Claims (9)
- Offsetdruckvorrichtung für eine Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem eine Trockenflachdruckplatte tragenden Plattenzylinder (2) und einem Farbwerk (5) mit mehreren Walzen (4.1 - 4.4) zum Auftragen von Druckfarbe auf die Trockenflachdruckplatte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Farbwerk (5) in Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders (2) mindestens die erste und zweite Farbauftragwalze (4.1, 4.2) gemeinsam von einer formschlüssig angetriebenen ersten Farbwerkswalze (3) mit einer zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) differenten Umfangsgeschwindigkeit reibschlüssig antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders (2) die erste und zweite Farbauftragwalze (4.1 und 4.2) gemeinsam mit einer synchronen Umfangsgeschwindigkeit, bezüglich der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) jedoch mit differenter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von einer Farbwalze (3) antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders die dritte und vierte Farbauftragwalze (4.3 und 4.4) zueinander synchron, jedoch zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) mit differenter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von einer Farbwalze antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß alle reibschlüssig betriebenen Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 bis 4.4) von formschlüssig angetriebenen Farbwalzen (3) mit zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Plattenzylinders (2) differenter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar sind und mindestens die in Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders (2) erste Farbauftragwalze (4.1) gegenüber den nachgeordneten Farbauftragwalzen (4.2 - 4.4) eine größere Differenz der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit aufweist. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbwalzen (3) changierend antreibbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die formschlüssig angetriebenen Farbwalzen (3) getriebetechnisch mit dem Plattenzylinder (2) gekoppelt sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede formschlüssig angetriebene Farbwalze (3) mit einem Einzelantrieb gekoppelt ist. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die formschlüssig angetriebenen Farbwalzen (3) von einer ersten Betriebsstellung mit zur Plattenzylinderumfangsgeschwindigkeit abweichenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeit in eine zweite Betriebsstellung mit zur Plattenzylinderumfangsgeschwindigkeit gleichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeit umschaltbar sind. - Offsetdruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Farbauftragwalzen (4.1 bis 4.4) durch die Farbwalzen (3) reibschlüssig changierend antreibbar sind.
