Description
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de transfert, en particulier pour piétons, comprenant un premier élément de transport (5 ; 6) et un deuxième élément de transport (3) disposés en prolongement l'un de l'autre, chaque élément (3, 5, 6) comprenant une surface de transport des piétons sensiblement plane et des moyens de déplacement des piétons sur la surface de transport suivant une direction longitudinale, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de transfert (8) à plateau (9) situé entre le premier (5, 6) et le deuxième élément de transport (3), dont la surface d'appui (S2) des piétons, située sensiblement dans un même plan commun aux surfaces de transport des deux éléments de transport (5, 3 ; 3, 6), comprend des moyens de roulement (10) permettant le déplacement sans frottement des piétons du premier élément de transport (5 ; 6) au deuxième élément de transport (3), ou inversement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transfert (8) comprend une plaque (11) à dents (12) formant peigne s'engageant respectivement dans des rainures longitudinales (13) de l'un et/ou de l'autre des éléments de transport, fixée au plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert (8) et dont la surface d'appui (S3) des piétons, située dans le même plan que celle du plateau (9), est également constituée de moyens de roulement (16).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de roulement précités comprennent des billes (10 ; 16) logées tournantes dans des trous borgnes correspondants (17 ; 18) du plateau (9) et de la plaque formant peigne (11) en faisant saillie du plateau (9) et de la plaque formant peigne (11) de manière à définir les surfaces d'appui précitées des piétons.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les billes (10) précitées sont maintenues dans les trous borgnes correspondants (17) du plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert par une plaque (19) solidaire du plateau (9) et comprenant des perçages (21) traversés respectivement par les billes (10) et d'un diamètre inférieur au diamètre des billes (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les billes (16) précitées sont maintenues dans les trous borgnes correspondants (18) de la plaque formant peigne (11) respectivement par des rondelles plates de maintien (22) à trous centraux tronconiques (22a).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de roulement précités comprennent des rouleaux montés à rotation transversalement à la direction de déplacement des piétons dans des logements correspondants approximativement semi-cylindriques du plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert (8) et de la plaque formant peigne (11) en faisant saillie de ce plateau et de cette plaque de manière à définir les surfaces d'appui précitées des piétons.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert (8) est d'une part supporté de façon pivotante sur un châssis de support (24) par des pieds de support (25) et d'autre part fixé au châssis de support (24) par deux éléments formant tirants (31) situés de chaque côté du plateau (9) à l'extérieur de la surface d'appui de celui-ci de façon à permettre un réglage d'inclinaison du plateau (9) à une position selon laquelle la surface d'appui est située dans le plan commun aux surfaces de transport des deux éléments de transport précités.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les pieds de support (25) du plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert (8) ont leurs extrémités libres logées respectivement dans des gorges inclinées transversales à la direction longitudinale de déplacement des piétons et réalisées respectivement dans des pièces de support (27, 28) solidaires du châssis de support (24), lesdites gorges transversales (26) permettant un déplacement transversal par glissement de l'élément de transfert (8) d'une faible quantité, de l'ordre de quelques millimètres, lorsque les rainures longitudinales (13) de l'un et/ou de l'autre des éléments de transport heurtent les dents (12) de la plaque formant peigne (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément formant tirant (31) a une extrémité filetée (31a) ancrée dans un trou taraudé d'un premier axe transversal (32) supporté par une chape (33) solidaire du plateau (9) de l'élément de transfert (8) et son autre extrémité filetée (31b) traversant avec jeu un perçage (34a) d'un second axe transversal (34) supporté par une chape (35) solidaire d'une pièce de support (28) fixée au châssis de support (24), deux écrous (36, 37) situés de part et d'autre du second axe transversal (34) solidarisant l'autre extrémité filetée (31b) de l'élément formant tirant (31) suivant un jeu axial de façon à permettre le pivotement vers le haut de l'élément de transfert (8) relativement à la bande transporteuse (3), autour des extrémités libres des pieds de support (25) de celui-ci lorsqu'un objet se coince entre les rainures longitudinales (13) de l'un ou l'autre des éléments de transport et des dents (12) de la plaque formant peigne (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce de support (28) de la chape (35) du second axe transversal (34) comprend une gorge inclinée transversale (26) de support de l'extrémité d'une patte de support (25) de l'élément de transfert (8).
- Transporteur, en particulier pour piétons, comprenant un élément de transport principal (3) du type à bande transporteuse prolongée, à chacune de ses extrémités, par un élément de transport (5 ; 6) pouvant fonctionner comme élément d'accélération (5) ou de décélération (6) entre l'élément de transport principal (3) et un plancher fixe de chargement (1) ou de déchargement (2) des piétons, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de transfert, tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, disposé entre l'élément d'accélération (5) ou de décélération (6) et l'élément de transport principal (3).
