Claims (25)
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung eines entlang eines Förderwegs (43) mit vorgegebener Fördergeschwindigkeit (3) geförderten Zuschnitts (5) ,
wobei der Zuschnitt (5) als Abwicklung eines Faltbehälters ein Mittelteil (6) aufweist, an welchem seitlich angeordnete Seitenteile (8) sitzen, die zur Herstellung des Faltbehälters entlang von Falzrillen (7) zwischen Mittelteil (6) und Seitenteil (8) zur Längsmitte (10) des Zuschnitts (5) einwärts geschwenkt und schließlich zusammengelegt und miteinander verbunden werden, wobei
im vorderen Bereich (11) des Förderwegs eine ober- und unterhalb am Zuschnitt (5) angreifende Abkantvorrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, die synchron mit Fördergeschwindigkeit (3) angetrieben wird und die auf der Oberseite des Zuschnitts (5) längs in der Falzrille (7) liegt, wo sie
auf der Unterseite des Zuschnitts (5) eine korrespondierende Auflagezone (14) aufweist, und wobei die Abkantvorrichtung (12) Bestandteil einer Faltstation (57) ist, und
in demjenigen vorderen Bereich (11) des Förderwegs an dem Zuschnitt (5) angreift, auf dem die Seitenteile (8) entlang bereits vorhandener Falzrillen aus ausgebreiteter Lage um einen Winkel von jeweils wenigstens 60 Grad einwärts geschwenkt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.1 die Abkantvorrichtung (12) mit in Längsrichtung der Falzrillen (7) verlaufenden linearen Faltkanten (13) derart linienförmig in den Falzrillen liegt, daß dort1.2 jeweils eine lineare Begrenzungskante entsteht, an welcher das jeweilige Seitenteil (8) während der Schwenkbewegung innen abgestützt und geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder einwärts gerichtete Schwenkwinkel zwischen Mittelteil (6) und Seitenteil (8) zwischen 60 Grad und wenigstens 110 Grad beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine weitere Abkantvorrichtung (12) als Rillstation (55) ausgebildet ist, an welcher vor der Faltstation (57) Falzrillen (7) an zunächst noch ungefalzten Zuschnitten (5) angebracht werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Rillstation (55) eine separate Baueinheit ist, die zwischen Einzugstation (52) und Faltstation (57) einer Faltmaschine (1) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Rillstation (55) zusammenwirkend mit einer Schlitzstation (54) vorgesehen ist, um Zuschnitte (5) aus Wellpappe zur Weiterverarbeitung (56;57) vorzubereiten. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßbezüglich der Fahrbereiche der Falzrillen (7) von unterhalb nach oberhalb ansteigende und von außerhalb nach innerhalb zusammenlaufende Wendegurte (9) zum Schwenken der Seitenteile (8) vorgesehen sind, die mit einer vorderen Berührstelle (61) ihrer Gurtaußenseite (62) im Vorderbereich der Seitenteile (8) anliegen und die mit einer ihrer Gurtkanten (63) vom Hinterbereich der Seitenteile weiter beabstandet sind, als mit der anderen der Gurtkanten (64), wobei dort die Wendegurte (9) an einer der beiden Gurtkanten (63,64), vorzugsweise an der weiter beabstandeten Gurtkante (63) mit einer Erhöhung (65) versehen sind, deren Höhe so bemessen ist, daß das Seitenteil (8) mit seinem Hinterbereich auch dort anliegend sowie derart geführt wird (hintere Berührstelle 66), daß die einwärts zu schwenkende Seitenkante (67) praktisch genau parallel (A;C) zur Falzrille (7) gehalten wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Erhöhung (65) sich von der hinteren Berührstelle (66) diagonal über den Wendegurt (9) bis zur vorderen Berührstelle (61) erstreckt, und daßderen Höhe bis zur vorderen Berührstelle (61) kontinuierlich abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Wendegurte (9) entlang des Förderwegs derart verschränkt sind, daß die vordere Berührstelle (61) im Bereich der einen Gurtkante und daß die hintere Berührstelle (66) im Bereich der anderen Gurtkante liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekenzeichnet, daßdie Erhöhung (65) sich entlang einer im wesentlichen linienförmigen Einhüllenden (68) erstreckt und von der Einhüllenden (68) zu beiden Gurtkanten hin jeweils derart abfällt, daß die Einhüllende (68) linienförmig an ihrem Seitenteil (8) liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßFaltkante (13) und Auflagezone (14) an kontinuierlich umlaufenden Zugmitteln (Kette, Gurt, Riemen (29, 39)) sitzen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßFaltkante (13) und Auflagezone (14) unmittelbar von kontinuierlich umlaufenden Zugmitteln (Kette, Gurt, Riemen (29, 39)) gebildet werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Faltkante (13) von einer Riemenkante (30) eines mit Fördergeschwindigkeit laufenden Riementrums eines endlos umlaufenden Faltriemens (29) gebildet wird, dessen anderes Riementrum (31) bezügl. des Zuschnitts berührungsfrei zurückläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Auflagezone (14) von der Breitseite (27) eines mit Fördergeschwindigkeit laufenden Riementrums gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11 mit einer Rillstation (55) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßFaltkante (13) und Auflagezone (14) der Rillstation (55) von Zugmitteln gebildet werden, von denen das eine mit Längsrille (58) und von denen das andere mit einem darin eingreifenden Längssteg (60) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzwischen den endseitigen Umlenkrollen des die Auflagezone bildenden Zugmitteltrums auf dessen Unterseite Führungsvorrichtungen (32) vorgesehen sind für eine, - vorzugsweise elastische (34) -, Andrückung des Zugmitteltrums gegen die Unterseite des Zuschnitts (5). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Führungsvorrichtungen (32) aus elastisch gelagerten Rollen (38) bestehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Führungsvorrichtungen (32) aus elastisch gelagerter Führungsschiene (33) bestehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Faltkante (14) von Querlaschen (41) einer mit Fördergeschwindigkeit laufenden Endloskette (39) gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Achsen (51) der endseitigen Kettenräder (50) im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene (42) des Zuschnitts und senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (3) liegen, und daßdie Querlaschen (41) bezüglich der Achse (51) radial nach außen von den Kettengliedern weg weisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Achsen (51) der endseitigen Kettenräder (50) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene (42) des Zuschnitts liegen, und daß die Querlaschen (41) im wesentlichen in Richtung der Achsen (51) ausgerichtet sind und zum Zuschnitt (5) weisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Abkantvorrichtungen (12) jeder Seite an einem Träger (24) sitzen, und daßjeder Träger (24) im Sinne einer Abstandsveränderung zum jeweils gegenüberliegenden Träger (24) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie korrespondierenden Auflagezonen (14) eine vorgegebene Breite aufweisen, innerhalb derer der Abstand der Faltkanten (13) veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Faltkanten (13) in den Längsmitten (28) der Falzrillen (7) liegen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Faltkanten (13) an ihren mit dem Zuschnitt (5) in Berührung kommenden Kontaktzonen kartonfreundlich abgerundet sind. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Faltbehälters aus einem mit vorgegebener Fördergeschwindigkeit (3) geförderten Zuschnitt (5), an dessen Mittelteil (6) seitlich angeordnete Seitenteile (8) sitzen, die entlang von scharnierartigen Falzrillen (7) mittels Wendevorrichtungen (9) im Lauf des Förderwegs (43) aus zunächst ausgebreiteter Lage angehoben, entlang der Falzrillen (7) zunehmend zur Längsmitte (10) des Zuschnitts (5) einwärts geschwenkt, schließlich von oben zusammengelegt und miteinander verbunden werden, wobei Faltkante (13) sowie Auflagezone (14) zumindest während einer Einwärtsschwenkbewegung von wenigstens 60 Grad mit Fördergeschwindigkeit (3) mitgeführt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Zuschnitt (5) entlang der Falzrillen (7) linienförmig zwischen einer in Schwenkrichtung liegenden linearen Faltkante (13) und einer, der Faltkante (13) gegenüberliegenden korrespondierenden Auflagezone (14) eingeklemmt wird, und daßdie Faltkante (13) eine lineare Begrenzungskante bietet, an welcher das jeweilige Seitenteil (8) während der Schwenkbewegung innen abgestützt und seitlich geführt ist.
