Claims (17)
- Fahrwerk, insbesondere für Kettenzüge, Lastaufnahmemittel und/oder Schleppkabel, das einen aus Flansch- (2) und Stegteilen (3) bestehenden Fahrschienenquerschnitt umfaßt, mit sich gegenüberliegenden Laufrädern (7) und Führungsrollen (9), die in seitlichen, unterhalb des Fahrschienenquerschnitts verbundenen Radträgern drehgelagert sind, wobei an zumindest einem der Radträger eine Lasthängeeinrichtung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß paarweise auf- oder zuschwenkbare Radträgerarme (4a, 4b) um eine sich in Richtung der Fahrschiene (1) erstreckende und unter dem Fahrschienenquerschnitt verlaufende Achse (6) schwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei auf Höhe oder unterhalb des gebildeten Gelenks (10) der jeweils miteinander verbundenen Radträgerarme (4a; 4b) die Last an zumindest einem der Radträgerarme (4a oder 4b) angreift und die Radträgerarme (4a, 4b) durch ein von der Last herrührendes Schließmoment von den am Steg beidseitig anliegenden Führungsrollen (9) begrenzt am Fahrschienenquerschnitt eingeschwenkt gehalten sind. - Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Radträgerarme (4a, 4b) jeweils auf der Achse (6) schwenkbar gelagerte Rahmen (5a, 5b) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils mittig zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegende Laufräder (7) und vor und hinter den Laufrädern (7) Horizontalführungsrollenpaare (9) aufnehmen, wobei sich die Laufräder (7) auf den Flanschteilen (2) aufstützen und die Horizontalführungsrollenpaare (9) gegen den Steg (3) des Fahrschienenquerschnitts kraftbeaufschlagt anliegen. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmen (5a, 5b) mit den Laufrädem (7) und mit den Horizontalführungsrollenpaaren (9) soweit über den jeweiligen Flanschteil (2) des Fahrschienenquerschnitts einschwenkbar sind, daß die Laufräder (7) in Stegnähe fahren. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils zwischen der Flanschteillauffläche (8) des Fahrschienenquerschnitts und der unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Fläche (14) des Rahmens (5a, 5b) ein Fahrspiel (15) vorhanden ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das unterhalb des Fahrschienenquerschnitts gebildete Gelenk (10) zugleich Aufhängemittel für die anzuhängende Last ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Winkelstellung zwischen den Rahmen (5a, 5b) für die Laufräder (7) bzw. für die Führungsrollen (9) mittels einstellbaren Abstandsmitteln (12) einstellbar ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Rahmen (5a, 5b) im Bereich des Gelenks (10) jeweils zwei Bohrungen (16) vorgesehen sind, wobei mittels eines Bohrungspaares (16) und einer beide Rahmen (5a, 5b) durchdringenden Schraube (6a) zwei unterschiedliche Winkelstellungen der Rahmen (5a, 5b) zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Flanschneigungen einstellbar sind. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei zwei Laufrädem (7) ein Laufrad (7) unmittelbar motorisch angetrieben ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsräder (9) in am Steg (3) des Fahrschienenquerschnitts angeordneten Führungsnuten geführt sind. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das oder die Laufräder (7) eines Rahmens (5a, 5b) gegenüber dem Laufrad (7) des anderen Rahmens (5b bzw. 5a) in Fahrtrichtung zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrollen (9) in Fahrtrichtung aus dem Rahmen (5a, 5b) herausragen und zu einem Endanschlag einen Puffer bilden. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Enden der beiden Rahmen (5a, 5b), die das Gelenk (10) bilden, gabelförmig ausgebildet und axial versetzt auf der Achse (6) angeordnet sind und daß beide Rahmen-Enden mit einer zentrischen Verschraubung miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind. - Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für die als Seckskantschraube ausgebildete Schraube (6a) als Verschraubung in den Rahmenenden eine Sechskantvertiefung (17) eingearbeitet ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Last über eine Aufhängelasche (18) auf der Schraube (6a) abgestützt ist. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den beiden Rahmen (5a, 5b), welche die Laufräder (7) und die Führungsrollen (9) tragen, in und außerhalb oder nur in der Betriebsstellung eine Schnappverriegelung (19) wirksam ist, die beim Zuklappen selbsttätig einrastet, jedoch beim Aufklappen nur von Hand lösbar ist. - Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schnappverriegelung (19) durch ein federndes Verriegelungselement (20) mit Bolzen (21) gebildet ist, wobei der Bolzen (21) durch ein jeweils freies Loch eines Rahmens (5a, 5b) hindurchragt und in einer Vertiefung (23) des gegenüberliegenden Rahmens (5b bzw.5a) eingreift. - Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Last an zumindest einem der Rahmen (5a, 5b) mittig zum Fahrschienenquerschnitt angreift.
