Definitions
- the invention relates to a snowboard, in particular for touring snowboarding outside groomed slopes, which is constructed of at least three sliding bodies divisible, wherein two each lateral boundary of the snowboard forming slider are designed as ski or ascent aids and wherein the third sliding body in the space between the lateral sliding bodies is arranged.
- Such a snowboard is out of the EP-A-0 635 286 known.
- This prior art snowboard consists of three parts, namely two outer, serving as a skid sliding and a third sliding body arranged therebetween.
- the outer sliding bodies are waisted on both sides, such as so-called carving skis.
- This prior art arrangement has in the center region on a clamping device to bend in the mounted state, the two outer sliding body in the transverse direction such that the respective curved inner edges of the outer sliding body, are deformed substantially straightforward to adapt to the substantially rectangular middle slider. In this transverse bending automatically reduces the outer radius of curvature of the outer sliding body.
- the outer skids forming the skis have to be made relatively soft in the transverse direction in order to permit deformation in the transverse direction at all. This in turn results in "skiing" to a significant impairment of driving characteristics, since usually skis should be as stiff as possible.
- the present invention seeks to provide a generic device in which - on the one hand when using a snowboard feel like a normal snowboard is possible, on the other hand when using a touring ski a simple climb is possible.
- the snowboard according to the invention in the mounted state has this snowboard usual waist, as this particular is specified in the above-mentioned document.
- ski mode ie when the three sliding bodies are separated and the two outer sliding bodies act as skis
- the one outer edges of the skis still have the low waisting radius of conventional snowboards, whereas the respective opposite edges have a smaller sidecut (a larger waist radius), making these skis suitable for ascent.
- the user can arrange the less waisted edge either inside or outside.
- an advantageous development provides that a fourth sliding body can be installed following the third sliding body between the two lateral sliding bodies.
- the two sliding bodies are manufactured in ski construction with lateral steel edges.
- the middle part has no lateral steel edges.
- a further advantageous development of the invention provides that a combined binding and connection system for connecting the individual body is provided.
- This allows a stable cross connection to the snowboard bucket, at both snowboard binding positions and, if necessary, at the snowboard tail.
- the combined binding and joining system has two binding assemblies that connect the snowboard items (single body) in the mid-snowboard area while ensuring individual adjustability of the foot position.
- a mounted at the end of the snowboard connection is used only for connection.
- the individual sliding bodies of the snowboard 6, 7, 8, 9 are connected at four positions transversely to the snowboard longitudinal axis with the combined binding and connection system according to the invention.
- At both Snowboard ends are firmly mounted on the edge sliding bodies (skis) 6, 9 round button-shaped retaining elements 5 on the Gleitèveoberzin.
- On the front and rear middle part 7, 8 of the snowboard is ever a connecting element 1 via a holding element 5 is centrally mounted.
- These connecting elements 1 have on their underside a continuous T-shaped guide groove, which allows the lateral insertion of the button-shaped retaining elements 5 with the edge sliding bodies / skis 6, 9.
- the three corresponding holding elements are located on a common straight line orthogonal to the snowboard longitudinal axis.
- a locking screw 2 as in Fig. 2 shown, screwed clockwise into the connecting element 1, creates a clamping action between the locking screw 2 and the underlying holding element 5.
- the surface of the locking screws 2 with the surface of the connecting element 1 is flush (no projection of the screw heads). This is a prerequisite for a low overall height of the binding carrier.
- the distance between the centers of the locking screws 2 in the connecting elements 1 corresponds to the distance between the centers of the ski-side holding elements 5 in the snowboard (ie after mounting the Einzelgleit Economics). Due to the conical shape of the holding element surfaces ( Fig. 5 ) and the corresponding shape of the underside of the locking screws 2 are the single body 6, 7, 8, 9 play and low offset position to each other.
- a binding support consists of the connecting element 30 with its T-shaped guide groove, the two locking screws 36 and a binding support plate 31, which is connected by a rotation axis 32 with the connecting element 30.
- the axis of rotation allows an angular movement of 0 ° to 90 ° between the connecting element 30 and the binding support plate 31.
- the climbing aid 35 is guided in the binding support plate 31, only in its longitudinal axis displaceable and locks at defined positions. It prevents the rotational freedom of the binding support plate 31 when its lower component side in the T-shaped recess of the connecting element 30 is inserted. Depending on how far the component is pushed in the direction of the toe, it serves as a height-adjustable climbing aid when ascending with the edge sliding bodies.
- the individual adjustability of the foot positions of the snowboard binding arises through the use of adjustment plates 4, as in Fig. 4 shown.
- Per foot position two adjusting plates 4 are necessary in the exemplary embodiment, each on the Randgleit stresses 6, 9 ( Fig. 1 ) are mounted opposite one another.
- the arc radius in the adjustment plate 4 corresponds to half the distance of the locking screws 2 ( Fig. 2 ).
- Each of the adjusting plates 4 is displaceable in its longitudinal direction and thus in snowboard longitudinal direction via an integrated borehole image.
- the binding supports 3 are optionally slidable longitudinally on the latter holding elements 5 or on the holding elements 5 on the adjusting plates 4 transverse to the snowboard longitudinal axis and lockable.
- the respective Randgleit stresses 6, 9 is thus not braced in deflection.
- binding supports 3 are mounted transversely to the snowboard longitudinal axis, in addition to the connection of the individual bodies 6, 7, 8, 9 to a snowboard, the foot positions for the snowboard descent are simultaneously determined.
- the backlash-free attachment of the individual parts to each other ensure the lock with two locking screws 2 in the connecting elements 1 with respect to the corresponding holding elements 5 on the Gleit analysesoberzin.
- the center part 70, 71 has a 2/3 ⁇ 1/3 pitch in the snowboard longitudinal direction.
- the front middle part 70 extends over two thirds of the snowboard length, while the rear middle part 71 extends over only one third of the snowboard length of a snowboard according to the invention comprising four individual bodies 70, 71, 72, 73.
- Fig. 8 shows a variant of the snowboard Fig. 7 in which only three single bodies 70, 72, 73 are mounted, ie the snowboard is constructed of the front middle part 70 and the two lateral ski work sliding bodies 72, 73. This creates a so-called swallowtail or dovetail board, which is particularly well suited for deep snow descents. If the rear middle part 71 additionally mounted, you get back to the full-surface snowboard according to Fig. 7 ,
