Claims (4)
- Schließzylinder mit einem in einem Gehäuse (2) drehbar angeordneten, einen Schlüsselkanal (3) aufweisenden Zylinderkern (4), der nach Abzug eines Schlüssels aus dem Schlüsselkanal (3) über Zuhaltungen (5) mit einer zwischen Gehäuse (2) und Zylinderkern (4) angeordneten Zylinderbuchse (6) verriegelbar ist, und der mit einer Überlast-Kupplungseinrichtung (7) ausgestattet ist, derart, daß bei Drehbetätigung des Zylinderkerns (4) mit einem nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Schlüssel oder Werkzeug die Drehmitnahme eines Abtriebselementes (8) von dem Zylinderkern (4) entkuppelt wird, wobei sich die Überlast-Kupplungseinrichtung (7) aus mindestens einem radial verschiebbaren und drehfest mit dem Zylinderkern (4) verbundenen Mitnehmer (11,12), der sich radial auswärts an dem Abtriebselement (8) abstützt und in jeweils mindestens eine Aussparung (15,16) des Abtriebselementes (8) eingreift, sowie einem mit dem Mitnehmer (11,12) im Überlastfall zusammenwirkenden Steuerelement (9) besteht, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:a) das Steuerelement (9) ist als Steuerring ausgebildet und drehfest, aber längsverschiebbar in dem Gehäuse (2) gelagert,b) die Zylinderbuchse (6) weist auf ihrer dem Schlüsselkanal (3) abgewandten Seite axial wirkende angeformte schräge Führungsflächen (21,22) auf, über die sie sich an entsprechenden Flächen (17,18) des Steuerringes (9) abstützt, derart, daß der Steuerring (9) sich bei einer Drehung der Zylinderbuchse (6) so lange in Richtung des Abtriebselementes (8) verschiebt, bis er mit der Zylinderbuchse (6) nicht mehr im Eingriff steht undc) der Steuerring (9) weist auf seiner dem Mitnehmer (11,12) zugewandten Seite ebenfalls schräge Führungsflächen (19,20) auf, über die er sich an entsprechend geformten Führungsflächen (23,24) des Mitnehmers (11,12) abstützt, derart, daß bei einer axialen Verschiebung des Steuerringes (9) der Mitnehmer (11,12) gegen den Druck einer Feder (100) radial nach innen gedrückt wird und das Abtriebselement (8) freigibt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überlast-Kupplungseinrichtung (7) zwei radial voneinander beabstandete Mitnehmer (11,12) umfaßt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerring (9) außenseitig mindestens einen Führungsnocken (30,31) aufweist und daß das Gehäuse (2) mindestens eine axiale Führungsnut (32,33) besitzt, in welche der Führungsnocken (30,31) des Steuerringes (9) eingreift.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerring (9) auf seiner der Zylinderbuchse (6) abgewandten Seite mindestens ein Rastelement (25,26) besitzt, welches mit einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung (27,28) des Abtriebselementes (8) fluchtet, und daß das Rastelement (25,26) im Überlastfall sich in der Ausnehmung (27,28) befindet, wenn Zylinderbuchse (6) und Steuerring (9) außer Eingriff sind.
