone body 10 is shown as a modified embodiment.
  • 4 shows the paving stone 9 schematically, the paving stone 9 of FIG. 5 is shown in a natural design and provided with dimensions.
  • 4 to 7 two trapezoidal support lugs 5 with the thickness b and width c are used on the side surfaces 11 and 12, and two support lugs 8 with the thickness b / 2 and width c are used on the side surfaces 13 and 14.
  • the distances between the support lugs 5 and support lugs 8 on the side surfaces 11, 12 and 13, 14 are selected such that, as shown in FIG.
  • the lugs 5 each engage in the space between adjacent support lugs 8 or support lugs of two adjacent ones Grip over support lugs and thereby prevent unintentional displacements of the paving stones 9 parallel to the laying plane.
  • 6 shows a large number of paving stones 9 which, after being pushed together, can be mechanically detected and laid as a composite. The laying takes place here in the cross composite.
  • a paving stone 15 according to the invention with a rectangular paving stone body 33 is shown.
  • the side surfaces 16, 17 of the same have support lugs 5 in a trapezoidal shape at the center distance A 'or A''symmetrically to the planes of symmetry s1 or s2 and the thickness B and width C and on the side surfaces 19 and 20 support lugs 8 at a distance from one another and to corner regions 21 offset in the center distance H and H '.
  • the offset is chosen so that one of the two support lugs in each case in the composite 5 of the side surfaces 16, 17 engages in the space between the two support lugs 8, while the other support lug 5 contacts freely with side surfaces of the paving stone body of the same paving stone to form a displacement-free bond.
  • the laying of the paving stone 15 in the cross structure is shown on the right side and the laying in the runner structure on the left side.
  • the paving stone 22 according to the invention has a square paving stone body 23.
  • the side surfaces 24 and 25 in turn carry support lugs 5 with the thickness B and the width C and the side surfaces 26 and 27 support lugs 8 with the thickness B / 2 and width C at the center distance H, offset from the corner regions 28.
  • the support lugs 5 and 8 are Arranged in such a way on the side surfaces 24 and 25 that a support extension 5 in the composite, as can be seen in FIGS. 11 and 12, can be inserted between the support extensions 8 of the side surfaces 26, 27, while at the same time the other support extension 5 on the side surface 26, 27 is supportive.
  • the width C of the support lugs 5 and 8 of FIGS. 10 to 12 is 13 mm
  • the thickness B is 27 mm
  • the thickness B / 2 is approximately 13 mm.
  • Fig. 11 shows paving stones 22 in the group of runners and Fig. 12 in the cross compound again.
  • paving stones 29 and 30 with supporting projections 5 and 8 on the paving stone body 31 and 32 are shown, which have a parallelogram shape.
  • the support lugs 5 and 8 are formed with thicknesses b and b / 2 and with the same widths c.
  • the support lugs 5 each engage in the space between the support lugs 8 of adjacent paving stones for displacement-free laying or overlap support lugs 8 of adjacent paving stones laid in the runner structure.
