Definitions
- the invention is for a tablet dispenser individually portioned delivery of tablets directed with a prismatic housing, the bottom surface of which is one to one Front surface offset bottom opening, whose Roof area is open in its entire cross section and its Side surfaces each have a cutout, with one through the open roof area into the housing inserted, stroke-limited displaceable inner part, consisting from a preferably prismatic tablet storage room the bottom of which is a substantially vertically aligned one Tablet delivery slot is provided by the Bottom opening of the housing is guided and a spring that extends supports against the bottom surface of the housing and a web for Stroke limitation are arranged.
- Dispenser for dispensing tablets individually a stroke-limited displacement of the inner part in the housing are known, with a at the bottom opening Tablet is discharged through a tablet discharge chute.
- a tablet dispenser is described in EP-A-0 345 413 described, in which by pushing in a housing an actuation button, which is arranged in the middle Actuating shaft is connected to a slide by a a single tablet is dispensed at the bottom opening.
- the disadvantage of this known donor is that Tablet fragments and abrasion during use and when Transport of the donor, for example in bags from Garments, handbags or the like easily after get outside and so the storage container or the Contaminate the environment.
- DE-U-296 01 693 proposed, consisting of on the housing and on the inner part Actuation button, slide and connecting part, one Tablet dispenser to arrange gap-closing elements.
- the tablet dispenser known from this document consists of a prismatic case with an open face and one laterally offset opening in the floor area.
- an inner part is inserted from above, consisting of a Slider and an actuation button, connected by a Connection element, which together form a structural unit in the Form the sense of an inner housing, in the upper part of itself the tablet storage room is located.
- actuation button moves Inner part, the slider through the bottom opening of the Housing is pushed and a tablet releases.
- the Displacement of the inner part is limited by a web, the downward movement of the inner part to the Bottom of the case bumps, causing a further downward movement is blocked.
- both on the housing and elements closing the gap are arranged on the inner part, can still be between the side walls of the case and the inner part, which when operating the Tablet dispensers can be moved against each other, Tablet fragments and tablet abrasion from the dispenser emerge, causing the frictional resistance between the sidewalls sliding against each other can be greatly increased can.
- the task for a tablet dispenser is the one in the preamble of Claim 1 type with the invention by the in Marking part mentioned training features solved.
- the web is dimensioned in the outer part of the housing so that it is free at rest to the outer surface of the inner part lies. Only by pressing the inner part hits the web on the slope of the outer surface of the inner part, glides further up this slope and presses against the outer surface of the inner part, which thereby pushed aside becomes. When resetting the inner part to the original In the rest position there is a sudden reset of the Outer surface as soon as the web is again over the slope of the exterior surface dissolves, creating an additional intense Shaking movement, depending on the return speed, results.
- the ribs and slots known from DE-U-296 01 693 are therefore no longer required to be within the Tablet spill to cause a shaking motion.
- the advantage is the web in the area of the bottom opening of the housing, thus arranged in the area of the tablet dispensing shaft, because in this area the side wall of the inner part due to the Lack of a bulkhead that is more flexible.
- the web is in the area of the bottom opening of the Arranged housing and designed so that it is in the rest position of the Dispenser has no contact with the side wall of the housing.
- An embodiment of the invention further provides that on the outer Side walls of the inner part first elements and second elements Increasing the seal and reducing the frictional resistance between Housing and inner part are arranged.
- Their training consists in that the first elements are protruding edges of the side walls that the outer side walls of the inner part according to the course of the upper Limit contour of the housing while the second elements in roughened surface areas of the outer side walls of the inner part exist and significantly reduce their frictional resistance when actuated.
- the side walls of the inner part of the To form dispensers with a circumferential projecting edge the Gap between the side walls of the inner part and the side walls of the Housing sealed, because even when the dispenser is actuated Edge is always within the gap and so a constant seal guaranteed.
- the frictional resistance at The side walls slide against each other when the Tablet dispenser significantly reduced since only the edge of the Slides inside on the side surface of the housing. A clamping effect through tablet fragments that are in the gap between the side surfaces get through the edge that moves within the gap and thereby also moving tablet fragments, largely prevented.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 in the Figures 3 and 4 are the housing (20) and the inner part (10) shown separately for better understanding) from a prismatic housing (20), the bottom surface (22) has a laterally offset rectangular bottom opening (21) and its roof surface (30) in its entire Cross-sectional area is open.
- the two side surfaces (34, 35) of the housing (20) each have in their upper part an example V-shaped recess (29) so that the Actuation of the tablet dispenser by moving the Partially made possible by finger pressure.
- a web (26) is arranged on the side surface (35) of the housing (20), the just below the slope (31) of the inner part (10) ends.
- For lateral sealing of the tablet dispensing shaft (13) are two on the inner end face (36) of the housing (20) Bars (27) arranged, as well as for introducing the tablets a slope (32) in the tablet discharge shaft (13).
- Two triangular surfaces (28) form above the Bottom opening (21) a shaft through which the Tablet discharge chute guided in its downward movement becomes.
- the triangular surfaces (28) are separated by lateral webs (33) supported against the side walls (34, 35).
- the inner part (10) is in the housing (20) from above inserted so far that the spring (14) on the Bottom surface (22) pushes inside and the projections of the edges (24, 25) of the tablet discharge shaft (13) through the Push the bottom opening (21) through and the edge (24) from below under the nose (9) of the bottom opening (21) and hooked up with this.
- the bottom opening (21) is in this represented rest position thus by the Tablet delivery shaft (13) tightly closed.
- the Side wall (16) of the inner part (10) is at an angle to Edge leading to the tablet discharge chute (19) widened to prevent the tablets from sliding down To facilitate tablet dispensing. Training this Edge (19) is not rectangular, but in the form of a Sloping (31) obtuse angles.
- the tablet dispenser is operated by finger pressure on the end face (11) of the inner part (10), the finger through the V-shaped recesses here The side of the housing grips and the inner part (10) downwards presses.
- the inner part (10) moves until the web (23) hits the bottom surface (22) and another Downward shift blocked.
- the outer walls (15, 16) with a protruding, circumferential edge (18) formed from the Side faces (15, 16) and the side faces of the housing (20) seals formed gap the edge (18) also the Contour of the V-shaped recess here of the side surface of the Housing (20) follows.
- the tablet dispenser according to the invention stands out compared to the known tablet dispensers simplified construction with high functional reliability, improved sealing, reduction of frictional resistance and an automatic loosening of the tablet filling.
- the invention is not limited to that in the Embodiments shown in the drawing figures. So can Corresponding shape and course of the peripheral edge (18) a changed training of the tablet dispenser, for example in deviation from the prismatic shape, according to be adapted to the invention of this modified training. Also, if this is advantageous in terms of production technology, not only an area (16 ') of the outer side surface (15, 16) of the inner part (10) are roughened, but also others Areas beyond these areas. Also regarding Training and arrangement of the web (26) are different Embodiments possible, provided the basic idea of Invention, the loosening of the tablet filling by impulsive lateral displacement of a side wall of the To be realized on the inside are fulfilled.
