Abstract

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft in einem Rektifiziersäulensystem, das eine Vorzerlegungssäule (10) und eine Niederdrucksäule (20) aufweist. Einsatzluft (1, 3) wird in die Vorzerlegungssäule (10) eingeleitet (4, 6, 7, 8, 41) und dort in eine stickstoffangereicherte Kopffraktion und eine sauerstoffangereicherte Sumpffraktion zerlegt. Mindestens ein Teil (19) der sauerstoffangereicherten Sumpffraktion wird in die Niederdrucksäule (20) eingeleitet, in der flüssiger Sauerstoff und gasförmiger Stickstoff erzeugt werden. Der Druck in der Vorzerlegungssäule (10) ist im wesentlichen gleich dem Druck der Niederdrucksäule (20). Rücklauf für die Säulen kann durch einen oder zwei Kreisläufe gewonnen werden, der oder die mit Kopfgas (11, 23) von einer der beiden Säulen (10, 20) betrieben wird/werden.
